The salon, located about 25 minutes from my home on Rainbow near a freeway and behind a Burger King, is well worth the drive. Or simply trying to justify your choices regarding our review. Either way, thanks for the response. The real issue still persists, why would someone need nail polish repair within 24 hours of service and then a 2nd time 48 hours later. Nail services should last longer than a day, especially with the prices that were paid.

I booked the appointment for 3pm the next day and drove all the way from the strip on my vacation. When i called to confirm location, i was told that i never booked an appointment and would have to wait here for almost 2 hours if i wanted to be seen. Booking seems very unprofessional, never even got the chance to get my nails done and i had to sit outside in 115° heat while i waited 20 minutes for my uber. The only plus was that i got a refund but still spent over $60 on Ubers and taxis to get there! All im gonna say is DONT BOOK HERE ON VACATION AND WASTE $60!!! Chi is incredibly sweet and made me feel comfortable right away. The pedicure itself was flawless, but the Reiki was truly phenomenal. It was my first time experiencing it, and I was amazed at how it brought up emotions I didn't even know I was holding onto.
