What a week it's been! Many thanks to Chris, Amy, Ian, and Josh at the WSA Ford Service Counter,…read moreand the unsung heroes in the back. It started as a code service issue regarding a PCV valve, which turned into an oil pan leak, to a cracked head and head gasket issue. Yeah, we're talking five digits here. Chris coordinated the payment on the repair with the third-party warranty administrator and all I paid for was the original Crank Case Pressure Sensor. Everyone else was responsive to my concerns, keeping me up-to-date. Thanks again folks!

I was literally two minutes from driving off the lot. Then it all fell apart. Three red flags that made me walk: - Credit Union Roadblock - The dealership refused to provide my credit union with a bill of sale before the transaction date, then immediately pressured me to switch to their financing sources. - Warranty Scare Tactic - They claimed that an extended warranty purchased from an East Coast dealership wouldn't be honored in the Western U.S. (This is false--Toyota warranties are honored nationwide.) - The Deal Breaker - They insisted I sign a mandatory arbitration agreement waiving my right to take them to court, claiming it was "required by law" to complete the sale. (Also false.) I refused. I walked away. No dream car for me today

Buy a Subaru and you will end up replacing several engines due to failed oil consumption tests,…read morewhich is the truth. Google it. There was a huge lawsuit regarding this. I am also saying this from personal experience. I will NEVER buy a Subaru again as long as I live and especially any car from this dealership. When trying to replace the third engine due to another failed oil consumption test (brand "new" Subaru engines last 30,000-50,000 miles and yes, I change and check my oil regularly), the service manager, Chris, actually told me Subaru was trying to "sweep the failed oil consumption tests under the rug" and refused to cover a new engine. Subaru wouldn't either. So I paid for a new engine myself (had it replaced by another mechanic in town), sold the Subaru, and bought a brand new Toyota. Stick with Toyota or Honda and stay FAR away from Subaru if you want a car that you can count on for more than 50,000 miles. These guys know they are selling you a brand new lemon every single time. You've been warned.

I have nothing good to say about this dealership. I bought a new Outback three and a half years and…read more53,000 miles ago and have had multiple issues, both with the vehicle and with the dealership. As far as the car, the hatch has broken, the windshield was defective and cracked, and the leather on the seats started to crack and come apart. The infotainment system has also needed numerous updates in order to function (still waiting to see if the recent update has solved the problem). I understand that warranty issues happen, and much of this was at least partially covered under the vehicle's warranty, but the dealership here has been less than helpful. They initially declined to even look at the windshield problem, despite my contacting them after receiving a mail notice from Subaru detailing the issue and directing consumers to contact their local dealer. They also declined to look at the leather seat issue. Both times I contacted the Subaru Advocacy team and was eventually able to get some help. When the struts on the hatch failed, I had to take the car in and call multiple times over the course of a month before they actually ordered and received the parts and replaced them. The last time I took my car in for a regular service, they charged me to rotate the tires but didn't actually rotate them. They also failed to put the oil pan plug in securely, and I and my son were stranded on the interstate for almost four hours waiting for a tow truck. I called the dealer multiple times during this and failed to get any help aside from them asking me to bring the car back into the dealership. Once I did, they did apologize and kept the car for a few days to clean off the oil that was all over it and check the engine for damage. They did eventually reimburse me for the tow truck, but it took multiple months for them to reimburse me for the replacement parts and service I needed after the mountain bike that was on a hitch rack was covered in motor oil. They still charged me for the oil change and tire rotation. I have had multiple experiences when I brought the car in for service and was told it would be an hour at the most and was then left sitting there for 2-3 hours. I also recently had a service that I was told would be $173 that then turned into a $340 repair due to miscellaneous charges. Overall, I've been incredibly disappointed. Sadly, I've spoken with friends who have had similar experiences with this location, as well. I would recommend looking elsewhere for help.

I don't even know where to start as this has been a consistently bad experience across the board…read more It actually started with a recall appointment. I scheduled it, took time out of my day, brought the truck in, and only then was told they didn't even have the parts. Their service staff admitted they knew that ahead of time and just... didn't bother to notify me. They shrugged it off. When I asked how I was supposed to know when the recall could actually be done, I was tersely told to "just keep calling every few weeks." I later wrote a review about the experience and only then I was contacted by the Service Manager, who acknowledged how bad that was and promised they would prioritize my recall and keep me informed. Of course, that never happened. The only reason the recall eventually got done is because I physically stopped by again and asked a different service advisor. After that, I had additional issues with poor workmanship and a completely unprofessional parts department. Trying to resolve any of this has been just as bad. I spoke to my service advisor, who told me to contact the Service Manager (apparently handling issues internally is too much to ask). I emailed him, but there was zero response. I waited nearly a week and escalated to the General Manager. Nothing. Then I contacted the Dealer Principal, and someone from Western Slope Auto even took my info and said they'd call me back. No call. No follow-up. No response. This is on top of paying for an alignment that clearly wasn't done (fixed soon after by a competent local shop) and weeks of misinformation and poor communication from the parts department. At this point, the lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and complete absence of customer service is actually impressive. If you value your time, your vehicle, and your money, stay away from this dealership. It's a perfect example of poor workmanship and zero customer service.

Apparently they felt the need to run diagnostics themselves before ordering the part, stranding us in Grand Junction overnight with no mode of transportation and no prior warning. I called and asked to speak to the service manager, Austin, but instead got a call back from Dana. He was not willing to discuss any options or compensate us for the additional 24 hours we were going to have to spend in Grand Junction. I called back again to tell them that we were going to pick up the truck, and I was told it would take 30 minutes to "get it ready". I told them I expected it ready immediately and was met with a dial tone. When we got there to pick up the vehicle, they did call RAM, who said they would reimburse us the hotel cost and one meal. If your RAM/Jeep breaks down in Moab, take it to any other dealership or be prepared to stay days in Grand Junction. The only positive note is the shuttle driver, she went above and beyond.

A police report was filed and I'm also suing Them, I'd say do the same.

I wanted to sit on the couch, bring up the specs on my phone, and walk around the space, dreaming about what it would be like to use the space. I did not want the pressure of a salesmen sitting there staring at me, asking me questions(which is exactly what he started off with asking about my truck). When I was asked to be left alone with my wife, I was told, "it's a $90,000 camper, no". I almost drop this much cash on a similar camper last week but needed to feel more sure. These campers depreciate fast. If they had a camper I was sure I liked, I'd come to them and ask questions and see if we could work out a deal. Instead, I'll never come to this place again. The salesman showed a lack of respect. Every other RV place I have ever been to has been very accommodating in checking out the RV's in peace. Maybe he made a judgement on me because I drove up in a Tesla? I'm not sure. This is the first time I ever had a salesmen not allow us to be alone in a RV with my wife to discuss the space and its uses. My wife is very unsure about such a small space, and I feel the need to show her what I like about the trade offs...without a 3rd parting stairing at us. So, just know that this place will not let you check out their stock without a chaperone. I guess it's like a sports car dealership asking you not to sit in the car. This place will not get any of my money willingly. Neither will Lance now by proxy.
