For under $400, this business diagnosed the problem, got the part, fixed the issue and sent me on my way in less than forty-eight hours. The difference was they told me straight out what my issues were by the diagnostic number--no imperious patronizing, thank you--advised what parts were needed and treated me as if I, as a single woman, were capable of understanding the mechanism causing the problem.
