Fast and friendly! I visited their site ahead of time with a vague idea of what I wanted. When I arrived I was greeted by the owner who is super friendly. I showed him hi screen and he informed me they were out of stock but he quickly found a comparable alternate that was $3 cheaper per tire. Their is a "discounted" price for installation and balance. He honored it but mentioned it was an online price. You can book online. Even if it's less than 24 hrs ahead. Awesome tires already tested in rain and crazy traffic. Good times. Oh. Side note. I know nothing about cars. They are all super approachable and intentional. No up sell or shady sale tactics. read more

This review is only for patching of a tire, not replacing our tires. On 7/21 Sunday, we got a nail in one of our tires and we had to slowly drive around to find a Tire shop to fix it. Luckily, Yelp gave me a list of Tire/Auto stores and we were able to just click on "Directions" to get to the nearest locations. However, being that it was a Sunday, some places were closed and many places weren't even taking any more customers and it was only around 11:00 am! One big chain even said to wait 3 hours! This shop said "closed" on Yelp but when we pulled up, one of the guys, I think the owner, said he would patch up our tire for us. Thank goodness! The kids and I were even able to stay in our car on such a hot day while they used the jack and did the patching. We paid $30 cash and more than a week later, the tire is still fine. I'm not sure how their service or quality is with swapping or getting new or used tires, but we were very relieved they were willing to help us (after we had stopped at like 4 other big tire/auto locations on the way down Redlands Blvd.).
