These people are scammers, liars. Just horrible horrible people with no morals. I was brutally honest before I drove there. Spoke to a gentleman for 2 or three days.Maybe even four before I drove there.Because I did not want to waste my time driving far going there. I'm gonna keep this review simple. They ran my credit days before I drove there. I begged them not to waste my time. I told them my credit score and how I am out of work for the past three months because of medical reasons. I told them I own a house though. And I told him I own a truck, but you won't want it. It's an old plow truck, plenty of service records mechanically. It's okay, but every inch of it has a dent and scratch. I begged them not to waste my time or have me drive there so again. I waited days and gave them all my info, and they ran my credit..... They kept calling schedule.The time told me, come on in. The gentleman who I speak with, and given the information.The whole time he looked at my truck, then he went to his manager, and his manager introduced himself to. Now, the guy i've been speaking with.For multiple days he disappeared, he ran away...... The manager refused to look at my folder with service records. Titles deeds to my house. You know, every single thing that I could bring in and he walked me out the door and he will refused to even look, add my folder...... They ran my credit days before I went in.They wasted my time and I begged them not to do that to me. I even said you're gonna give me gas money because I told you. I did not want to make this trip..... BUT HE SAID, DON'T WORRY, NICK, WE'LL GET YOU IN A VEHICLE.NO MATTER WHAT. MAN HE WALKED ME OUT THAT DOOR YOU WOULDN'T COMMUNICATE.HE WALKED ME OUT. I bought a truck from kissner motor a 2012 ram 3500 the park break didn't work the key fob for unlocking the doors didn't work then come to find out after buying first rain storm back window leaked when I called the dealer to go over my warranty to see if it would cover the leak they hung up on me then wouldn't answer my calls. And paint came off rocker panels which seemed like it was spray paint because it came right off first week. Sold me a 2000 dollar warranty that covers nothing. ALERT!!! BE ON ALERT!!!!! Kissner motors In Grand Junction Colorado is not whom they tell you they are. I bought a truck from them and they promised to fix things on the vehicle. Should have got it in writing. It started with the finance gay guy(who claims straight & is married, but soon it seems that he is ready to come out of the closet, BEWARE WIFEY!) and ended with the owner's son. At first the owner's son(KOHLBY) made me believe that he was the good guy until I asked him to make it right the wrong of the finance guy. It was the holiday and he could make it right, but dollar bills even had him hynotized. He promised but I have yet to see anything fulfilled. Once you drive away, you are on your own. He told me to call him before I come back and he will only handle me but that was a lie too, thank God I was delayed driving from Montana. Then he turned from Dr. Jekyl to Mr. Hyde. He professes to be a Christian which is only nominal. I feel sorry for his mother who raised him. But I believe since his father owns the company, the rotten apple didn't fall to far from the tree. They have yet to fix anything they promised. WARNING LIGHTS, BELLS & WHISTLES GO OFF!!!! If you buy here, you will cry many tears later. Don't believe anyone here, they are all prepped to deceive and mishandle truth. DON"T BUY HERE!!! Terrible service with a smile as though they should be proud of their deception. Thousands more dollars worth of issues that this vehicle has that have clearly been there since it was at this dealership and one of the things they fixed was done incorrectly. Mike offered to send the part but no help with the expensive labor. Thank you so much to this horrible dealership for screwing over my family and to everyone else, make sure you have someone you trust check your car before purchase because all the things that "passed" their inspection could cost you in the long run!***** We bought our car almost 3 months ago and came here because of the great reviews. One of the first things I said to the salesman is that we didn't need a car with issues, and that is exactly what we got. Before we bought the car there was a service light on and we were told it was a "luxury" feature and the code could be deleted so we went through financing anyway. We later decided to cancel the warranty since it was expensive and this was a newer car. I fully understand how warranties can be helpful but this was a lot for how short of a term it was. Within the 1st week of owning the car another code came up and the same light was still on. Since we had it scheduled to get the windshield and rims fixed I told him that code still needs taken off. The second code was for an o2 sensor and they wanted me to pay for it. After saying no they did fix it for us and sent us on our way. We had our car back after a week and a half of them having it and more lights started to pop up. I took it to a local shop instead and was told of numerous issues that this vehicle had and that light that was nothing ended up being a very expensive air compressor that we paid for. Kissner DID do their part in fixing the fuel pump, sensors, and our windshield but not before being treated like crap for canceling the warranty and being ignored multiple times. In the first month of owning this car we drove it a week and a half. The dealership shouldn't have even sold me this car, and hoping I would get a warranty to fix it all when I'm sure they knew this was all there is extremely irritating. I was told "things happen" and "should have kept the warranty" numerous times. So after lots of back and fourth and being ignored, my car was finally running correctly. Now, once again, more issues that WE are stuck with regardless if we had a warranty or not. I will never do business with this company again. Finding your dream car and realizing that everything on it is broken and wasn't disclosed is not ok. Especially because of how expensive this vehicle was. My warranty cancelation also took over 60 days because my paperwork was messed up and I was told by finance to wait another 30-60 days. Thankfully the manager Mike, was the only one to stay in touch to figure out what was going on or be polite to us. Based on this terrible ecperience we won't be back. I gave 2 stars because they did help with some things even though it was an argument each time. Buying a vehicle at Kissner's is the worst experience I have ever had. The vehicle had it's airbag light on when I test drove it. The mechanic assured me it was only a sensor and to bring it back and they will fix it. When I got the vehicle home I realized the back door child lock was stuck on. I took the vehicle back to be repaired and found out that the airbag light was not just a sensor but my airbags actually didn't work at all. I had to call the dealership several times over a span of 3 weeks to get them to order the part for the airbag and to get the correct part for the door because they ordered the wrong one. During this time I was given a crappy car to drive that was on empty. I then took the vehicle back when the parts were in and was told it would take a couple hours to fix the vehicle. After waiting 4 hours I was given another car to drive home because I was told it would take longer to fix. This car was also on empty with bald tires. My car was supposed to take a couple of days to fix but I was without my vehicle for almost 2 weeks the second time I took it back to them. When I got it back the car chargers in the back didn't work, my stereo glitched, my ABS and traction light was on and I was not able to put my vehicle into reverse. All of this happened the next morning after I brought it home. I also live 1.5 hrs from the dealership. When I called the dealership they wanted me to take it to another dealership to be fixed and said they would call me with a day and time I can take it in and never called me. I went ahead and took it to one of the dealerships they suggested in. previous convesation to be fixed. This dealership was awesome and fixed my vehicle. Kisser's was to cover all of the cost for the repairs. The manager at this dealership called both the manager and the salesman leaving three messages regarding the charges of the repairs with no returned call. I was left with the charges that Kissner was to cover. All in all I would say to never buy a vehicle here and to go somewhere were they stand by their word and customers. read more
