My fiancee and I purchased a 2013 in Jeep Wrangler in 2021 and it broke down and had loss of power in acceleration not long after. We also purchased an AUL warranty for $2,000. The dealership said the jeep needed a new engine. They had to order oem parts and it took the dealership 2-3 months to receive the Jeep back. We received the jeep back and it was not in satisfactory mechanical condition. We contacted zag motors numerous of times and have been given "reasons" why they can't take jeep back as in they don't have a mechanic who works on engines anymore also that they don't have room on the dealership lot for our vehicle to get repaired. Cordinationg with this dealership has been a nightmare and I feel they don't want to resolve any issues but are very persistent when it comes to selling a vehicle. We've been innurupted, hung up on. The workers have been rude. The kindest one we have talked to was Blake. We contacted AUL and they said the warranty has been used up due to the engine swap and bring it back to zag motors if the job was unsatisfactory. We've tried that and have been getting the run around. This dealership also has a high apr and payments are 800 a month with good credit . My point is this dealership is unprofessional and customer service is not suitable for the average consumer when it comes to resolving issues. They literally told us on the phone they would refund the warranty and have not. This is the worst dealership we've been to. read more

Phenomenal Service! My hat is off to Leo, the sales manager over at the Lynnwood location - he is the MAN! Very patient with our situation and not a pushy salesman by any means. He actually has the customer's best interest in mind and it shows. He was working with me for a couple of months before we sealed the deal on a new vehicle at an astonishingly low rate with a local credit union. Leo and his team go above and beyond to make sure you are in good hands, make sure to give this dealer a shot. He was able to give me top dollar on both of my trade-ins (one of them didn't even run!). They have great vehicles and even better staff. I am shocked when I see the low reviews and bad experiences that people had. I know that there is new management, Leo comes from the Hospitality industry prior to working here, and his main prerogative is to put the customer first. Another Great Experience with my favorite dealership Independence Auto Center! I just bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee to replace my 2006 Jeep that I also bought it from the same place. Price wise no one could beat this place! I went to a competitor closer to my house to look and I was just not happy with them and their prices so I decided to go back to Independence Auto Center. The sales people there were really nice and helpful! Go see them if you want someone who listens to everything you want and also makes you feel like he/she is your friend not just a commission. They were very nice and did everything I asked and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. We have purchased 2 cars for me and my wife (a 325i BMW) and they are both the best cars we had so far. Just wanted to change mine to a newer car so this was our 3rd car from them. You want a company that does not do as they say like "we do a thorough inspection of the vehicle". Only 800+ miles after driving it off the lot, it was in a shop. The mechanic said these guys said they checked it out? No way because these injectors haven't pulsed in a long time and the spark plugs blew out because the cylinders filled up. A basic exhaust diagnostic would have shown this. They couldn't fix it in the time we needed so we towed it to Fleet Service in Everett and they looked it over and said, "these guys said they checked out this vehicle? If they did they didn't do much because they would have caught this with a basic diagnostic. 2 separate companies 100 miles apart and the both said the same thing. Worse, Fleet Service groaned when I said we bought it from them. They know the reputation of Zag Motors- not good. Steer clear of these guys and I will update this after we go to court over this purchase. read more

So I found one of there adds on Craigslist and inquired about my trade in value, Mike called me the next day wanting me to come in and check out some trucks. I did and unfortunately I didn't love any of them. Mike was awesome though and didn't pressure me into any of the trucks, instead he said when he came back to work that Friday he'd check there new inventory and text me letting me know if anything fit my wish list. Luckily that Friday he texted me with a picture of the perfect truck, he had us come in and check it out, and we had to wait a week so they could fix a few problems on the truck but I was very thankful for the costumer service I received and that he understood what I wanted and took the time to help me find the perfect truck. If you do in-house financing which is the premium lending inc., the manager name Jose Celada is very unprofessional, he will send you a repossesion not for late payment. One miss day of not paying on time you will end up paying late fee plus repossesion fee if you dont pay that they will take your car and he will call you all kinds of names. This guy will definitely destroy the company's image if they keep this guy working still very bad! He should not be working around with people because he doesn't know how. Zag motors does not even deserve one Star. I had the worst experience of my life. I purchased a vehicle from them. I told them all the issues before I signed paperwork. I even signed a promise to fix. Well long story short. They wanted me to pay for what they promised to fix and they kept my car for over 3 weeks and it's still not fixed right. Instead of fixing the side plastic panel. They did a ghetto job and screwed it in with a metal screw. They also did not fix my reverse light. when I picked up the vehicle they were very rude to me didn't speak to me didn't do a run-through to make sure everything was correct. We were first timers and the salesperson (Diana) took her time with us. Independence was our third dealership, and we came from a couple of dealerships in the area. My husband and I have bought two trucks here. The first time was with Manny and the second time was with Mike and Eric. Both trucks have been wonderful. The only reason we traded in our first truck for a new one is because we wanted an upgrade. Both times we've gone in, the salespeople have been nice. They get us a deal easily. First, let me start with I came here to see a friend. His name is Brian and I found out about a deal they were doing for the weekend. The place is under new ownership/management. That's why he came back to work here. 2000 for any trade any condition. Given the current state of my car that's nice. Don't be fooled though because the sticker price has s portion of that factored in. The reason for the 5 stars is that the staff was extremely friendly and willing to negotiate. Don't let the low rating fool you. They were the most helpful dealership I've dealt with. I went to trade my car using an online deal they had going (push pull drag any car and get at least $2100 towards a trade) they offered me the $2100 but the bank said I needed $1000 more towards my down payment than I had to spend... So they gave me an even $3000 for my car instead so I wouldn't have to pay so much for my down payment. Really awesome of them. I did not expect that at all and I got a great new car. read more
