It was pretty easy to create a login, and when I did create a login,I was able to heart as many items as I wanted so they'd save in my favorites! I ordered two bracelets with a total of 4 charms, 2 charms for each bracelet. I received emails and text about placing the order, plus when the order was ready for pickup. Zales is located close to the entrance by Red Robin and Just Wing It at the mall. Service regarding my rings was prompt and they did a great job with the sizing and plating touch ups. The rings came back to me done correctly, shiny and beautiful. I expected to be without my rings for at least 2 weeks as they send them out of course but they were literally back within a few days for pick up. Zales partners with Mappins in Canada re warranty work so this saved us a ton of cash going though them. We dealt with 2 ladies there who were quite pleasant and fun, one gentleman who was very welcoming on our first visit and then one older grump gentleman. 3/4, not bad! We had asked for a box to go with the rings and we did not get one included but that is not too big a deal. I recommend Zales and they have very nice jewelery. Honestly, out of every jewelry place and company I have ever purchased from this location has to be the best. From the moment we purchased my ring to the moment we went back for a check up, the manager, Roy did everything in his power to ensure we had an amazing experience, Lupe was our sales woman which also did everything to make sure we were happy with our ring and transaction. We purchased a white gold/rose gold and Canadian diamond ring. We also purchased the Lifetime warranty with it. Which i highly recommend. Honestly, I wish I could give this place more stars. First when we bought our ring we purchased the warranty. When my ring was bent (really bent) we took it in. The woman who sold us the ring informed us we did not get the insurance but added it for us. She then told us we would have the new ring (replacement) back by Friday of that week. (3 days later). It took nearly two and a half weeks to get my ring back. I went in yesterday to have it cleaned as well as my earrings that I purchased from them. When I got the earrings back, they looked lovely. The ring on the other hand was very foggy, the inside of the stone had so much sediment on it... I couldn't even stomach walking out of the store with it. I brought it up to the gentleman (probably the only one appropriately dressed at this establishment) and he took paper towel, wadded it up and attempted to clean the inside of my ring and in the process bends it. I took in my ring to get the prongs fixed and she said it would be estimated 60 dollars and I would have it in 2 weeks. They had it for 2 months and it was 160 dollars. One of the first places I went when I started looking for an engagement ring. Lupe was the one that helped me I told her I was very early in my search and told her what I was looking for. Saw a Vera wang collection ring that I liked. She let me know it was actually on sale but it was the only one left and they where not getting anymore. So I should take it so I wouldn't loose out on it and the sale price. I was reluctant it was one of the only stores I had visited, but I did like the ring. I let her know what I thought and she said let's ring you up and if you don't like it you have 60 days to change your mind! I told her no commitment? No re stocking fee? No penalties? She said NOPE you are fine if you find anything you like better just let me know and we will return it but I am confident you will not find anything better! So I took it. They ran my credit no problem all was good she added a warranty that cost $150 I didn't mind I think it's worth it. Especially for how much the rings are. So I did keep looking and go figure I found something else I liked more. Not because it was cheaper it was actually twice as much as the one at zales! So I call Lupe and let her know what was going on. She gave me a weird answer she told me to go in on the 20th? Then she tells me I would not get the $150 back because they had already resized it? Now why would they do that if someone has 60 days to return a product I never told them I was in a hurry or needed it. I told them I was barely looking. They where actually going to store it there if I kept it until the big day!! So then she told me she would call me that Saturday after she spoke to her manager to see if they where going to charge me the $150? She called me that Saturday and asked me what I was going to do? Excuse me what I'm going to do? I told her return the ring. She tells me again I would have to pay the $150. That's when I just asked to speak with her manager myself she said ok I'm going to send the ring back to get sized to the original size when it's back I will call you and set up an appointment with my manager so you can talk to him then. That's not what I asked for. She seemed to just want to make a sale then hoping the ring would not come back I told her I was in the early stages. She took it upon herself to get it sized. To send it back and never let me talk to the manager. So here is this review be warned. I will take it upon myself now to go to the store to talk to the manager and get this fixed. Worst jewlery store ever! I initially received my engagement ring during the month of December and within the first week of having my ring a stone had fell out, my boyfriend and I took the ring back to this jewler, only to not have my ring for about a month and still not done correctly. I also wanted it to be resized to be tighter, but when I got my ring back it was still too big for my finger. I felt as though they were very insensitive to how angered I felt, as my ring was not how I wanted it to be, and considering the price I have paid to have it fixed, I expect higher quality from a well known jewlery store. Over all my message is very disappointed and I will never purchase any other item from this particular store. Very upsetting. read more

This review is for this location's customer service. I Have dealt with the staff in this store several times for different things as I own several pieces of jewelry. Marisela is very nice and pleasant but the rest of the ladies lack customer service. I just purchased a Vera Wang anniversary band to go with my wedding set. It needed to be sized. Marisela explained it would take about 2 weeks for the ring to come back. Well now I am going on 3 weeks. Every time I call to check the status I get a different answer as to why it is not back yet. The last lady I spoke with was Lupe. When I asked Lupe if they could call the jewelrer or corporate to find out why it was taking so long all she said was Vera Wang takes anywhere between 4-8 weeks. Well first of all that was not what they told me to begin with. When I explained this, Lupe did not even offer an apology or offer to call as I was requesting. Horrible customer service!! read more

Everyone! Honestly, stay away completely from zales, I purchased a wedding ring from them and they told me that I was getting the month special, a $7,500 ring for $3,500 so me thinking I was getting a deal. took it. First off, I didn't know anything about diamonds. Gave it to my wife and she put it away and only put it on on special occasions, well, 6 years later my wife went to a different jewelry store to buy a necklace to match her ring. And the lady ask to see her ring. She grabbed it to look at it and she inspected it and told my wife it was shattered in the middle significantly. My wife took it back to zales and they told her it was a birthmark. according to zales all diamonds have it. My wife told them to replace it and they said " sure! You just have to upgrade it to a $7,500 ring just pay the difference my wife said no and they said they couldn't do anything about it. So now I've been fighting them, I even called corporate and they said they can't do anything about it, only the store where I purchased it. they said same owner but two different identities. So I took it to four different jewelry stores and even had 4 pawn shops look at it without me saying anything about the diamond being shattered and they told me that the ring is only worth $250 and they wouldn't even take it for that. So now I'm pretty much screwed. If you ever looking to buy a diamond ring stay away from zales completely! Go to another store. Learn from my mistake read more

Nothing but a positive experience at this location. Was purchasing an anniversary ring for my wife and was assisted by Carolina. She was extremely polite and not overbearing by any means, even after explaining to her that this was a big investment for me and I was going to shop around. She replied "Absolutely!", with a smile "But I have a feeling you'll be back". Well, she was right. I indeed came back, not only because they were the most reasonably priced, but Carolina was the most polite sales rep out of all the other companies I visited. I was disappointed though when I found out the person that does their ring sizing had come and gone for the day, but when Carolina found out that my anniversary was in 2 days, she volunteered to personally drop it off so it would be ready for me the next day. I came in the next afternoon and it was ready. I guess the best part of this whole experience was how my wife cried when she saw her ring on our anniversary.
