I paid for TEN DOLLARS worth of tokens and received...nothing. Not as in prizes, as in tokens-meaning the machine did not give me any tokens at all and I was robbed of my money. I asked an employee for help-I could smell beer on his breathe and he could barely stand. He told me they rented the machines and if I wanted any of my money back I'd have to call their support number. All I wanted was to have a good time...I got robbed and treated like shit by an alcoholic employee. Do yourself a favour...wait for it to come out on streaming.

Once I went at night, which must be their prime time and it was a long line, but otherwise it's been really short. The seats are comfortable and they recline. This last time we went, we were in theater 10 in the last row, and I found that the seats didn't recline quite as much as other seats we've been in. The staff are always polite. Overall, I would say it's pretty clean, although there are times I've noticed the trash needs to be emptied.

Another perk to the particular theater is that you have several dining options in the theater as well as outside the theater in Patriot Place. This theater also has a mini food court where you can eat before a movie and a small banquet room for birthday parties. The staff I interacted with at this location were pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this Showcase if you are in a touristy type of mood.

I hate big theaters that seat close to 100 people. They have done some renovations. They now have the reclining leather seats and they have a tray for food that swings in front of you and it has a cup holder in it. The recline on the seats is perfect and they are so comfortable. The seats and theater is also very clean. The worker who we bought our tickets and concessions from was also very helpful. She pointed us towards a drink and popcorn combo that ended saving us money and getting us more popcorn and drink! I literally don't want to go to another theater besides this one - not interested! I do not live in the area, but I am more than willing to make the drive to experience this theater again!

My third graders used to partner with the Z for the symphony trio events (classroom, grade level and then at the Z) and they were so so so amazing! We brought my middle schoolers to see a winter play once too. I have also attended many events on my own. Whether it's a show or a workshop, the Z offers so much for the local community. I'm excited for their next chapter!

I have a lot of love for this theatre and the staff there and spent many a time there from school field trips growing to working backstage many years later, getting to see great performers from Hal Holbrook to James Brown and many more.
