I'm so glad I happened to find this place - it's easy to miss, tucked behind the strip of McDonalds, Starbucks, etc. There's plenty to walk to while waiting, but it was really so fast I didn't bother. Went to this location to purchase a set of New Tires. Went into the Office and they said Jeremy would help me... went and paid $100 dollars to put them on... and found out the Tires had internal flaws that would make my Car unsafe to drive... Turns out this place broke a wire to my air conditioner when they were ONLY doing a OIL CHANGE. I took it back the next day and he didn't even wanna look at my car, they told me maybe it needed to be charged? Instead of trying to help me or fix what they did they lied and acted like it they didn't just break my wires the day before. These guys almost killed me! Came in for a differential service, and they made the mistake of clamping my brake line between the differential plate and differential. Not only did they jeopardize my braking system, but I had my differential oil leaking out, and probably damaging my differential gears. I tried to get the shop to help pay the bill to fix thier mistake, but they refused. Unless you are suicidal and want your brake line clamped, don't go to these guys. read more

I haven't been anywhere else out here to have my car serviced and I will not go anywhere else. This place is the best. They go out of their way for their customers. We don't even have to get out of our car for oil changes which is GREAT because I am a nursing mom and our car is my only place to go and feed when we are out in public. After many recommendations based on my needs I gave this place a try. I was pleasantly surprised that I could just wait in my car with my toddler while they did the oil change. In and out in under 25 mins because someone was in front of me in line. Exactly what I wanted! No fuss, all I needed was an oil change and I didn't have to set hours aside for it. We will never go back to Jiffy Lube!!! Prices are great and the service is even better. Jeremy saw the ball joint was one twist from falling off. I can't say with any certainty Jiffy Lube would have caught that. Jeremy potentially saved us thousands of dollars in repairs if those bolts would have came off. We will be bringing all our vehicles here and spread the word to all our friends and family. read more

I used to go there all the time the lady that worked there was very nice and they always did a good job, however, recently my husband went in for an oil change he checked it when he got home and the oil hadn't even been changed.
