    On my last visit to Zara, I was treated with total indifference and disrespect. I tried to exchange a defective item, but no one listened or cared to understand. They told me to resolve it online, where I was told only the store could handle it. In the end, they bounced me back and forth. The male section employee with "short hair" was extremely RUDE, and I felt discriminated against. I felt pushed out of the store. I ended up buying another piece and left with both, but I will never return. You need to review your staff. As a loyal customer, this was the worst experience. No solution. No care. Just neglect.

    I was discriminated against and was not allowed to return a defective item even though it was within the 30 day window. I bought a pair of defective heels and management refused to return it and made it seem as if I was the cause for defect. I only wore the heels one night then noticed they were defective. I work full time and I am a full time grad student, at the time when I bought the heels I was in an accelerated summer session so I literally had no time to go to the store. When my semester was slowing down, I was lucky that there was two days left before the end of the 30 day mark. Management initially gave me customer service number but because I work 9-5, I wasn't able to get ahold of them due to their hours of operation. When I contacted customer service next day, they ask if it was online or in store purchase, to which I told them in store. Without asking for any additional information they said we only handle online orders and told me to go back in store and talk to a manager. I returned to the store where they continued to tell me they don't handle products that are defective. Then one manager told me I defected it because I wore them once. Which is against their policy (I will attach a picture of their policy that states that if you wear a product and notice a defect to take it into the store). There's no way one night of walking in these heels would cause for the heel cap to come off. There was no adhesive on the heel cap. Then I reached out to the customer service again and I will post what they said.

    This is my least favorite Zara location. It's so bright and doesn't feel welcoming at all. Haven't found any nice clothes at Zara in years. The quality went way down and the price up. Used to love Zara. Hopefully the selection and quality will improve.

This was our first time customizing a suit and there are a lot of choices to make. Ethan was helpful in walking us through all the options and giving his recommendation. He was very knowledgeable about the tailoring process and how small tweaks would impact the look/feel. The suit came out great. 10/10 experience. We spend significant time talking about my suit including a vest. He put measurements and notes in the system about my vest. And we told him we were taking the vest with the suit. The suit arrived and looks great (forewarning as seen on line that you need to take it to a dry cleaner once it arrives). But the vest was missing. So I have to go back into the store where now the manager Carlos is helping me. And like the customer service person on line sees, the vest wasn't ordered. There's a certain accountability piece in customer service. I don't like being told, especially as a first time customer, that I signed off on what was ordered. Actually, both my fiancee and I both assumed that what we were signing off was the material selection for the jacket and vest. But apparently not. Eric never put the vest order in. So here we are, spending time with Carlos refitting a vest. He finds what Eric entered into the system. Gets the discount to apply. But here's the rub. There is now another service charge and shipping charge I have to pay. And there's no way he can override anything to make it right. You know, mistakes happen. We are a couple months out from the wedding, so the vest should arrive. I don't have a problem buying the vest. But accountability says that Indochino should pick up the cost. Firstly, there were clear conversations that we were taking this vest. And as a first time customer I didn't know that we had to also pick out choices for a vest. As someone who would have continued to shop here because the suit looks good, I know have to rethink that. Empower your managers to do more when there is an oversight on your employees part. It will go a long way for repeat business.

I loved the available colors and sizes of Levi's jeans and they had dressing rooms available for those who want to try items on before purchasing. This is the kind of store I would have loved to spend more time shopping in. I definitely will when I am feeling up to more adventure. There is a whole wall of branded Dodger's gear, a wall of JanSport backpacks, lots of brown, black and red plaid flannels, stuffed animal toys (like a bright blue whale!) and lots of fun printed t-shirts and jackets. The folks who were there helped to carry things to different parts of the store for me (since I wasn't able to on my crutches) and they were great about checking in just the right amount as I browsed. I was able to find the perfect pair of jeans and I left feeling really welcomed. I will be returning soon to check out more of the offerings very soon. I loved that they had clothing for skaters and also styles that were very punk rock.

Part of this is my fault for not having a card but read on to find out that Mango could do anything to refund my return. I tried to return an outfit I did not end up using the next day I purchased it. As soon as I told the cashier that I paid with Apple Pay, he was quick to say they would require my physical card to refund the money. I didn't have one. He tried it anyway, was pressing all these buttons on his device, and said sorry it's not going through. He asked his manager, and confirmed what he already told me. After a 2nd failed attempt, he blamed it on their system being outdated and not capable of handling that type of transaction. In 2026?? At a high end store?? It's a standard Apple Pay return! Here's the thing, I've returned something with Apple Pay in the past successfully! I didn't want to argue, but it was rediculous. Will replace my card, the stuff is going back. Clothes are good quality. Great store for people with disposable income or value maintaining a minimal but high quality wardrobe. This store won't last much longer.
