Recently got a used Forester from here and were fairly pleased with the experience. Lukas Pelley helped us and honestly made finding a car much easier. Definitely the best sales person we worked with, he was willing to ride around in the car all day as we tried different makes from other Young lots. We felt a little pressured after our 2nd visit to make a move, but they were willing to negotiate and we feel happy with our purchase.

I had a great experience at Young Subaru. Erin the sales professional was great and she put me at ease from the start. Answering all my questions and not high pressure at all. The sales team was amazing and attentive, Jason and Jared thank you so much. The price was great for a beautiful Ram 1500. Jaref In financing stepped me through everything letting me know about the options and add-ons that were really reasonable. I thank the team at Young Subaru.

This is a picture of my starting wheel after Young Subaru put it back together then after I put it back together correctly.

Young Subaru in Ogden UT put my starting wheel on crooked and wouldn't fix it when I drove back the same day. Lisa the service manager told be they didn't mess it up and called me a liar, so I just remove the airbag and fixed it my self but here's a picture of the black lines before and after I fixed my steering wheel myself after paying them over $800. I've never seen such horrible customer service in my life. Lisa should go flip burgers if she wants to be rude to her customers and call them liars.

Second time towed to Young Subaru

In February the Subaru Forester I purchased from Young Subaru in Riverdale, Utah suffered a catastrophic engine failure. I had it towed to the dealership and after about a month of finagling, trying to get out of the warranty service, they finally agreed to repair the engine. After six months of excuses about slow parts and having to let the mechanic go who was working on my car, I finally picked up my car. After picking up my Forester, I drove less than 10 miles when the engine failed again. This is unacceptable. I am definitely not pleased with the service I have received from Young. On the positive side, I have had a loaner vehicle for the past four months.

I was Recommended to go to one of the Master AutoTechs by several people here in town{Ogden}. I instead checked the reviews and saw that Paskett Auto had Way More History and Great Reviews online. So I went with them Instead Before I took it there, I brought my car to Autozone there on Riverdale to get their diagnostic test, and then brought the Print Outs to Paskett Auto, and handed it to them. The Nice Lady, Brenda said not to worry, as their guys will do their own tests and resolve the Check-Engine Light issue from there. The guys come back from the garage, and recommended I have them Replace all the Spark Plugs and Coils, and since I don't like to Procrastinate, I just told them, ok, I'll go with it all now then just to get it over with. After the Job was Done, the guy behind the Counter{my memory with names are so bad sometimes, I'm sorry} told me that those parts come with warranty, and that if any issues occur, be sure to come back. Hey! The Check-Engine Light was gone, and it seems that everything is ok! ~ 2 Days Later, my Check-Engine Light comes right back on, and this sucks because it's Thanksgiving Day! No shop is going to be open, but Paskett Auto did promise that Warranty with the parts, And Sadly, I'm Not Swimming In Money, so my Best Bet would be to just go Back to them. Is this even a good idea? From Thanksgiving day, the Friday after, and the Weekend, they're closed those 4 days... which is Understandable, It's a Holiday Weekend.. I drove my car back to Autozone there on Riverdale Rd on Thanksgiving{Surprisingly they Were Open} because I don't like to procrastinate ~ to see what the problem is This Time, and it's the same exact Issues, the Same Cylinders showing that they're Misfiring! The fellas there told me that the shop I took it to could have just Said they switched out all the coils and spark plugs, but instead, just left a few old ones, or not have done it at all. I hope they're wrong. I think from this lesson, Now On, I'm going to stick to what the locals recommend{as I'm new to this city Ogden}, rather than try and go forward just based off of my Own research. Sucks because I'm not making that much money at this time, and I get Gypped like this. Life has many curveballs that's for sure. It's a 2015 Volvo, nothing super fancy. It's Also not in terrible shape, so I'm grateful, but from the indicator, it Needs to be worked on... again, for the Same Issue. So I decided to wait until the next day Paskett Auto Opens, December 1st, and peacefully enough, I didn't even raise my voice or lash out on the phone after this reoccurrence happened, proof can be shown to them on their end~ if you call them, the operator message before the dial sound even Begin says "This Call will be recorded for Quality Assurance", they'll have proof That I stayed calm and collected during the quick conversation, letting her know my Engine-Check Light Came back On 2 days later after their shop visit, And I respectfully told them that I'll call them back after work. I had to be at work at 8am Monday Morning, the Monday right after that 4-day weekend, so I called the Paskett Auto Number Earlier Than their Opening Time [7:55am], and to my Surprise Brenda Picked up the Phone! My Plan was to just leave a voicemail and ask for a Scheduled Time to possibly swing the car by to hopefully get this situation resolved? That Repair was Not a Cheap Fix. I just told her my situation instead because she Did pick up, but I had to Work in 5 Minutes, so I told her I'll Call them again once I get off of work, and rushed into the clock-in room. When I got off work I did call, but instead, after each call attempt the Hang-Up Tone Went Off after ringing for a short time. I called the number a little more spaced apart just to see if maybe they were just too busy at the moment, or if all the people at the desk might be in the restroom. The phone just rang for Less than a minute before the Hang Up Tone/Disconnected Alarm-sounding tone went off. What the heck? After This Behavior, there's No Way I can trust them now! My goal was to at least ask them for the next possible time I can swing my car around, especially with the problem Not fixed, and with the Amount I payed That Day After Their Own Diagnosis and Repair Solution. This is just it, I can't figure out why they won't pick back up, and after that 5-Call Attempt becoming Hang-Ups, I don't think I can even trust this business again, even with All their Wonderful Reviews! What the heck?? If you're Not From around here, or look very young, I'm guessing it's Just Safer or just Smarter to stay away from this business, and maybe check out a Master Autozone like I was recommended here several times beforehand. "Sigh", what a roller coaster. Best of Luck, hopefully You people have better luck than Me!

Fast-forward to October 2025, I got a tire pressure warning light, checked my tires, and found one still losing air after refilling to the recommended PSI. I called Tony Divino Toyota to schedule service and asked if the Platinum Tire & Wheel plan covered it--but was transferred multiple times between Service, Operator, and Warranty, even getting hung up on a few times. After several calls, I finally reached someone who understood the program and helped set up my appointment. At first, the visit went okay. Christian, the service specialist, helped me get the tire covered under the plan and order a new key I had lost. Since all my tires were low on tread, I replaced the full set and also had an oil change done. Normally I do my own oil changes, but due to personal circumstances, I couldn't this time. When I asked about torqueing the lug nuts to spec, Christian brushed it off with, "yeah, yeah, they hand-tight it." That didn't sit well with me--I take pride in keeping my vehicle in top condition, and I expect the same care from a Toyota service department. Communication afterward was poor. When I called to ask about pickup time, I kept getting transferred and the only answer I got was "We don't know." The next day I got a text saying my car was ready, and I appreciated the Uber ride they arranged for pickup. When I arrived, Stephanie was hesitant to print an invoice breakdown until another employee told her she could. After paying, I asked to have the service recorded in my Toyota account--like my previous dealership always did automatically--but it never showed up online. I also requested email copies of the invoices for my tire warranty and oil change, but weeks later, I still haven't received them. Overall, the customer service and communication were disappointing. The tone shifted once payment was made, and I found my experience matched many of the negative reviews I later read online. I really hope management invests in better communication, service training, and understanding of their own warranty programs. On a positive note, Mike, the tire specialist, deserves recognition. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when I was choosing new tires. He recommended Yokohama, but after research, I went with Toyo. Mike's great attitude and service were the highlight of my visit--if it weren't for him, this would have been a one-star review.

I have had a RAV4 in many times for typical service (the service package plan they sell) and every time have had issues like not identifying burnt out bulbs that I knew were burnt out prior to their "bumper to bumper insp", not rotating the tires, tire pressures way off after "psi/rotation" , long wait time for basic "scheduled" oil changes... Honestly this gives me anxiety just writing this review because of how many different occasions I had issues. After a few yeas of avoiding the service department...last week Friday at 10:40 I called about a battery I purchased from them and that they installed. The battery has bad cells in it (diagnosed from another non T. Divino service center) lucky only 43 months into the 84 month warranty. To figure out the warranty process "Brandy" said she would call back same day for the details/refund info, well NO CALL back Friday or Saturday so I called on Monday. To not be down a car over the weekend I installed a new battery myself and kept the old for warranty process. They wanted me to reinstall the Toyota battery and bring the car to them so they could test it for 1-4 hrs. I understand all of that however I would be stupid to take my RAV4 in there again and expect a positive outcome. - I see the Tony D. Business Owner replying to lots of one star reviews....there is a bigger issue with the service department as a whole. Every place has ups and downs... I waited a few years to try them again and they failed to call me back! This is step one of customer service. Long review but hopefully it saves you the pain and aggravation in the long run.
