She made a expert suggestion and offered me a GREAT DEAL to put me into 4 much needed all-terrain tires for my truck, when I needed to move in a hurry. I trashed one of my tires off-road near Copper Mountain and the others were basically bald... and I needed to get to NorCal. She put me into a very nice set of tire at a really good price with a minor suggestion to up sale me (but in a really great way that was better for me). She suggested tires that met my off-road needs but would have a better highway ride. So I took good advice and the great deal! I got the tires in November '25 and have put 600 miles on them. Here tire advice was right on target. Also, they put my truck on the alignment rack to check it, and verified that I did not need an alignment. They did not try to sell me something I did not need. ALSO- you just know I checked the (ALL) lug torque when I got home. Everything was in specification = Good Job! Very satisfied. Will be my first stop when I need treads on the other vehicle.
