That may only be the one in Covington GA that does it, but they have done it several times with different servers, so I am convinced its a policy or directed by the manager. Another thing, from what was mentioned to me by a server who asked me to pay for the meal early and she would still serve me, the servers get dinged if the person is at the table more than 29 minutes, so they have a big incentive to brow beat and avoid your eyes for refills hoping you will leave. Still the service is super good, I haven't had a less than stella experience from the people that work there. The watered down last couple bowls still tastes alright so I would still recommend going here if you like Olive Garden.

We both ordered lunch portions of spaghetti and meatballs balls which came out luke warm. The mgr came by later. Asked how everything was. I told her my complaint of warm food. She was surprised as the waitress did not inform her. Mgr took note and would talk with kitchen staff. We departed about 6:30. Restaurant occupancy about 33%. As I passed the Longhorn which is literally right next door, their parking lot was packed full. I've had poor service in the past with this location, now warm food and smaller portions. The restaurant did appear to be clean and well maintained.
