Absolute Ripoff , i guess Mark thought that an HOA was involved I was not not going to get other bids that he could stick us with a ridiculous price to do work we needed that I would fall for his scam, shame on you mark, his bid was $4,825 and got two other bids for HALF that price. Oh, so disappointing! I needed a plumber for a severe kitchen sink clog after a bottle of Drano didn't do the trick. I Yelped and was so excited to find the positive reviews for Marc and his business. The excitement continued when I called Marc and talked to him. He was so friendly and honest, he tried to walk me through the fix myself. My husband and I are home-improvement challenged, so after a great conversation, I declined his advice and made an appointment for Friday between 1-2. 1:00 came, 2:00 came, 2:15 came and no Marc. Called his phone and it rolled to voicemail. He didn't call to cancel, or update us on his whereabouts or anything. Maybe he erred in the scheduling or the job was so small he forgot about us.
