Breakfast sandwiches & delicious fresh squeezed juice straight from Yum Yum's vitamix blender.

The workers are always so friendly & make the best fresh sandwiches & delicious smoothies! The strawberry banana Licuado is divine & hits the spot during these hot summer days. Griselda, the manager, is awesome, she goes out of her way to make sure you are happy & always gives the best recommendations. I'm hooked on their Chicken Sante Fe sandwich on a croissant, it's absolutely scrumptious!! Their Ranchera breakfast sandwich hits the spot in the mornings. It's my new favorite local spot for sandwiches & smoothies!

The donuts are good but Miguel is GREAT!! We get such friendly service from him every time we see him. That is a man that knows how to sell donuts! Thank you Miguel for being so fun! You always having us coming back to this spot when we need a sweet treat!

Greeted with hello's, smiles and prompt service - love that. The chocolate donut with sprinkles, my go-to donut, was not that great, a bit stale but I did go late afternoon The breakfast sandwich however was great! Piping hot and made to order, there was plenty of bacon, egg and cheese to balance the amount of bagel. The bagel was yummy on its own too.

Donut miss out on this location as it is sprinkled with delectables! The staff definitely eclairs about their customers and treat everyone as sweet as their treats themselves. You can order ahead as well, and the only time they're flakey is when it comes to their croissants. 24 hours of pastry goodness!

Happy Donut Day. Our yearly visit with the same friendly service and good donuts. Parking in front.

24/7, great donuts, deli sandwiches and pretty tasty coffee along with reasonable prices and staff with a fun attitude and personality? That would keep me coming back. Recently stopped in and grabbed a turkey/avocado/bacon on an everything bagel. The sandwich was delish! Crispy bagel and great ingredients, plenty of avocado too. Priced right! The iced coffee with the hazelnut was decent too. I definitely recommend this place!

Been coming to this location for at least 15 years! The service is always quick! Griselda is great!! Donuts are always fresh, zero complaints!!

I love coming here! Super friendly staff and delicious breakfast. This cheesy bacon avocado bagel melt blew my mind! Yum!

Service was absolutely the best, one of the managers here definitely made it happen! I'm so grateful for her! I had called in for an order of donut holes with sprinkles for a baby shower and wanted certain colors she didn't have and then she called me back and made it happen!!

Look for this sign, as seen from Manchester Blvd. in PDR.

This strip mall merchant has been a donut store since I was in college, if not before. I'm not sure if it was called Yum Yum then, as it now appears that Yum Yum is a chain. I pulled into this strip mall and thought I'd get a donut or two to eat en route to Clutter's (LAX plane spotting) Park on the slope above Imperial Highway in El Segundo. The prices were a little bit more 90293 (read: Playa del Rey) than in SoCal's hinterlands, so I settled on one donut - a double chocolate one with chocolate sprinkles. They're getting a review for that one donut! The employee helping me was polite, the donut was delicious, the store was clean, and there is off-street parking right in front of the store. In terms of its context, the pricing is probably appropriate. I never went into this donut store during college until senior year, even though I went to the Bob's Big Boy that was diagonally across the intersection about 2 or 3 times a week. A few of us taking a class had put off coming up with our fluff weekly journal writings for a course, so we gathered together and pulled an "all nighter" the night before this journal was due. We needed sustenance and the idea of donuts came up. I thought of this place in Playa del Rey whose name back then I don't remember. I made the donut run. I had seen it was open 24 hours, but the front door was locked. I kept banging on the entry door, given that there was an employee there. I then returned to the study group empty handed and, to put my one year of collegiate Spanish into use, called up the place and said, "Porque estas cerrado? Nosotros necesitamos donuts ... donuts frescos y nuevos." At 2 a.m., people tend to get stir crazy and the others were laughing their asses off in the background. This "frescos y nuevos" line became an inside joke. I went back and was able to get the box of donuts. They turned out to be good donuts. They were indeed "frescos y nuevos." We made it through the night and completed those journal write-ups. I'm sure that we owed some thanks to this donut shop. Today's Yum Yum PDR location is a nice, clean little store with parking in its lot and you can eat what you buy inside or take it to go.

THIS IS LONG CAUSE I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH!:…read more Soooo: SUMMARY (FOR THE RUSHY RUSHY PEOPLE): great vibes has French music of different genres flowing in the air. DELICIOUS food (kudos to the chef). Good portions for the price. Food takes time cause it's bomb. #DontRushGreatness. Wonderful staff! Would love if open more hours to resume fun events ex: wine tasting open mic??? more chargers needed, clean bathroom. Parking lot small and tricky. Please be careful on that intersection. Traffic lights are meaningless to some. Beautiful decor ! And they change the menu :-) Go there it's lovely. Tell your crew but keep it classy. THATS IT! Phew. NOW GET COZY AND READ ON IF YOU HAVE THE TIME: The owner and her staff are so kind warm and welcoming! I've been coming here for what feels like a year? You walk in and feel instantly relaxed from the decor. Think ; vacation spot , "White Lotus" season 1 and 2 vibes. TIMING: The morning time is really popular from what I hear and there is sometimes a line. However go between 11-2:30 (closing time) and very calm 90% of the time. If/When there is a line people are so nice! No joke! Maybe because it's not a place you rush things. Everything is made fresh so some dishes take a bit of time. So I suggest going when you are not in a hurry. Or order to go. AMBIANCE: If you are a music lover, and enjoy international grooves, a French radio station or playlist is always on. Plus it's different styles of French music! There was rap, hip-hop, jazz, alternative. So while in line you'll probably find yourself tapping your feet. I really like the booths for the privacy. When it's busy those go QUICK. The basket chairs look glorious but I haven't tried them yet. Not sure if they are still up. But one day I'll nest in there...one day. NOW THE FOOD! The menu changes every so often which is exciting ! If you are minding your dollars and cents it's a bit pricey. HOWEVER, the food is great quality and from the dishes I've ordered the portions are a good size #WorthIt. I like their coffee and that they have milk alternatives. And I appreciate the menu is not overwhelming. If there are condiments they don't carry (due to the authenticity of the restaurant) they always recommend something comparable as a substitute. RECOMMENDATIONS: I dislike eating breakfast when it's not time for it. But when I come here? It's on! The goat cheese omelette is fluffy and delicious!! I add chicken to it que magnifique! (Hope that's right as I'm not using Ai in this moment . Apologies if it's wrong corrections welcome #respect) They had a juicy burger and it was so good they run out of it pretty often. The lox bagel has a decent amount of lox! The home fries aren't greasy (great with avocado for some reason) Bannana Bread is so tastes and moist! It feels more like a cake. I'd buy the whole basket but that would be unfair to "the OTHERS..." Just kidding lol. The lemon squares are about to be my new addiction too. But they keep it real sometimes popular dishes run out. And that's ok, it's a boutique spot. It's also a mini-rush when you order a dish that's finally available lol. ADVICE: PURPOSE: I'd come here for a smoothy after a workout. Breakfast with peers or a more relaxed business mtg. if you're in an ASL (Or any group/team) club like I was this is a great place to meet. The light is fantastic! They have their own wiFii. CLEANLINESS/KIDS? Their bathroom is clean. Place is spotless. You might see a table with dishes to be cleared but it's never overwhelming or a bunch of tables in that state so, chill! I'm not sure I've seen a lot of families with kids in there. And I'm not sure if I saw a changing table. I have a 4 year old so I look at things like that but I know they'd be very accommodating. DRAWBACKS?: I've only seen one outlet over a booth in the middle? So make sure you are charged up or have a looong chord. They also close pretty early when I'm there at 2:30pm. CREATIVE PLANS FROM STAFF: However, one of the baristas shared with me they used to be open longer. But due to Covid it's been slow. So they adjusted the hours. They have lots of ideas if things pick up. And I think in the past they did wine tasting with selections directly from France! I think they could have a fabulous open mic poetry night. Maybe even a small live band every so often. Game night classy style? hehe. If they allowed the tables to be moved I'd do an art premiere there! No joke #Ideas. YOU, yes you: Step one? Get more awesome people to adore this place like I do. So check it out! Enjoy the food and ambiance and the kindness. I'll see you at the open mic wish I could add a pic but maybe next time!

The picture shows the second time they got my drink wrong after less than a week they got it wrong again and it was the same person, I can't get his name because his name tag is obscured he's a tall white guy with black hair in a man bun. I showed him this drink and instead of reacting the way the staff at Starbucks centinela did when I took it there to get it remade with 0 problems or attitude he just makes an excuse saying they needed to "fit all of it in" Before this when I first arrived I didn't even recognize it as my drink until I saw the name I mean I thought it would be a no brainer fix but apparently I'm in the wrong for coming here The first time they got it wrong this same barista with the smeared name tag and Dylan both treat me like I'm asking for too much and like I don't know what I want Dylan looked at me and said" with three shots?" Like I didn't know what three shots does to the drink visually. I do and I have the bank receipts to prove it literally all over town Ive spent a lot of money on this drink I used to see this place as part of my community where I could come and rely on having a good spot to relax and be at but not anymore and that is sad for me, probably funny for those two guys but sad for me and I will not go back to a place like that it was a good run PS that photo is exactly as it appeared when I picked it up I didn't drink any of it because I was so insulted they didn't even offer to make it right. that photo is taken outside Starbucks centinela where they didn't even need me to say anything they say it and immediately made it the way ever other Starbucks, including the Lincoln one from the past, makes it

My son suggested we stop at Ghost Sando Shop before I dropped him and his fiancée off. Great idea. My wife and I shared the Kickin' Chicken: chicken, BLAST spread, chipotle adobo, melted mozzarella and sharp cheddar, topped with lettuce, pickled jalapeño, tomato, and white onion. It was delicious. The guy at the counter was friendly and welcoming, and even delivered our sandwiches to us as we sat outside at one of the shaded tables - it was pleasant if you need a spot to eat versus taking it to go. One thing I really like on a sando is shredduce. It just makes a sandwich taste better. Not sure why. Ghost got it right. It wasn't busy shortly after opening on a Sunday, which was nice. It was delicious and the Dutch crunch bread was a good amount of crunch without being too hard that would rip open the roof of your mouth. I love the vegetable mix with it that included roasted peppers, pepperoncini but the Melrose spread was a tad bit much where it just oozed off the sandwich paper wrap. The sauce was good but a tad bit excessive. The staff was very nice but the food took longer than expected. Maybe that's because of them making it fresh but it seemed a tad bit longer than I expected for a non busy time I went (11am).
