They walked me through the best deals for my phone upgrade AND hooked me up with Fios at home. I even found out they offer special discounts for teachers, nurses, and first responders (huge bonus). The store is clean, modern, and actually has good vibes. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. Bottom line: if you're in Suffolk County or anywhere on Long Island--don't waste time anywhere else. Come here first. Green light all the way.

If you're an Apple user, then I believe you'll be happy with Apple's commitment to their customers…read more While I do understand that their location within a large mall can be difficult to get to, I don't believe that this is necessarily a discrediting factor. I have been there a number of times more often for many purchases. Initially, I call their sales line, they create a "bag" containing the items I want to purchase and I go to the store to pick up my purchase. Although they are very busy with customers, it's only a brief wait - sometimes only 10 minutes at most - and I'm greeted by a friendly associate. At this point, the associate remains with me throughout the whole process. He/she verifies my order, pulls the equipment,sets it up and ensures the data migration from the older device to the new one is successful. It's commendable that I'm never left alone despite the multitude of customers. Often, the associate remains with me even while handling other customers simultaneously. Their training is impeccable. I am compelled to recognize their commitment to the customer, their friendliness, their expertise, and won't leave the customer till all matters have been completed. Further, on one shopping occasion, because I'm disabled and have trouble walking, the associate advised a supervisor and obtained permission to walk and carry my order out of the Apple Store to my car outside the mall. The attentiveness to detail, the customer and ensuring your new purchase is working properly is always a certainty. All staff at the store are expertly trained, make recommendations and reflect the highest standards set by Apple. I wish I was able to provide more than five stars - they rate at least ten!

I was upset but I knew I had to take it right back to these guys to get it fixed. Well I made my appointment and made my way over. Finding the perfect spot to park for the Apple store is a chore in itself so I just go in through the food court and walk over to it. I really do wish they had a proper store on the side of the mall with entry/exit to the outside but oh well. After finally getting to the store it was time to get an employee. This is the part that sucks the most. The associates here are allergic to you apparently because it was difficult finding one that actually wanted to help me. And when I finally do they look at me like I just inconvenienced them. Hospitality is at it's bare minimum here. As for the repair process it was fine and covered by the warranty as it should be. They held onto my Macbook for a few days and called to tell me it was ready for pickup. I'm happy to report that it's in working condition but I'm sad to report that I really don't like visiting the Apple store anymore after this debacle.
