The inspector left and hours later I received an email for an invoice of $125.00. It is my opinion that their website is lacking in TRANSPARENCY. There was no mention at all of a termite inspection fee. At the least, I would have expected to be handed an invoice by the inspector rather than have it show up unexpectedly in an email. I will, of course, pay them what's owed.
