This is my second time renting a storage space here. It is easy to move in and easy to move out. The staff is really nice. The facility is always clean . I feel safe going there alone as a single woman. It stays open later than most facilities. Really convenient. Parking is cool. Although I'm on the second floor. It's easy to access. Really like this spot nice n upgraded spot has elevator n carts to put your stuff on even a moving truck for free just provide insurance n drivers license n 4 hours free nice accommodation . Receptionist is really helpful 7am to 7pm nice well lit areas pretty easy to get around. read more

We were looking for a storage space to accommodate moving our business and all of the staff was very helpful from the very first phone call and ongoing. It was an even greater surprise to find that they offer work stations with power and wifi which helped solidify our decision and ease our transition. As it turned out, we needed 3 units altogether and the staff assisted us in securing the units, including the work station. In moving here, I got more space and actually the maintenance guy made several sugguestions that were very productive. They are very friendly and concerned about keeping your business. They actually made some amendments to my space that helped me. I've never heard of a storage space tailoring things for you. You rent the space, pay your bill and that's it. I just moved from Kansas City MO to Artesia CA and needed a place to keep my stuff while I situated myself around the area. Came up on this place. I called them up and the person who i was on the phone with was extremely nice! That sold me to show up and check out the place. Other places I called they must not be having a good day cause they were short and direct. Where's the customer service at? Anyways I show up and walk in. I get greeted by the manager and right there I felt like a king :0D. I got offered coffee water. Let me know in very detailed description on what are the specials and what I have to do if i want to cacelled my contract ect ect. I Was very impressed on her vocal skills. I believe her name was CARLA or Carmen. I cant really recall but she was awesome. Prices are very reasonable specially if u get the 4 month specials! Which have no hidden lease contracts. Plus its month to month :0D so after 4 months u can cancel it (have to give a 2 week notice. Which she was very detailed on that and its highlighted on all the papers u sign :) ) but how I was treated I believe they will keep my business for a while. Keep up the great work! read more

New manager Carol Was very rude ! We went in there to see if there was anything we can do to lower the price since we pay )$154 a month now that our 6 month promotion ran out a few months back. With the industry being so competitive we thought that it would be beneficial for us to work together and compromise on a price before we take our business else where. She very rudely said she is new management and she isn't putting up with anything and we can take our business elsewhere if we don't like it. We have never been late ,never complained about anything even when they put the "mandatory insurance " on our contract ..so it's very disappointing when a corporation puts these uneducated people as the face of their business! We are gladly take our business and personal cherished items elsewhere as you no longer deserve our money or trust ! Good luck running a profitable/successful business especially when you hire people who work for their own ego busts than customer satisfaction! read more

They had a 2 month deal they saved me a ton of cash compared to all of the big name storage places, as well as a free truck for me to use when I moved my stuff. I started with this storage last year around Feb 2012. I got a great deal where they gave 50% off on my 10x10 unit and offered to rent the moving truck to me for one day free of charge! Can't beat that! I'd checked with plenty of other local storages and this one looked the best and cheapest. It is pretty conveniently located on Pioneer Blvd. with easy access to all units. The manager up front was very polite and gave me a unit close to outside access as per my request. I've been so happy that my brother just rented a unit recently as well and he got the same introductory offer. Two thumbs up!! read more
