I had started coming to this gym a few times a week and enjoyed it, just come to find they are permanently closing at the start of 2026. So tragic. It was a decent gym but not super nice. It had everything you would want to get a workout in, no fluff or extras. But it also was a decent crowd so it wasn't overwhelming to try to find open machines or weights even at the 5pm rush time. This gym is a complete scam. I signed up for personal training with one specific trainer. After one session, they randomly switched me to someone else without even asking. That trainer showed up an hour late, made me do absolutely nothing for almost the whole session, then never showed up again. I came in for other scheduled sessions and was literally texted 10 minutes after arriving that the trainer couldn't make it. Total waste of time. I emailed them twice to cancel and got ignored both times. No help, no communication, just silence. So I had to file a chargeback because I was paying for services I never got. Now they've had the nerve to send my account to collections instead of owning the fact that they completely dropped the ball. Horrible customer service, unorganized, and shady. I've been to a lot of gyms, and this is one of my favorites as my regular gym. It's got great equipment like a hip thrust machine, a variety of Smiths machines, squat tracks with bumper plates, hex bars a deadlift platform, an area for training with sled, battle ropes, punching bag, kettlebells, etc. My favorite thing is people come in to work out... not have a video/photo session. The gyms offer everything that you would need from a gym from walls, sleds, ropes, bands, classes, HIIT.....I have no complaints there. THE best and up to date workout equipment hands down. My issue is with the personal training sessions........I would constantly have trainers cancel on me. So much to the point that I had a stash of sessions. They never got used. When my 6 month contract was over I went in to cancel. The manager verbally authorized and then 4 months later I am being threatened of going to collections. I didn't know that I had to go to the gym that the sessions originated to sign paperwork (nor was I told). I settled the bill with confirmation from the manager that I would be comped 8 sessions. That manager left the next week. No trace of us ever having a conversation. Two more managers after him made promises to me about compensation. They too left. I went in the gym to cancel PT and membership immediately after being called by a rep from one of the locations asking me about a PT balance. 4 months later. We are accessed another charge for membership. I've spent 2 hours on the phone with ABC attempting to cancel. I've lost hundreds of dollars with YouFit and their unfair practices. I belong to several gyms in the area and with so many choices I often find myself frequenting this one. It's not even necessarily the most equipped gym in the area, but their staff alone make this place a gem. Dwayne and Martin both are just the best. They remember your name, ask what you're working out and will even give form advice on things if you're open to it. When your business model is based around retaining clientele you want employees who have mastered the basics - customer focused, curious, and positive. I don't need you to sell me stuff that I don't want or need, just make the place I come four times a week one that I look forward to going to. In my opinion you fit gyms is quite a scam and a racket, they are noticed on the better Business bureau as a d - rating. All of their complaints are typically about overcharging customers and promising more than they can fulfill. I had a terrible experience joining them 2 months ago, Misty and Chris signed me into a contract that I clearly did not want and they did not supply me with a signed contract, they told me it would be emailed to me but it was not. Long story short is they never told me about any additional fees. Within a 2-month period they charged over $500 to my credit card without me knowing I have a very big ongoing dispute and going to seek legal actions against the company. This place is like the fictional Hotel California. You cannot leave. They absolutely refuse to process cancellations. This YouFit is pretty small when compare to other YouFit. The gym is almost always crowded, their equipment are a little bit dated and the gym lack a fan towards the back near the treadmill area. I went to other YouFit down south and their treadmills have their own fan and screen individually with newer equipment. Parking can be a pain because of other businesses around there. There's Chick-fil-A and Applebees and other food and cafe in the same plaza of the gym so you always gets hungry right after your workout as you can smell food right when you walk out of the gym. read more

You're correct the manager Cuda was the only person that had the ability retrieve the cancellation document and he was never there when I was there. I visited the desk and called and none of your desk staff had knowledge on whether or not I would be charged or how to retrieve the cancellation document. Again, due to your under trained personnel I was charged $129.00 which is a scam as I requested the cancellation well before 1/29/24. Please be accountable to your subpar management scams because this was not a nice thing to do to someone who works hard for their money. To add, one of your trainers texted me this week saying we had a session and I advised him that I have canceled the personal training sessions. Cheap, basic gym; nothing unexpected there. However, I signed up for a membership so I could workout with my husband, who is a member there. When I asked the membership sales guy (in front of my husband) about monthly fees other than the membership fee, I was told there were none. I signed documents electronically, worked out, and went home. Fortunately, I read the fine print and noticed an additional fee in the billing breakdown. I called to discuss and was told that I needed to go to the gym to talk about it. At the gym I grew tired of being "handled" and canceled the contract as was my right within the 2 days of signing. This is not a large gym, but it has everything I need, it's close to home, and quite affordable. The staff are always very nice, and they keep the place clean and in good shape. I haven't tried the classes yet but there's several available. Depending on your membership you can go to other gym locations and attend other classes too. You can also bring a guest. In all, I'm not a fan of gyms, but I can't run outside in the summer, and this gym fits my needs well, with the low cost and good quality. Definitely a great bang for your buck! read more

I really like this place, the one time I come every few months or so.... I used to be an active powerlifter (well wannabe) and would train here on my non powerlifting days because it's so close to me. It's really clean and has pretty ample space and machines so you're never waiting for someone else to finish. I would recommend this place for the casual lifter. They staff aren't too pushy on memberships and most are knowledgeable and friendly. I did have one trainer try to tell me how to bench "properly" when he didn't understand the powerlifting technique I was using. Overall it's a great little gym for an even greater price. read more

This is an awesome gym based on numerous key points: 1. Value: you can pay $10 a month and be able to use the facility that you signed up for. Unlimited visits. Or you can pay $20 a month and visit any youfit location, 1/2 off drinks, access to their group classes, and bring a guest every time. 2. Location: it's a very central location and easy to access from multiple directions in downtown Orlando. 3. Staff: they're super friendly! Even when I signed up, I didn't feel pressured at all. I was using a week pass and they let me use the facilities without hounding me to take a tour or sit down and talk. 4. Cleanliness: the bathrooms and equipment are always clean 5. Selection: they have every piece of equipment whether cardio or weights and they have refrigerated drinks on site! I have been going to this gym for the last two years. In the last two years they added some new equipment and have been getting more and more members that now it actually gets decently full. Good for them. However, since getting all these new members and maybe like 4 new equipment in the last year, they have cut their close time by one to two hours. This I'm not a fan of. Their equipment is mediocre but allows a good variety to work with, the cleanliness is average, but I have always been comfortable being here so I have stayed. Their original closing time used to be 10pm and 7pm on the weekends, reasonable. However now it's 9pm mon-thurs, 8pm Friday and 5pm on weekends. They cut hours and are still opening at the same time they used to. Sadly for me this is a dealbreaker and I will be looking at other gyms. I do want to note that this gym is not special at all, there is no sauna, no pool, no amenities. It's a pretty small gym and what I had liked most about it were the times. Slowly changing my mind about this gym. Other than attending Charleen's classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays that's about all I am currently doing. I am not happy about the new Step class with Russ and the new boot camp classes have been switched up to different days (the nights I take Charleen's classes) AND the time has been moved up to 6pm. I currently have to wait around 2 hours just to attend the classes because they don't offer anything at 4:30pm and nothing on Fridays. I now feel like its not worth it. So I am currently in search of another gym that will offer classes during the times I can attend. I am confused though with the time, you would think they would start things off at 4:30pm since that's when most people get off work. It's been about a month since I signed up and so far everyone that works here has been very friendly and respectful. Like most commercial gyms, it gets super busy on week days from 4-7pm. Unfortunately I gave it 3 stars for not being able to use the "YouGX"/studio. According to front desk staff, you can only be in there if you're in a class or working out with a trainer. Other than that, it's off limits. The space to warm up, stretch around, do yoga, body weight exercise, kettle bell swings, box jumps, etccc is very limited and gets easily crowded with 3-4 people. They only have 2 squat racks which are always used during rush hour (this was another downside for me). For $10/mo I really shouldn't complain but I was really hoping for some decent space to practice yoga after lifting, away from the machines -- which is compromised here at this location. read more

Let me begin by saying I am by no means a fitness expert. I'm a couch potato with a desk job who somehow manages to maintain a healthy weight. After experiencing back pain and noticeable muscle loss, I accepted that something needed to change. I didn't have any high expectations for a gym; a few weight machines and an exercise bike would have been sufficient. My wife, however, wanted us to go to a gym that also had classes. This gym fit the bill: for $20 a month one gets unlimited gym privileges at all Youfit locations, classes, and guest access. We haven't began attending classes yet, but the schedule seems like it has something for everybody. It helps that there are a variety of other machines I've been willing to try (like rowing) and clean locker rooms. I've also never used an exercise bike that has a built in fan! I also find their app motivating; one acquires points for various actions such as recording workout stats and meeting goals. Those points can be redeemed for shirts, sunglasses etc. I would recommend this gym to just about everyone. I've seen people of all ages and builds working on their fitness goals - whatever those may be. read more

I quit 24 Hour Fitness and joined YouFit ~2 months ago because of the considerable savings (~12/mo vs $40/mo). I've been very pleased with YouFit so far. Pros: -The staff seems friendly and helpful. -The facility is kept clean (including the locker room) and the equipment works. They also seem to repair things quickly when something breaks down. -The piped-in music isn't too loud (why do gyms do this? It forces everyone just to turn up their earphones, which is unhealthy.) -It gets busy in the evening hours, but not so busy that you can't do a complete, efficient workout. -Their hours are reasonable. Nobody really needs 24 hour access to a gym. I didn't give a 5 star review because: (1) it is relatively small, (2) it's annoying that they don't allow use of the group exercise room when there aren't classes going on, and (3) there a few amenities that would improve things, such as a spin dryer in the locker room (to dry clothes), an additional hand dryer in the sink area, and less restricted parking directly in front of the gym (neighboring businesses have reserved a lot of the spaces). read more

For $10-$20 a month ($10 for a single location membership, $20 for unlimited locations/unlimited classes), Youfit is a great bargain. I've been to a few locations in South Florida, as my mom and sister are also members, so when I saw this location opened I jumped at the chance to join. This location is always clean, the machines always work, and the staff is friendly. I think word is getting out now because it's pretty hopping in the evenings. But there are a ton of machines, so there's always something to do. Tons of cardio equipment (I think I counted around 30 treadmills alone), and a huge, spread out weight area. The circuit area is great too, if you aren't sure what weight machines to do or are in a hurry. My only gripe is the ever changing class schedule. The classes I like seem to be moving to the morning hours, which don't work with my schedule. However, I have the Lime card so I can move around to the other locations that have classes that better fit my schedule (by UCF and Altamonte Springs). Parking can be annoying, but a little pre-workout walk never hurt anyone. And they are located in the same plaza as Chickfila, which is a constant personal struggle to avoid on my way home. Overall, I'm pretty happy with Youfit, and plan to use the heck out of those treadmills when it gets too cold/too hot to run outside! read more
