This is a great option that not enough people know about. When you need someone to drive you to and from a medical procedure, you find out who your true friends are. No one in my circle of so-called-friends was available, and I was so glad to remember Josef and his advertisements in publications focusing on the legal community. driver took me to my appt in Newport and told him I would not be more than an hour Then texted driver 'ready' no answer texted three more times then phoned him recvd voice mail He then phoned me back- I asked him where he was with his response that he was 'here' Waiting and I then see him entering parking lot. He admitted he took my car to Fashion Island ! So how does auto insurance apply should an incident or ticket ensue? 15 minutes later I am in car no apology from him nor company and was forced to tip him. YCOD has provided professional drivers to utilize our busses to help shuttle our congregants from an off sight parking to our main campus. Was suspicious about this service. It is outstanding. The driver Adam was courtesy and a true professional in all respects. Arrived on time. We had a rental car. Unfortunately the service does not cover rentals but I added him as a driver though you cannot add rental insurance after the car is picked up. Driver took four of us to Dana Point for a concert. It was mayhem exiting the concert but he parked conveniently immediately offsite and we were off and back to Newport in less than 30 minutes. I recommend this service without reservation. read more

I have used "Your Car Our Driver" for over three years. Having your own personal driver is the best way to go out for the evening. We've all had bad experiences in limos where the audio didn't work correctly, the air conditioning was broken or the car smelled of cigarettes. Those problems do not exist with "Your Car, Our Driver" because you are in the comfort of your own car! Every time that I have used their service (over 40 times now), a professionally dressed driver arrives at my house (always on time) and takes us where we want to go. Concert parking hassles are a thing of the past. Taxi lines? I don't stand in them. Waiting on a cold evening for the valet to bring your car up, not me! Having to give "extra time" to get from dinner to the game because of LA parking, not my concern! Some in the party want to go home early and some want to stay out? You have your own driver, he'll take care of that! No hassles with parking. No hassles trying to squeeze a limo down a tight street. And the biggie, no drinking and driving! I was in a bind and needed a licensed driver to pick me up and drive me to the DMV for my driving test. My driver Marc was prompt and arrived on time even early which I appreciated very much. We made it to the DMV early for my 10 AM appointment and they were able to set up the driving test right away. My driver Marc even gave me some tips on how to pass the test which helped calm my nerves. My conversations with him kept me calm and at ease. I passed the test and felt so relieved. We were back on the road with 90 minutes and Marc said I had more time on my 3 hour reservation and offered to take me anywhere If I had more errands. So we went to Wal Mart so I could pick up a few household goods and also to Arco so I could fill up my gas tank. Marc was waiting for me at the front door when I walked out of Wal Mart and Arco and helped me load my supplies in my car. He was a true gentleman and professional and took great care of me. I highly recommend this company and Marc if you need their service. Also, the owner Josef helped me tremendously when I called to set up the reservation. I called on very short notice to attend an event in Beverly Hills last Saturday. Josef and Peter (my driver) were both so attentive. I would not have been able to attend the event without this service because I get car sick in limos and taxis, especially when I have to sit in the back seat, and a two hour drive each way plus the event itself would have been too much after an 80 hour work week - and we ALL know what traffic surprises the 405 brings on Saturday night! I tried to reserve a taxi for new years eve but after calling 10 taxi companies I found that no one was accepting reservations. A friend told us about this service so we decided to give it a try. I called the day before new years eve and was able to reserve a driver in short notice. We has 12 people that needed transportation from our home to a harbor cruise. Our large SUV enabled us to just have to make 2 trips. Our driver (Greg) was great. When our cruise ended early we gave him a call and he was there in 1 minute. The night was still young so he dropped us off at a bar. When a few of us wanted to leave he made several trips to take small groups home when we wanted. We would have never been able to get that many cabs on new years. This service made our night. A very affordable option for when you want to drink and have a good time.
