Just wasted my time here. I called before I left work to check to make sure this place still existed, but there was no answer. I called Valencia Town Center mall phone number and it still listed it as a business, and I was connected to Zagg - still no answer. I only had about an hour left before the babysitter was no longer available, so I drove to the mall. I got to the mall at 10:40am to find the kiosk not opened. When I asked if the person at the neighboring fix-it kiosk knew if Zagg was still next door, he said they are, they're just late today. I tried calling their number 661-607-1942, but still no answer. I went to Lenscrafters because I also needed my glasses adjusted. When I came back to the kiosk at 11am (one hour after their opening time), it was being opened and there were 3 customers ahead of me. I asked the guy if they had the glass shield for the Surface Pro 4, and he said yes, so I waited. When it was my turn, I had been waiting 30 minutes (while the guy opened, unlocked everything, counted the cash in the register, and replaced 3 cell phone screen protectors). When it was my turn, I noticed the guy opening the package for a protector for the surface book. I told him my tablet was the surface pro 4. He said he had to check to see if they had that in stock because he wasnt sure if they did. I said that's why I asked you before I waited in line. He said he didnt hear me. He looked through the drawers and tried to see if a smaller screen protector would work (but that one was not for the surface pro 4). Then he said he would call to make sure if they had it. He picked up his cell phone and looked like he dialed something but quickly hung it up (not saying anything) to look through another drawer, only to tell me that they dont have the shield for the surface pro 4 and that my options were to call Zagg customer service, send back my cracked screen protector, and have them send me a new one, and then I can come to Zagg Valencia to install it; or, leave my number with him and he would call me to tell me if he knew they were getting a shipment. I told him last time I left my number with this kiosk, they never called me, i called back after a month and they still didnt have a shipment and didnt know if an order was made (you can cross-reference a review i left of Zagg at the Topanga mall to confirm this). I don't like to leave negative reviews, because I believe businesses should have the opportunity to improve their service, because workers are only human and many times, customer service problems are at the core of the business itself, or are due to misaligned incentives. But, this was not my first or second bad experience at this location. This is my third. It is more convenient because it is closer to me, but realistically, it is more inconvenient because of the poor customer service and the time wasted at this place. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Because you will probably waste your time if you do go here. The worst part is, there doesn't seem to be a way to notify management or the owner of these problems (to give them a chance to correct them) because the phones are never picked up. And if they are, it is by the workers. read more

My wife and I have the same iphone 8 plus. She went Saturday and only paid $6 to put the screen on. I go on a Monday and it cost me $10. How is that even possible? I'm sure this isn't a corporate owned kiosk and I know it's only $4, but consistency would be fair. read more

Great kiosk in the mall! If I ever get a new phone or device my first stop before I take it out of the box Is zagg. I haven't broken the screen or back of the devices themselves. My favorite set up is the glass on the front and film on the back with a case. Keegan is always there to help when I go and he does a great job installing each screen I purchase or replace. If you want your devices to live though drops and falls get a zagg :) read more

As someone else pointed out this Kiosk never seems to have the needed screen in stock. I went there tonight to get a replacement. The salesman stated they were out for at least a a week. He installed a cheap screen protector, now lifting, as a stop gap. I was told I had to pay $10.00 to boot! The installer said to call back next week to see if the glass screen came in. I purchased a glass screen and was given a plastic protector. Sending a complaint to Zagg as no one could provide the Zagg Kiosks Owners number. read more

Not happy with this screen protector at all, first putting it on is ridiculously hard, and when u get it on there it bubbles. I sent one back because it got scratched n started coming off my phone. I sent it back for the lifetime replacement warranty n they said I never mailed it back n charged me 60 bux for this new one that is already messed up. Definitely wouldn't buy again. read more

Great service by Adam, quick service and the screen protector looks great...I liked it so much that I did two phones.

Went in to get a screen protector for my wife's Apple Watch as she tends to scratch them up. First of all I had to wait about 20 minutes as there were two people working, but inexplicably one of them wasn't helping anyone. Got it done, but then we went on vacation and after going swimming bubbles started to appear under the protector. Brought it back and they replaced it, but also told me you shouldn't go swimming with it. What? The watch is waterproof and made for swimming so what's the point of the cover? No one ever mentioned the protectors aren't waterproof. They replaced it and 2 hours later the protector just popped right off. Brought it back and asked for a refund and, after waiting in yet another 15 minute line I finally got my money back. The guy who processed my refund was nice (albeit minus the $6 installation fee), but bottom line - if you expect to get your phone or watch anywhere near water don't use this place. For $40 I expect this thing to protect my watch no matter what the circumstances. The cases they sell for phones are also way overpriced compared to what you can get from Amazon or Best Buy. read more

I purchased the ZAGG screen protector for my new Samsung S9. The first one bubbled, the company sent me a replacement. I took it to Verizon to have it installed, it broke during the installation. Verizon replaced it. Well that is all great, but the product is NOT good. It is so difficult to text while it's on my phone. Without it it was a breeze but then the screen may break if I drop the phone. If you text a lot like I do and am unable to use a voice recorder and need to type....Good Luck. came a few months ago with a broken led screen for the iphone x. paid around $160 for the replacement and a "lifetime warranty." today i came back with the same iphone to try getting the screen replaced again but i got pushed away after they said it need to not be so scratched when nobody ever disclosed how the quality of the screen needed to be in order to get that "lifetime warranty." it would've been nice to know before i paid and now i'm left with a broken iphone with a useless third-party screen. thanks guys! read more

When I first got to the kiosk no one was there. I waited a few minutes and this young guy showed up looking super annoyed. No sorry, thanks for waiting... whatever. So I told him what I needed, which was just a screen replacement. Guy took my phone and changed out the screen cover. When I asked if I could borrow his rag to see if there was a spot on my phone he said arrogantly, there will be a spot where we use the cover to put the screen on... give it a couple of days... Gosh Guy... I was just asking... maybe if you had more personality when working with customers you would have gotten a better review. Wouldn't recommend... or if you do go don't expect nice people read more

On the few occasions when I have needed a screen protector replacement they don't have stock. The ONLY product they sell are screen protectors and they don't have them. What a great business? Apparently this is a a poorly run franchise. I don't know how some businesses survive. read more

I had a issue when this place installed a replacement cover. They saturated my iPhone 6 speaker and it stopped working properly. I called the kiosk and they took the complaint and told me the District manager would call me. About an hour or so later I spoke to Kevin the district manager and he assured me the problem would be resolved. I was able to get the phone fixed and Zagg handled that portion easily and due to the repair the new cover they just replaced was damaged and Kevin replaced it at no cost and even upgraded me to a glass cover. Thanks for handling this so professionally. Customer service gets the five stars. The glass cover is another review. When I was upgraded to the glass the representative swore by the glass and said he always recommends the glass cover over the standard material. Saying the glass is way better than the standard material. Plus he said his machine was broken that cut the material even though I just got a cover the day before. Think that was a ploy to not do the standard material. I have been using zagg covers for almost 5 years and have always used the standard material until now. Now of course the standard material peels over time usually after a few months and it's 6$to replace. I had the glass cover for a week and it has already broken and cracked if I had paid full price for this I would be even more disappointed then I am now it this product. I don't recommend the glass over the standard material at all read more

He didn't even bother checking the inventory because he told me that they had no inventory of anything at all until tonight or tomorrow. Seriously if you have nothing why even open. If there's anything lower than one star, this location totally deserves it. First of they are rarely in their kiosk. They're never there. And if someone is there, he has major attitude as if his customers are the one inconvenient. The employees are the inconvenient one because I usually wait 20-30 minutes just for someone to show up. Once this location became a franchise their policy has changed on product replacement. When I went to get my Zagg Glass replaced they wanted to charge me $6. I prefer to save the money and take the glass myself and install it at home. I was told it would still be $6. Free product replacement is the corporate policy and their franchise policy is to charge $6 no matter what. Because of their poor customer service I will be seeking a corporate location and I suggest you all do the same. read more

I normally have a really great experience here but on Wednesday I came in to get my protector screen fixed for $10 since I got their protector deal when I got my phone years ago . The guy named Austin did my phone super fast and tells me the total without giving my phone back to me to even look at & then when I got it back it had bubbles alllll over the screen. If I wanted it done with bubbles I would've done it myself . And then he got upset when I asked him to try to get the bubbles out before I pay for the protector screen. Finally he got some out but I still paid for a screen protector with bubbles at the end of the day . And then gave it back to me & I left & won't be returning due to this experience. He also just handed my case back to me & phone, the others have always put my case back on & asked how it looked . I have gone there multiple times and they took their time & made sure it was perfect without me having to send it back . Was very rude and unprofessional. Wish the old people who did my last screen protectors were there, they did an awesome job unlike this person . read more

I love ZAGG screen protectors. I always use them. Yes they do brake periodically but they send you a replacement right away. The only problem is, I moved from Santa Clarita to Sacramento and they don't have the Kiosks or any physical stores in Sacramento. The closest is San Jose and that is a bit too far to drive. So sadly now I have to use mail order all the time. I wish there was a local store so I could have them install it. read more
