I came by the Zagg stand this afternoon when I realized my Zagg Protective screen had cracked. I thought I'd be waiting for a while because there was a gentleman in front of me having his screen replaced. I had a crackered secondary cover screen on my phone and was referred to this location by a friend. I bought into their membership which I felt was high since I had to pay when I used the service again. I only used it a few times before I discovered that I already had coverage with Best Buys' Tech support included in my membership., all I had to do was pay a onetime cost of $25.00 at best buy and my secondary screens cover screens are replaced for no cost to me. so moral of the story is buyer beware, see if you have coverage elsewhere for cheaper, especially if you do not frequent the mall which I don't.
