    6 rolls we ordered
    Chris P.

Great sushi rolls at a decent price! The staff were quick, and the food did not take long to come out!

Service was horrible! The waiter did not care at all, forgot our order, no utensils, we had to ask for everything. The food was average. Place looks old and careless. We will not be back.

    Tonkatsu...yummy!
    Chloe S.

I ordered the tonkatsu (pictured) but also the cucumber salad appetizer (not pictured) and a spicy tuna roll (not pictured). Service was good and prompt...seat yourself, someone takes your order and brings the food to you, and you pay at the counter. The tonkatsu was delicious (and I'm a big tonkatsu fan). The tonkatsu was well cooked...not overcooked (which is a common mistake) so that the meat was still tender with the right amount of crunch with the breading (not a heavy breading, which I appreciate). This came with miso soup. The cucumber salad appetizer was refreshing and light. And 50% off all rolls...can't go wrong with that! I had leftovers to take back with me for lunch the next day. Total price for all three, including tax (but not tip) was just $27.53. Seriously...good value for good food. If I'm in this area, I'd definitely return to this place!

Great service and food! We were a party of 17 and the staff did an amazing job at making sure we all got what we needed!

The service here has been lacking so much! I still enjoy the food here but their customer service needs a lot of help. I've been here 2 times within the week and both times I had to grab a menu myself. The menus are stacked on a chair right at the front door, so grab one before you're seated because both times they weren't brought to us. Both times we were here, we were seated at tables that had missing condiments/eating utensils and had to take them from other tables. FYI: They now have signs as you walk in about leaving tip. If you don't tip them during your visit, the next time you're here, they're going to charge you a service fee.

I have placed the order through Uber eats, I mentioned at the note to use fresh salmon instead of smoked on my Philadelphia roll. They ignored it, very disappointed, will never order again or go to this place. And here what I got on picture, does it look yamy to anyone? I paid $33 to throw away

If you are searching for affordable sushi I 10/10 recommend coming to Yu-Ka. None of the rolls I ordered were more that $10 which is nice, and everything was made fresh and hot. I wasn't a fan of the Korean chicken, it was really fatty and I didn't enjoy it as much as other Korean chicken I have tried from other establishments which is what ultimately knocked my rating down for the restaurant. The service was great and quick. My waitress always checked in frequently and refilled my drinks without me asking. My friend and I were also seated immediately which is always a plus.

Had a great experience here on a Sunday afternoon for the 50 percent off sushi rolls. For the price, everything was fresh and service was nice. We didn't need much service because we ordered many rolls and them all at once. I would recommend the mango, bayou, and baked salmon roll! Most rolls were $7.99-8.99 with the 50% deal.

I went in close to closing and they happily took my order. Great customer service and cute environment! Rolls are pretty good, both fried and one was a little crispy but overall good!

This is my favorite sushi spot! The rolls are so good and at a good price. The service is good, but the atmosphere isn't as fancy as other sushi restaurants in the area. You can't beat the good food at this price!!

I hadn't been here in 5+ years and it hasn't missed a beat. I love the sushi and the fact that it is 50% off makes it awesome. I'm used to paying $10 to $15 for the same quality and size, where here it is $7 to $9. I think the fish is fresh and the staff was friendly and fast. It is one of my favorite sushi places in Atlanta suburbs.

Love the chicken YakiSoba! Philly roll is a solid go to. Salad with ginger dressing and the edamame are always good apps.

Our favorite is their fish items (sushi, sashimi, grilled cod) AND Pudding! We've never tasted a cod as soft and flaky as the one served here. The pudding is as close to as you can get to an authentic pudding in Japan.

The gyoza was delicate and flavorful, and it held together nicely. The soup was quite savory. At first I thought there might not have been enough sliced pork in there but by the time I reached the end of my meal I was very satisfied with the portion. I also like how the carryout bag included everything I needed: sauce for the gyoza, salad dressing, a napkin and flatware. I went out of my way to come here and I'm happy I did.

I wouldn't say you need a reservation on a normal occasion, and the people here are pretty nice. We specifically only came for their Demon Slayer collab spoons, and thankfully, they had some! We didn't realize until we were there that you MUST order the Tokyo Yatai Classic to receive a blind spoon though. We weren't interested in the promo ramen, but we ordered it anyway. And as expected, it was alright. We ate it, but it wasn't anything to write home about. It's only getting a Yelp review bc I liked their apps. The appetizers I've had were much better than the ramen, even outside of this one instance with their promotional ramen. If I wanted ramen, it wouldn't be here, but for a quick bite or many small plates... maybe. The eggplant and brussels sprouts were probably my favorite of what I had, and it's all due to the miso soy marinade. It masked some bitterness with sweetness. If I were to come again, it'll have to be during happy hour. That's the only time I feel it's worth coming for.

Yumee Katsu is a modern-style katsu spot, and overall, the food is tasty even though I've definitely enjoyed some dishes more than others. My go-to order is the Assorted Katsu meal, and it's a winner for variety, flavor, and portion size. You get a couple of pieces of shrimp tempura, fish katsu, and pork & cheese katsu, plus the option to add a small side of udon or soba noodles. The fish katsu is light and flavorful, and the pork with cheese is a full-on cheese pull party. I also really enjoy their salad dressing and the dipping sauces that come with the donkatsu and fish katsu- they add a lot to the meal. The ambiance has a nice, modern vibe, and the service has always been friendly and welcoming. A small but thoughtful touch: they offer Asian candies for guests, which is a fun little refresher after your meal. Overall, Yumee Katsu is a great spot in Suwanee if you're in the mood for well-executed katsu in a cool, comfortable setting. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't already.

It did me because I saw this place on social media and since it's another katsu joint, it must be tried and suffice to say, it's not bad! This location is in the plaza that shares the new Sambong, Gopchang Salon, CowWow, and the BBQ Chicken place off L'ville-Suwanee Rd. If you hit the H-Mart, you've passed it as it's got one of the most unassuming signage you can create. Inside, is spacious. Looks to seat roughly 60-80 heads. It's well lit, has a very Japanese decor to the interior, yet still provides a decent amount of coziness to your table without it being too dark. Now for the food. Being that it's a katsu place, I had to go with their flagship entree, the Yumee Katsu and also pair it with a mini soba which let's me for real, I love how they do soba here. It's not dipping soba which I love. The soba sits in a cold broth of dashi, soy sauce, and mirin which they season with some cabbage and toasted sesame seeds. Now for the katsu itself. The katsu itself is thick. Thick and juicy which delivers an amazing porky flavor. It's also fried beautifully. The crust is crunchy, flaky, and evenly distributed over the pork meat. Yet the fried panko doesn't mask the flavor of the pork which some places tend to do so the panko pork ratio is simply perfect because you get the initial crunch but then the thick pork meat hits your teeth and it's a beautiful marriage of crunchy with the meaty tenderness of the pork protein. They give you their own katsu dipping sauce, some mini cubed radish, two cubes of radish kimchi, and on the plate, a heaping handful of sliced cabbage with a dressing drizzled on top which provides another textural dimension from the fried pork. The katsu plate is $15. Since I added the mini soba which was another $2 then tax and tip, you're looking at at about $20-$24 in order to eat here. Not bad. Definitely worth visiting for a casual hang or even a date and you don't want to do the normal Atlanta date scene and feel like grabbing something different.
