I wish I could give zero stars.My husband and I took 2 Ubers. Walked 2 miles in circles because of the disgusting attitude and games of the owner. He has an incorrect address and played us with directions for 2 hours. I only had 3 hours left with my husband who I won't see again for months and he completely ruined our last day to see each other. Wish I could call someone on him but it is what it is. Marina with Your Connection Hawaii was a lifesaver for our last day in Hawaii. My husband and I traveled to Hawaii for our honeymoon and specifically for a cruise of the islands. The problem came from the fact that we disembarked from the ship at 9am on Saturday though our flight home wasn't until 9pm. We had our suitcases and didn't want to lug them around during our last day in paradise. So we reached out to Your Connection Hawaii and made a plan to meet Marina shortly after 9am at the port. She arrived right on time, and we loaded the bags into her car. We told her that one bag contained chocolate, and she made sure the bag wasn't stored where the chocolate could melt. She took pics of our bags and handed us a copy of a receipt with the description of our bags. And to be even more awesome, she gave us a free ride to our first destination for the day. We made a plan for meeting later the day, and at that time, she brought our bags back to us and drove us to the airport. All in all, this cost us just slightly more than a shuttle ride to the airport, which is more than fair considering she kept our luggage safe all day. Marina was also very pleasant to chat with. When I return to Hawaii, I will definitely be using her services. I wish more cities had a service like hers. read more

On our last day, our check out time was 2pm but our flight was 11pm so we needed somewhere to store our luggage. I cannot say enough about Marina and her services. We realized we had to check out of our Air BNB at 11:00 and two people in our party had to return our cars when they were leaving at 2 and the rest of us weren't leaving until 9pm. Marina was of great help. My checkout was at 11am and my flight was 11pm that day. She picked up my luggage promptly at the time we agreed and the location. Then delivered it to the place we agreed upon on time. We exchanged information at the beginning and communicated via text. When she came to pick up the luggage, she took a picture of it, which I liked. She even offered the service of driving me to the airport in the evening, but I already had a shuttle booked, otherwise I would ha e gone through this company. This service is absolutely great! BEST IDEA YET. Mahalo Marina! We had a late flight Friday and had to leave our Airbnb at 11 am. This meant carting our luggage around all day on our last day in Oahu. Obviously this is not ideal and our moods went right along with our heavy luggage. We travelled to Honolulu for the first time in September. We were arriving at 7.30am and couldn't check into the condo till 3.00pm. What to do with our luggage? After some searching on the internet, we came across Your Connection Hawaii and all the reviews were the same, excellent!! We contacted Marina to organise a pick up from the airport (there was seven of us) and storage of some of our luggage. Marina replied quickly, answered all our questions. Marina picked us up in two vans and greeted us with Aloha and a hug. We knew then we had made the right decision in trusting Marina. She took us to our friends Hotel. On the way there, she explained where to eat for the best price. She took extra time to show us the sights of Honolulu and Waikiki, an excellent tour guide, with sound advice to first time visitors. We were able to leave our bags in our friends hotel, so did not have to store our bags. We would have no hesitation in storing our bags, as Marina is very trustworthy, really cares about her customers and the service she is providing! Marina was unable to drop us off to the airport as she was on holiday, but this did not stop her from helping us, she emailed us the name of a taxi firm to contact.
