Amazing teriyaki! Tied with the best in town with Fuji Teriyaki. The teriyaki sauce is sweet so I def recommend adding at least a level 1 spice to give it more oomph. The fried rice is basically white rice with veggies - not very flavorful or wok hei seasoned. It'd be amazing if yall fried it more, added more seasoning esp white pepper. Wouldn't recommend upgrading from steamed rice. The spicy chicken teriyaki is more of a dry teriyaki but it is delicious. Not gochujang based, more sambal and very yummy. I wish they would stir fry with veggies like Fuji does but still delicious and definitely recommend. As soon as you walk in the door you know it'll be rly good. Any place that has the owners kids playing or workin there will always be good. They were quick even though they were swamped at 3PM. They had a ton of door dash orders while i was there as well. As far as interior it's really cute and welcoming. They got part of my order wrong (I wanted steamed rice with the spicy chicken and got fried rice but since it still clumped together i didn't mind.) We were greeted promptly after we entered. The menu was very easy to read and order from. The servings were pretty generous. The food was delicious. Yakisoba noodles were good and the gyozas were hot and crispy! The ambiance was ok, not a lot of customers over pretty low key. read more

Really liked the food. I was told by a few of my work colleagues that this place has really good food. So for dinner last night, my wife and I decided to give it a whirl. We both ordered the Chicken Teriyaki-- mine steamed rice, hers fried rice. We also opted for a California Roll. Food was great! A decent portion of chicken and all cooked and seasoned just right and for our current times, what I think was a fair price. Some may object a bit to the building.... once Italian (I heard), and then Mexican for a while. A bit aged- but everything seemed to be sanitary and overall clean. Waitress was on top of it and quite friendly. Definitely will give this another visit sometime. We have ordered from them a few times with no issue. Then we had sushi and the grandchild suffered from what we thought was food poisoning. The next time we ordered takeout and it was delivered via Door Dash. It comes tied shut so when we opened it we saw we were one entree short. The credit went to Door Dash with no replacement meal for the last guest. We will not be ordering from here again. read more

What can I say, its easily the best teriyaki spot in town, very friendly service and excellent food. I noticed most of the negative reviews revolved around door dash, seems like that's mostly an issue with the door dash driver. I've ordered to go dozens of times without issue and sat down to eat here many times. Food is always delicious and presentation is great. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend eat here. Food tastes good.Only negative was that the fried rice was under my chix rather than a separate container.This meant that I had more rice than chix and the rice had teriyaki sauce on it from the chix which I don't care for.I prefer my fried rice with no sauce. read more

Got this through DoorDash during covid after just moving to town. Sadly, not impressed. Flavor pretty bland, rice and orange chicken very soggy, and the gyoza wrappers were extremely think. This place is excellent terriyaki, the beef was tender and the pork was the same. Prawns are a little over cooked. However, the fried rice is the best ive had in centralia in a long time. I highly recommend any of the combos, make it spicy and they will ask if you want 1 to 4 stars; i went with a 3 too hot for most but, a good start for me. We decided to try Zabdi Teriyaki for dinner tonight and were not disappointed. I had the regular Teriyaki Chicken and my husband had the spicy teriyaki chicken. Both dishes were fantastic and the customer service is great. It's been a long time since we've enjoyed great teriyaki. We will be regulars from now on. We tried 2 different combo plates so we could try 3 different meats. The chicken was excellent, as well as the pork. We were really impressed with the quality of the beef. The fried rice was excellent and the portions were better than I had expected. I would definitely recommend this place for some really good local teriyaki.
