Great customer service but poor quality clean. We had used this service a couple of years ago and had inconsistent experiences. We decided to try them again and I made my concerns clear. First clean did not include items that were on the service list. They came back to do a touch up clean and that was lackluster. I requested a full refund or at least a redo to see if they could provide the service they advertise and that request was declined. Let me start by saying that I'm not a big "energy person", so my five star review is solely based on the job Your Conscious Cleaners did on cleaning my apartment. When Nathan arrived, he asked what my concerns were: floors and baseboards. He assured me that he would address these concerns. Not only were my baseboards floors spotless, but so was the rest of my apartment. I clean my apartment 2 X per week, but I was still able to notice the difference in the deep cleaning that Nathan did. The service took approximately 5 hours. I have a ~1300sqft 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, so that was expected. I would highly recommends Your Conscious Cleaners for regular cleaning, occasional deep cleaning, or move in/move out cleaning. In preparation for a summer party, I hired Conscious Cleaners for a deep clean of my 4-bedroom home, including cleaning my backyard furniture. I paid $300 for this service. The cleaning was done well, and I was satisfied with the results. However, my experience soured afterward. I received multiple follow-up emails and texts offering recurring cleaning services, but the prices were too high, so I declined. Then, I was offered a "holiday special" of a "buy one, get one free" deal. Expecting the standard clean to be more affordable since it wouldn't include the deep clean nor the backyard, I was shocked when I received a quote ranging from $401 to $499, depending on the work involved. It's clear this "buy one, get one free" offer is just a marketing tactic to make the price seem like a deal, but in reality, they've simply inflated the cost beforehand. This felt deceptive and disappointing. I would not recommend this company, as their pricing practices seem designed to take advantage of customers. Be cautious. read more

if I could give negative stars, I would. my friend gifted me an appointment with these people. I paid them extra for a deep cleaning, which was supposed to include the blinds and windows, etc. I paid them, but they did none of that. They also destroyed my hardwood floors. I came home in the middle of their cleaning and they had moved one of my chairs and the little protective cap came off of the leg of the chair and there was a raw nail and the idiot was just moving the chair around with the rod nail scratching the heck out of my floor. They didn't give me any money back. I reported this. They keep spam texting me with specials, even though I've asked them multiple times to take me off their list. Coming home after a long day of work to a spotless home is the best feeling. When I entered my place, the first thing I noticed was the amazing smell and a sense of calmness. We used the Groupon for this service; three hours of cleaning for $85 (value $240). The expectations for a $240 clean (a full house would be cleaned for that much) were very high and even $85 without a discount would be fair for a small apartment but one person came to our 2 bedroom, 1,000 sq. ft apartment and finished one small bedroom, some of the kitchen and half of one bathroom. When we spoke to the owner, Rachael, she was very apologetic but emphasized that this was a trial, "sample" service. Why would anyone pay $85 for a sample of a cleaning service? We also had to go downstairs to help the cleaner find street parking and pay for their parking meter. They have a checklist system that captures "priorities" within the house. We filled out the checklist thoughtfully and were under the assumption from their email response that it would be fine and we could work with the cleaners (PLURAL) to adjust the priorities. This was understandable considering the detail of the checklist but two people could knock out most of it in 3 hours. Additionally, why would they send a full house checklist if this was just a sample? Do not use this service unless you have a studio apartment 500 sq. ft and certainly don't use the Groupon if you think you'll be getting a full service. This was a complete waste of time and money. I wanted to give them a second star because they were polite but the service was so disappointing and overpriced that I just couldn't, especially when they called us twice to try and sell us on their monthly subscription and to pay more to finish the job ($45 an hour for another half of a room, no thanks...). read more

I wish I could give them more stars because the woman I spoke with was very friendly, but I guess communication isn't their strong suit.... I found this company on Groupon with an awesome deal of a 4 hour cleaning for $123 and, seeing as I am moving into a new place this week, I thought I'd have them come clean it up. I contacted the company and was promptly emailed, which was nice. I got the number of a woman, Kristina, and started communicating with her in regards to scheduling my cleaning. We were speaking back and forth and on Saturday I asked if she could come in on Tuesday at 1PM to do the cleaning. I didn't hear back from her until Tuesday, so in the meantime I had to scramble to find a cleaner who could do my condo at super last minute. I was pretty irritated that I would be so easily dropped and not contacted. Granted, Kristina did text me (finally) on Tuesday saying her phone was acting up, that she was sorry, and asked if she could come in at 5PM that day to clean. I said no, as I had already made another company bend over backwards to accommodate me last minute. All in all I wish I could give a better review due to their friendliness and the awesome price, but not contacting me for 2 days after it was known I was trying to schedule a cleaning within the next few days isn't good. read more

This is a pricey endeavor, but if you are looking for a VERY thorough cleaning, this is your best bet. Base boards, cabinets, vents...all of the spots that other cleaners neglect are fully detailed. I would give them 0 stars. Severely disappointed. I purchased groupon for 6 hrs of cleaning. Trying to schedule it was annoying, I e-mailed and left 2 messages before they got back to me. 2 cleaners came, they said its 1 cleaner for 6 hrs or 2 cleaners 3 hrs each. I filled out priority list. They cleaned 2 bathrooms and mopped floors in 3 bedrooms, there was no furniture in the bedrooms, all I asked them to mop the floors. Kitchen, dining room, living room and nothing else was done. Then they tell me that it's $45 per hour for 1 person to stay and do the rest. What??? 2 people can't clean the house in 2 hrs.? Usually 2 people clean my whole house in 2 hrs for $80. I don't think they will stay in business longer. Avoid them at all costs, rip off. read more

The cleaning was average for the cost. Extremely friendly staff. Love their products and concept. What i didn't like was cancelling regular service and then being charged for discounts taken off from prior cleanings... it was a $10 dollar off promotion for the next 5 cleanings. I guess the part i didn't see or understand was if you didn't get 5 cleanings, you owe them money back. Also, I asked for the house to be smudged and expected a traditional smudge stick, not incense.
