I have been here 4 times. The first time we went around 12pm. The food tasted fresh and okay. It wasn't the best Chinese buffet I have had, but it was okay. The second time was around 5pm, and everything was dried out. It wasn't repulsive, but it wasn't good. The third time was around 3pm, and things were a bit better again. They were not completely dried out, but they did not seem fresh. The last time I went was around 7pm, and I am convinced that food was sitting there since 12pm. It was repulsive. The food was dry. Even though it was on hot plates, it was cold on top. The things that should have been soft and chewy were hard as a rock. I couldn't even bite into the spring rolls or cheese rangoons. After renovation at the beginning of 2016, this is the best Chinese all you can eat buffet in the space coast. The space is much bigger and nice, they added more food display, making the food selection wider. Place was clean, food was good, service cordial. From what I tried in this visit, I specially liked the coconut shrimp, the peanut butter chicken, the pineapple rice "new to me". I found the food in general taste, not greasy and fresh. This is not a sushi place, but still you can fix your cravings for traditional American sushi rolls, I fixed my craving and they were good. The sushi was ok but for what you pay here you can't ask for top fish filet. I used to live in Virginia Beach area, where we had huge great Chinese buffets and I was a big fan of them. I am glad of young's Buffet Improvement, I was missing VA in that regard. I recommend the place, but keep in mind you're paying $7.99 for ALL you can eat, and $8.99 on weekends. I just have to say that is the shittiest Chinese buffet I've been to. Their server was at our table maybe twice had a wait for refills food tasted like it was a month old. The only thing that was consumable was the store-bought Jell-O and putting. Will never be coming back here again. read more

The Buffet itself not the prettiest but tolerable. During the time people eat they run the vacuum passed you! The carpet is not clean and smells. Now the food is not good and of very poor quality. Some of my food had no taste was rubbery and stone cold in the middle the Dumplings absolutely horrible. The soup I eat tasted stale! Peanut chicken not fresh but reheated from the previous day! The servers have no smile and look like they hate working there. They work and act like robots! The buffet food stations are not clean! The sushi bar is amazing, they have a wide variety from califoria rolls to white tuna and samon. The staff are so nice and the price for the buffet is worth every penny. Very good buffet with great selection for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. Good very fresh. They have a hibachi grill where they will also make soup. However the hibachi man was like the soup Natzi not very personable. But the rest of the servers were very accommodating and friendly. Usually this is my FAVORITE Buffet place. I drive 30+ minutes to go here, and i have since 2014. Two days ago assured that i will never spend money or recommend this place ever again. Me and my friend went for lunch, right during the middle of the lunch special. We sat got our drinks and went and got our food. We sat down and immediately realized the foos was cold (mostly the chinese and everything but the chicken wings) upon this we immediately got the servers attention and she got a higher up? Who proceeded to tell me look at the steam on the buffet its hot. And only walked over and tested the chicken wing (in the hot plate so it added heat) and told me it was new. This was not the case. So i had to pay for two buffets and drinks which we did not even touch! I said i wanted to pay for the drinks and go and the lady got a nasty attitude. Kept getting flyers o n this buffet stating an 899 on Sundays buffet. Including crab leggs The place is almost 15 miles from my home but I had a desire for crab legs. Desided to make the trip to Palm Bay just for the crabs after all how can you go wrong at that price. Entering the r restaurant I noticed a sign stating "seafood nites are Friday and Saturday for 12.99. I asked the server if they offered the crab legs on Sunday and she said of course not for the price only on Friday and Saturday. I explained to her that their ad was misleading as it stated their crab legs where available every night of the week and it said nothing about only on Friday and Saturday only Needless to say not being familiar with the the palm bay Area we stayed and had the buffet dinner. Everything we tried was tasteless. Everything tasted the same. Pork chicken was fried with the same sauce. Sushi was was nothing but sticky rice. Wow, Umm I just read the other reviews and I can not comment on the state of the kitchen but the dining room was clean and looked sanitary. The staff was pleasant & attentive to our needs. There are several dishes I enjoyed eating at Young's Buffet. The Fried shrimp (not battered, just fried with shell on) was fresh, firm, & tasty. The Beef & Peppers was tender & delicious and the sauce was full of flavor. They have a large selection of dishes and ample seating for large parties. I will admit the fried rice was stale and crunchy. The rice actually stabbed my gums three different times while I was eating it because it was hard as a rock. Not sure what happened there, but it was either stale or raw (not cooked at all) . Wish I could take a tour of the kitchen now, after reading the other reviews, but ignorance is bliss I guess. lol. read more

Absolutely the most disgusting buffet that I have ever visited. Almost every item was at room temperature at best .... many were cooler. The raw meat at the Mongolian bbq station was also warm and smelled funny, there were also raw shrimp sitting in stagnant room temperature water. The sushi was also terrible and the raw "salmon" was really steelhead trout. Most of the food was absolutely tasteless. As the years peeled away, it seemed that less and less care went into the quality/flavor of the food. Nothing is worse than food that is SWIMMING in oil/grease. They closed for renovation recently. i enjoy eating here, the food is good, the sushi has improved so much. but sometimes it's a hit or miss with the table staff, there's a few that work there that do great. but the rest omg never fill your drink or check on your table. once i left the server i had a cash tip, i paid by credit card he took the payment for me and helped himself by adding in extra tip to my charge card not sure how he did it, my copy showed the right amount but my bank statement showed different. i went back and had that fixed. i now pay with cash when i go there unless i get certain servers that i know give me excellent service. i go here for lunch often..it's very affordable read more
