I was not happy about my car having issues but I am so happy I discovered this place :'). It seems like a family-owned auto repair shop, and you can just tell the people who work here are so kind and good-natured. The splash shield on the bottom of my car was coming loose and hanging on my a thread. I had called Honda's Service department and they quoted me a minimum of $200 for the labor alone...I was flabbergasted so I decided to consult the folks here. Thank God I did because this is located so much closer to me and they were able to fix it in like 10 minutes and for SUCH a reasonable price!!! My car had an issue with aux battery system. I first went to a Midas that's close to where I lived, and showed them the error code. They quoted $149 for just a check-up. So I went to Young's auto repair for a second opinion and they were able to tell what was wrong just by looking at the error code. I asked to take a look at the BMW, we towed it.. they dissected the vehicle and repaired it.. like it has been running everyday. We went for an oil change and a check engine light (knock sensor) that came on. He was very detailed and helpful in explaining any questions we had. Everything was done in 45 minutes. He charged me $45 for my oil change. For reference, the last place I went to charged $65!... The next week, my friend from Vegas had to get her car checked so I recommended Oh's. He provided her with the same great service. They were a bit busier so hers took over an hour, but still fast considering the work she got done. He even showed her step by step, how to check her oil gauge and which type of oil she should buy next time she needs to refill it. I was driving recently and heard some crazy rumbling noises coming from my passenger side tire and it almost felt like the wheel might fly off. When I would come to a stop, I would hear a scraping sound and was freaking out so hard I had to take it to an auto shop, which, after a lot of review shopping, led me here. I'll start by saying that I am honestly skeptical towards my people (Asians) when it comes to Auto work because I feel like a lot of places try to rip you off or tell you that you need more things fixed then is actually necessary. That was not the case with Young's. After a 10-minute inspection, he showed me that a bolt holding my brake to the wheel had come off and that it was a good thing that I'd come when I did he texts the issue within 20 minutes and charged me an extremely reasonable price for the work.
