I come here for just the banh bao. They are little buns of heaven. The meat inside the tender and delicious. The bun in the outside is not soggy but fluffy and chewy. I always order a couple trays to go. This is a take out only place. The lines moves pretty fast. Nothing noteworthy about the service. I recommend their banh bao, both chicken and quail eggs. They are known for their baos and they run out fast. When I got there this afternoon, they only had 2 options left - the one with salted duck egg or the one with quail egg. I opted for the one with quail egg. I also ended up ordering a couple of banh mis. Pandan rice cake. So good here. When you can get your hands on it. They usually have a line and when they make the dessert rice cakes, they go fast. I've tried going early before, and the timing is off because they say they haven't made them yet. So it can be unpredictable. Although, when you can try them, they're the best I've found. They are tender, fluffy, and chewy. I know, what's that...fluffy AND chewy?! I promise you, it can be both at once. It's cause of the rice batter! We stopped here on New Year's Day to grab some bánh bao (包子 bāozi for Chinese speakers), and we of course had to wait in line because people love to eat out and buy yummy food during the holidays. This place is called "Yummy," which I suppose is a respectable and valid promise to offer as a food merchant. Therefore, I had high expectations given their branding, as well as the line we waited in, and the fact that my family brought me here in the first place. My aunt tells me the coffee here is good. I found myself compelled by their chè menu. Their chè Yummy promises to be "yummy," so I said "why not?". You can add durian for a dollar. I love durian when it's perfectly ripe, so I said "why not?". There were so many ingredients put into the chè Yummy -- I'm usually a chè ba màu eater. In the end? It was yummy. The durian added a finishing touch, though if it was all durian, I wouldn't mind either. I later are some of their bánh bao, which of which we picked up two containers of 9 buns, and honestly the size is smaller than I'm used to, but it works. It's bite/sized, so the bun to meat ratio isn't as devastating as the larger bánh bao I'm used to. The meat is also flavored differently; the spice profile is intriguing and very welcome. Got the roast pork banh mi, really delicious. The meat is very soft and the pork skin is very crispy. I really liked how the jalapenos were deseeded so it was not too spicy. The baguette to meat and veggie ratio is perfect and the bread is crispy. Not too hard not too dry and very fluffy. Sauce is perfectly salty and rich. I prefer this roast pork banh mi over others in the area. The charcoal salted egg lava custard bun is beautiful and the custard inside is pretty good but a little on the sweet side. However the texture of the bun itself really bothered me. It was soft but after chewing the bun you get a very grainy texture on your teeth like you're eating sand, which is likely due to the charcoal powder to achieve this color. Otherwise the bun would be really tasty. I dont think I will order these buns again, the charcoal grainy texture is very offputting. read more

I came for the delicious looking bao buns but unfortunately came away slightly disappointed. I was trying to figure out which one was their popular buns and probably ended up ordering the wrong one because not only was it tiny, but it wasn't that great as well. I also got a Banh Mi Yummy which was pretty decent and I really enjoyed that they put charsiu in there. The extra fattiness was definitely noticed. Finally I got their House coffee which was solid too.
