Went to this Zagg Kiosk in the mall and they were amazing! I needed to buy a case for my daughters phone and not only did they help me find one but they cleaned her phone so well (the back also) because lets face it, teenagers dont clean their phones. They replaced her shield so quickly. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes and thats with another customer waiting in line. I highly recommend this place! This ZAGG location has zero customer service skills, no customer support and a scam. Warranty items still require you paying money to be replaced lol hows that warranty when your paying for another screen. That should be called, discounted replacement. Warranty is fully covered without paying. Moving along. They took my broken screen 2 weeks ago and didn't have a Apple Watch gen5 44 screen. I was in the mall and stoped by to see if they had the screen in stock, which they did only to tell me they need my original screen back. I advised the manager it was taken by your team 2 week prior. He said sorry, we don't take screens and not return it back to customers I said that's exactly what your store did and I forget to ask for it back. they wanted me to purchased a $50 for a new screen nah I'll give my business to someone else for such a bad customer service. I went to the mall today and happily the Zagg booth is still open. I was able to quickly have my screen protector replaced under the warranty program. I could never put the protector on as quickly and easily as Benjamin did.
