I took in a laptop that had candle wax spilled on the keyboard. They looked at it to see if the data was recoverable and/or repairable. Ultimately, they advised that it was not worth fixing/relacing the keyboard, that purchasing a new one was cheaper. Oh my gosh best place to bring anything I brought up I phone an Apple Watch and cracked both faces took one day to fix the Apple Watch 20 minutes to fix the phone I brought in the iPad and they suggested I buy another one either used. I had an old PS2 that needed to be fixed & I inquired through Yelp. Yourtronics was responsive & one of the first companies to reach back out. They wanted me to bring it in first & see what needed to be fixed. I dropped it off & within a few hours they called me & said they could fix it. Only problem was the cost to fix it would be more then the PS2 was worth. Instead of taking my money, they recommended I just buy one on eBay. Not many places would he this honest in. I found this place through Yelp and sent them a message to confirm they fix GoPros. They responded right away. My Hero 6's lens was coming off and it wouldn't sync with my phone. The guy at the front desk said they would call me within a day to share their quote. I didn't get a call to confirm pricing, rather that my GoPro was fixed and ready for pickup. It cost somewhere between $60-$70. Fine. But when I got home, it STILL wouldn't sync with my phone. I contacted the shop again; no response. So no, I won't be back. read more

I have taken both of my daughters phones here. They are soooo nice and the owner, Shawn is so darn cute. Hehe, OMG. If you need anything with a computer or phone I would highly recommend going to this place. You can get a slice of pie at Al's while you wait. They're fast at fixing stuff so tell Al to make your pie quick. You can even get your dog washed next door while you wait. Great experience at Yourtronics yesterday! My lenovo yoga laptop was turning on but I couldn't click on anything and I LIVE on my laptop for work. I brought it in at 1pm and after a 1-hour review of the laptop, they were able to diagnose the problem (windows was malfunctioning and causing my computer not to run properly). They were able to have my computer completely reset (I work off dropbox so I didn't need anything backed-up) and back up and running by 4pm. I've brought old computers to other repair shops in the past and they have taken around a week to get back so this was such a blessing to be able to get it back within a few hours and get back to work asap. Sean was great to work with. The phone screen cracked on my LG Stylo 5 when I dropped it outside on my patio. On Monday, 5/16 I went to their shop, showed Sean my cracked screen and asked if he could fix it. He said he could and told me the cost would be approximately $125. My particular screen had to be ordered, and it arrived at their shop three days later, early Thursday afternoon. So I brought back my broken phone Thursday (today) and it was returned to me in under two hours, with a beautiful new screen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I had an emergency with a laptop screen going out, I brought my laptop to this place and was promised a specific date to be repaired (3 day service to be exact), proceeded to pay for the repairs....and so when the promised day came and called to followed up...but nothing had been done for the repairs, the entire time the whole experience in this place felt shady!! When I would call them for an update I kept getting the run around with them telling me about their personal problem stories that had nothing to do with me or my laptop (GET IT TOGETHER MAN!!!) I kept my cool and gave him another chance, however my confidence in this place and getting my computer repair was lost and decided to call this place quits!! I picked up my computer and requested a refund for my money. The guy gave back my computer, proceeded to input the refund and said I would receive a text message in a few hours confirming the return of my money, that text message never came, even my wife called to follow up with the refund, after a week and no funds in the bank I had to dispute the charges and had to get my bank involved!!! I got the money back from the dispute but not from them submitting my refund...SUPER SUPER SHADY!!!! IF YOUR BANK HAS TO BE INVOLVED THATS A BIG PROBLEM!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WASTE OF TIME AND HAD TO GET MY BANK INVOLVED! ALSO, WE NOTICED SOME WEIRD ACTIVITY GOING ON, MAYBE SELLING DRUGS? SOMETHING SHADY IS DEFINITELY GOING ON HERE!!! I'm happy to say I had an excellent experience with Sean and his staff in removing a failing hard drive from my late-2015 model iMac. Their service was friendly, prompt, professional, and they seem to be quite knowledgable in all things computer-related. I wound up paying more than I had originally anticipated, but that was due to a miscommunication as to what I wanted to have done. Once we were on the same page, all went well. I didn't mind the extra expense, because now I have a fully functional backup iMac that I can use should my new Mac give me any issues. Not only did they remove the bad hard drive, they also restored the macOS to my other internal storage device -- an SSD. A bit of a drive for me from where I live (I had to make two trips), but it was definitely worth the time and trouble. I highly recommend Yourtronics and will use them again for any future computer or cell phone issues. P.S. I'm writing this on my restored iMac! read more

Don't go here, your laptop will stop working again after a year. They just fix your devices with cheap material so it works again for a little bit, but it's not worth it. My macbook got the same problem back randomly. read more
