1-Star Review for AT&T Wireless -- After 25 Years, I'm Done…read more I have been a loyal AT&T Wireless customer for 25 years, and I can confidently say I've never experienced customer service as disgraceful, dishonest, and downright fraudulent as what I'm dealing with now. AT&T added TWO extra phone numbers to my account--numbers I never asked for, never approved, and never even knew existed--yet they've been charging me for them every single month. When I went into the store to confront them, expecting accountability and a clear fix, I was told that I should have known about the fraudulent lines they added. The audacity is unbelievable. On top of that, AT&T has been charging me for an Apple Watch line I never activated, and despite clear evidence that I never used or requested it, they refuse to issue a credit. No responsibility. No remedy. Nothing but finger-pointing and nonsense. After 25 years of loyalty, this is how they treat their customers: * Fraudulent lines added without consent * Monthly charges for devices never activated * No ownership of their mistakes * Blaming the customer instead of fixing the problem AT&T has made it crystal clear that loyalty means nothing to them, and their business practices are shady at best. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I strongly urge anyone considering AT&T to think twice. If this can happen to a long-term customer of 25 years, it can absolutely happen to you. AT&T should be ashamed. Verizon, here we come!!!

If dogshit was an AT&T, it'd be this store…read more I wanted to upgrade to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max phone last weekend. I'm currently with T-Mobile but haven't enjoyed the coverage at all. So I was hoping to go back to AT&T which always gave me great coverage and service. Apparently those days are long gone. Not wanting to take a pointless trip, I called them just as soon as they opened to see if they had any in stock. No answer. I wait 5 minutes, and call again. No answer. I wait another 5 minutes and call again. No answer. Screw it, I'll just go in and hopefully they have some. So I get into the store around 10:30am last Saturday. First off, they had TWO people working in the whole store. TWO. On a Saturday, which was the day after the new iPhone launch. TF?!?!? Who does the scheduling for this piece of shit store?!??! There was one man and one woman working. As far as customers there was a man, a woman, and an incredibly annoying couple ahead of me. That's no one's fault. They were there first. But the employees didn't have a sign in, no greeting when I came in, nothing. The woman customer was so damn clueless and slow it was comical. "Wellllll...I mean...I'd LIKE a new phone. But I don't know. What do you think?" Male employee: "It's up to you. We have a lot of new phones in stock". "Ooohhhhhhhhh, I don't know. I just don't know what to do." (Male employee stands there, not saying or doing anything). And she just keeps looking at a phone while the employee stands there next to her, doing and saying nothing. How about a "why don't you think about it, take a look around, and let me know when you're ready?"? Nope. Just stands there. Meanwhile, mind you, their store phone was ringing OFF THE HOOK! It legit never stopped the whole time I was there. Neither of them answered it. The female employee was helping a guy who looked like he's trying to buy about 20 phones. I could tell she'd be tied up awhile. All I needed to know was if they had the phone I wanted in stock. Then I gladly would've waited. I start to walk up to her just to ask her real quick. And just as I do, another woman walks in, bee lines right past me, takes out a phone in a box, walks right up to the female employee, and she starts helping her!!! TF?!?!?! And she has the BALLS to look at me and say, "you can take a walk around the store and we'll be with you later." Yeah. No. Go fuck yourself. I walked out and hadn't even said ONE word. I went straight to T-Mobile, who answered the phone when I called, had the phone I needed in stock, and knew how to treat people. So let's crack open a can of "Fuck You" for this AT&T. No wonder half of your reviews suck ass. Way to lose a customer. Andy

Rarely do I give a one-star review. And now that this whole saga is done and over with, I will tell…read moreit all here, in hopes that someone will learn from this and not do what I did. A few weeks ago, I noticed my phone was starting to lose its charge rather quickly. Upon further inspection, my iPhone 15 Pro was physically misshapen. To my dismay, the battery within the phone itself began to expand. The first available appointment I saw was at the Smith Haven mall location. Being that I needed my phone fixed right away. I wanted to take the first available appointment so here I am and they're telling me that they could fix my phone, but it's going to take pretty much the entire day. Being that I couldn't leave my phone all day there Friday, as I had to work for the whole day, including in the evening, I asked if I could come back the next day. They told me they would put the battery aside for me and that I could come first thing in the morning. Until this point, my interactions have been pleasant and pretty easy. I come back the next day, leave my phone for the repair, and hope for the best. What I got was actually the worst. The repair there did not work and they told me that since they did not have any iPhone 15 pros in-house, they would have to take my phone and send it in to exchange it for a new one. In the meantime, they would give me a loaner phone which turned out to be an iPhone 14 not pro and that I would have to wait for my other phone. When I ask how long this would take, they told me it would be about a week, but usually it takes less. I asked if I could pay pay for an upgraded phone and they told me no. I should mention that I was not going in cold, I have been paying into AppleCare for quite some time now with a lot of my devices. I was then told I had to walk to the T-Mobile in the mall to reactivate my phone as they could not do it for me. I was trying so hard not to be a Karen, but when I asked why this was the case and why I wasn't told that this could happen and that they didn't have any iPhone 15 pros in house, they told me that this was the best that they could do, but this was top-tier service, and that I should be grateful. I called back mid week checking the status of my phone, and needless to say I was not given an apology or any help whatsoever, they told me that since my phone was with AppleCare, they could not give me any information. I will say I'm not proud of my behavior on that call, but I was never treated with any empathy or sympathy. I just wanted a functional phone. Instead, I was given an old phone, which cannot handle any of the functions I needed for work, and I missed a bunch of messages from my son's school during the two weeks that I had this loaner phone. Yes, I had the phone for two weeks, and it was the roughest two weeks. I missed a bunch of messages, I couldn't get my email, I couldn't connect to any networks that I needed to, and overall, I realize how tough it was to live life without our mobile devices. I sent Hubs to pick up the phone. The kicker... they didn't send me a new phone. They repaired my old one. The phone that they couldn't repair in house. So moral the story, as if you have AppleCare just steal directly with them. Don't go to an Apple Store. I would even go further and say purchase directly online. I would never step foot in one of these stores ever again.

I recently purchased a very nice new Macbook from this location only for the trackpad to give out…read moreon me within months of use. I was upset but I knew I had to take it right back to these guys to get it fixed. Well I made my appointment and made my way over. Finding the perfect spot to park for the Apple store is a chore in itself so I just go in through the food court and walk over to it. I really do wish they had a proper store on the side of the mall with entry/exit to the outside but oh well. After finally getting to the store it was time to get an employee. This is the part that sucks the most. The associates here are allergic to you apparently because it was difficult finding one that actually wanted to help me. And when I finally do they look at me like I just inconvenienced them. Hospitality is at it's bare minimum here. As for the repair process it was fine and covered by the warranty as it should be. They held onto my Macbook for a few days and called to tell me it was ready for pickup. I'm happy to report that it's in working condition but I'm sad to report that I really don't like visiting the Apple store anymore after this debacle.
