I have a series 2 Apple Watch. I had to get the InvisibleShield replaced on 1/31/20 and paid $10 for the replacement. On 2/8, I went to the same kiosk to get another replacement. Yesterday was day 8 & the shield started lifting so I took it back today which is day 9 and the smug kid at the kios insisted I did something to it & I had to pay to get a new one put on!!!! "It's past the 7 day warranty" WTF needless to say I told him to take the damn shield off & give me a refund!!! And he did! Wouldn't it have been better to just replace it for free & keep a happy customer!? I had a $14 shield that I purchased from Verizon that lasted me over a year!!! The worst customer service ever. I come here very often because this expensive screen protector that is supposed to last a long time apparently cracks on me pretty often. However, this is NOT my complain. I decided to upgrade to the highest quality protector but cracked again, I went back to get it replaced. This young guy looks at my phone and says, this is not our screen protector you must have gone somewhere else. I told him no, this is the only place I come. He replied, it doesn't matter, this is not ours, I know how ours looks like.I told him I wouldn't lie. He said he didn't care. I asked him to look me up. He said, okay I will look you up but I am telling you this is not from us. He looks me up, and he goes oh, he (referring to the other employer who installed my protector) put a wrong screen on. In my head I am like no he didn't, I paid extra to have this supposedly the best screen put on. Still no apologies, he did say, okay then it is my fault with the biggest attitude. I even told him I swear on my parents that I am NOT lying. This were his exact words, "I don't care, it doesn't matter." At this point I am about to flip!! But I don't, my husband keeping me calm. I wasn't mad about the fact that he mistakenly thought that I was lying. I was mad because he had the worst attitude!!! I wish I got his name. A sincere apology would have been all good, we all make mistakes. Anything that came close to an apology was, "okay then, it is my fault " with the biggest ATTITUDE. Just wow..... read more

My fiance comes here every time she needs to replace her screen protector due to drops. The employees are very fast and courteous (this most recent trip we had Alek, who kept us updated on the location). Their protectors are very effective; despite multiple times being dropped, her phone's actual screen has no damage whatsoever! Highly recommend. read more

I wish I could give less then 1 star I have never been treated with such disrespect from a retail establishment. The employees name was Alek I attempted to exchange a broken phone protector per their policy and was told since the top is broken they will not exchange it. I asked to see the warranty policy that states if the top is broken it is no longer covered. He said it does not say that but he will not fix it. He then said "look bro" I'm not going to fix it call customer service. As you could imagine this went on for a bit more and as I was walking away he made another comment under his breath. I contacted ZAGG Corp and they were appalled and made a complaint against that franchise. Don't buy this product from this kiosk you would be better off to buy it from a store. read more

This ZAGG mall kiosk has found an inventive new way to not honor their warranty. They don't point to some loophole in the fine print to deny you of their guaranteed lifetime warranty, they simply tell you that it's not their product. The young guy with the 1980's style earring working at the kiosk repeatedly and aggressively said, "That's not a ZAGG screen protector. That's not a ZAGG screen protector". I showed him my receipt that showed that it was a ZAGG screen protector along with the warranty pamphlet that came in the box and...."That's not a ZAGG screen protector". Now, one of two things is true, either the young guy is a complete unstable rogue employee and the owner/manager of the kiosk hasn't realized it yet or the owner/manager has told the young guy to deny every return and take the heat. Either way, it was a very strange and scary experience. Do not buy an expensive ZAGG screen protector with the the thought of it's worth it because if it breaks it will be easy to return. They will simply tell you that it isn't their product and in so many words call you a liar. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Placed an order for a replacement screen as mine had a "lifetime warranty" and have been getting the run around from different Zagg locations. They told me to come back in a week and when I did I was told they have no idea when they would be getting a shipment in??? I don't mind waiting but don't tell someone it will be here at a certain time and then make them run around to different locations. At this point I'm just going to pay the full price for a new one from a different company as I'll never know when I'll get this so called "replacement." Went to the kiosk today for repairs of their defective items. The booth was empty with no sign giving a return time. Then out of no where comes the worker named Chris whom decided it's his obligation to give an attitude toward the four of us that have been waiting for 20 plus minutes. He casually returns with shades on, smelling of whacky tobaccy. When asked if we can receive a business card regarding the supervisors info, he states, "you can find that online!" Well I guess it's my fault. I'll take the bullet for waiting and assuming he would only be gone 5 minutes to use the restroom. I should've known he'd be on lunch. My apologies zagg. Visited with Kevin and Dana at the ZAGG kiosk at the Valencia Mall and they were very helpful. I showed them my receipt for the ZAGG protector which I purchased from their kiosk, I explained that I had to turn my phone back in (Samsung Note 7... BOOM) and when I received my replacement phone, they gave me a new cover, no charge. Great store, highly recommended. read more

I purchased a screen protector some time last year. They have a machine that custom cuts the protectors if they don't have yours in stock. This machine cuts out some type of plastic material. I came in today to inquire about the warranty that they tell every customer that makes a purchase. When I asked the guy about the warranty, I showed him that the protector that I had purchased had bubbled up. He immediately states that as long as he's been here they have not sold that type of screen. That is not true, I purchased the item there. Couldn't they have checked their records to see if I had purchased the item there? The guy was just repeating that they never made that here. I told him that he was calling me a liar. I then asked what that machine was for, the machine that they used to make my protector and he said to make protectors. He just kept repeating they never sold that there. When I said you keep calling me a liar, he said I'm not calling you a liar. If I bought it there and they custom cut it and you are saying that they never use that machine, then why do they have it. Why offer a warranty if you don't have any intentions of covering it. I even described the person that sold it to me and he answered that he's been there for a year and a half. Unless he works 24 seven, he is not the only employee that sells these zagg screen protectors at that kiosk. He just kept insisting that it was not purchased there. The absolute worst service. They are not the only place at the mall. I walked away and went to the food court area and there is a phone repair place that sells these items and the guy was very professional. I paid him $20 for the glass material instead of the plastic sheet that I got at the zagg kiosk. I bought the zagg originally because of the warranty, but if their dealer is going to fight you on using the warranty, why pay more for it. I like giving the little guy business, but after the experience at the Zagg kiosk, I'd go to best buy. read more

Guess I shouldn't expect anything but mediocre customer service from a kiosk in the mall, but I didn't expect to be embarrassed and insulted !! I was in line to have a screensaver applied to my new device and I had a large stroller with two children, so in order not to obstruct the busy mall thoroughfare, I aligned the stroller with the kiosk and stood behind a tall man waiting my turn. Suddenly, the employee (Richard L.) asks the tall man if he and I are together to which we both reply no. Richard L., in a very condescending, rude tone shouts a command at me "You get out of HIS SPACE!! Move back and get away from him!! Get out of his space, MOVE OUT OF HIS SPACE NOW!!". The tall man and I look at each other aghast and the tall man says "she's NOT in MY space!". Mortified, I also asked him, to which he said a definite, confused 'no'! We were both shocked at how this young employee had such a weird, sharply accusatory tone at me!! I was embarrassed, several people looked at me to see what crime I'd committed...with two small children in tow!! He made it seem as if I had some inappropriate intention towards the tall man or was trying to steal something! Horrible feeling !! Richard L. definitely should not be working in any capacity where there's public contact! He needs supervision, instruction, and a lesson in common courtesy !! read more
