Flaky and delicious. *** Che: lots of different kinds... made with an assortment of fruits (logan, jackfruit and lychee), beans (mung beans, red/white kidney beans, etc), and different types of jelly (coconut, grass jelly, etc made from agar agar). These desserts are usually served cold with crushed ice. One of my favorite is Chè Chuối (Coconut Banana Pudding), Chè Sương Sa Hạt Lựu are agar-agar (Sương Sa) and pomegranate seeds (Hạt Lựu), Chè Thái, a sweet, creamy, fruit-cocktail-style soup mixed with jackfruit, lychee, longan, pandan jelly, all soaked in creamy coconut milk, and Chè Đậu Xanh: made from mung beans, pandan and coconut milk In Conclusion: no trip home is complete without a trip with my mom here to grab my favorite noms and snacks. 10/10 would recommend!

From a customer's perspective, I prefer businesses that focus on fair pricing and consistent quality rather than constant discounts while sacrificing the product itself.
