Awful. Ordered and had to pull all the way around after paying to wait. We were told it would be a 4 min. wait for the fries.... was actual wait was 12 min. Only to be served COLD OLD DRIED OUT FRIES. Chicken was just ok and a sandwich missing components, whatever. The Service here pulled up 6 cars and got 2 orders got mixed up. I paid 50.00 for to be told that we had to take cold food and then claim that they couldn't do a refund. The employees were rude especially the so called manager "Lou" but wasn't his real name and no employees had no name tag. I never seen a store run like that. They slammed all windows and the other guy name Demetrius came to the windows and said we can't help yall slammed the windows with my cold food and money. Call the district manager and she handle it perfectly. But people like that should work in fast food PERIOD!!!! read more

I read the reviews about Zaxby's after I tried them. What a big mistake. I came here for lunch on a quiet day, and now I know why no one was there during lunch. I wish I could give this business a ZERO rating--terrible customer service. The young lady was very rude, and the younger guy who took my order acted like they both had no care in the world. They messed up my very simple order twice on the same visit. They didn't apologize or say sorry. The food is nasty, as is the attitude of all the workers. It appears the manager on duty doesn't care Ethier about quality food or training the team to give professional customer service. He laughed at my experience and walked off. Yeah so absolutely nothing is being done to fix any of the issues listed in these reviews. I placed an order at 7:14pm on the app and it said it would be ready by 7:27pm. My husband goes to pick it up at 7:30pm and they hadn't even started it. Tell me why it's currently 8:25 and he just now got the order after having to go through the drive through twice. I don't think the girls inside are even preparing anything until someone pulls up. Also, no apology or any sort of acknowledgement that a simple order for two people took over an hour to complete. My son was in town and wanted Zaxby's before he left. The kid at the drive through needs training on how to speak to people. When I finally got to the drive through he wasn't even sure what I ordered but....food was ready shortly after that. The food. Awful. My son said it was the worst food he had ever had. He said Zaxby's is normally really good and that's why he wanted it. Sounds like this is consistent at this location. I love Zaxby's signature club sandwich. It's my go-to order. Today I went through the drive thru and placed my order (a club sandwich meal and a 4 finger meal) at 9:22pm. Mind you, there was no one in line when I pulled up. After paying and receiving my drinks, I sat at the window for 22 minutes waiting for my food. At this point three other cars had come in behind me. No one came to the window to tell me what was taking so long. Both girls at the front were on their phones, talking and dancing. I finally pulled around to the front to go in and ask. They told me that the kitchen never made my sandwich and they were waiting on it. At this time one of the girls asked the cook where the sandwich was and he stated he hadn't made it yet. My other meal had been sitting for over 30 minutes so I asked for a refund instead of waiting for it to be remade. After getting back in the car, I check both receipts and noticed they charged me twice instead of a refund. At this point I had not seen a manager this entire time. As I walk back in to get 2 refunds, I finally see the manager. She helps me with both refunds. I appreciated that she was very nice and apologized to me for the inconvenience, but overall it'll be a while before I go back. read more

So I've come here quite a bit since they've opened but this will be my last time. The staff is very friendly I must say before I type the rest of this out. The staff had smiles on their faces and were attentive to me and my group but they place smelled like a portapotty. It was like that the last time and I thought maybe they were just having some problems. Nope. Also, the past several times that I've gone in, I've had to request for them to refill the drink machines. The bathrooms are normally semi clean but there is never any paper towels and if there is then the dispenser doesn't work. My son pointed out how gooey the ground felt under his tennis shoes. I've eaten here a few times now which surprises me because I'm not a huge chicken fan. These chicken tenders though are the best I've had and so moist! The dipping sauce is so good and they give you a huge piece of bread with butter. Taking one star away because the fries weren't the best either time. One time I had a fry that was way under cooked and hard. Maybe next time I will look into another option besides the fries because everything else is five stars! The drinks are huge as well which come with the meals. I've had the wings & things which is a lot of food! The wing sauces are spicy so be careful if you don't like it too hot. Today I thought I would give this location another shot. The young Caucasian cashier reassured me that I won't have a bad experience like the first time and that was very accommodating of him. My normal Zaxbys is College Station. This Zaxbys has alot to live up to as compared to college station. Ordered the 3 fingerzs with Cole slaw. Took cole slaw back as it was sour or too much vinegar. No sympathy from staff. Ordered the fries and had to pull out my microscope to find any seasoning. I think the chicken was fried the day before it was unimpressive. This Zaxby's is terrible! I always have to pull into the parking lot and wait for my food and without fail there is always something missing when I get home. The last time we ordered from there I got home with basically crumbs in all 3 of the sides I ordered. I called and complained to the manager and she told me the next time I came in to tell them to replace them for free. When I went back the new manager refused to replace anything and acted like I was lying! I will never waste my money here again. Started out walking in with very greasy slippery floors, was handed a dirty cup, tried to get a drink and it was out of coke,cokezero, Diet Coke, doctor pepper, and many flavors. The condiments area was falling apart, trash everywhere. Tables covered in ketchup and trash. And on top of that we have been waiting 35 minutes to get our food and no one has said anything to us. We came here to get quick food and that was a big mistake. The guy before us has waited 40 minutes so far and are now getting their money back. No one mentioned to us that it was going to be a while, why it was taking so long, no apology, no appetizer while we wait....nothing! Just left Kroger and we decided to stop at the new place. The wife ordered the grilled Cobb salad and I got the boneless wings and things. We got home and really enjoyed the food. We dined inside and 2 of the 4 of us ordered traditional wings. We were told it would be an additional 10 minutes which was fine. After 30 minutes I started hovering near the counter waiting on the rest of our order (the other 2 of us shared our food). I think this was unacceptable but the most disagreeable thing to me was the fact that nobody apologized or showed any sympathy for the long wait. I had to ask for "to go" containers and had to ask again if I could please get a bag. I remarked to one girl behind the counter about what took so long and she said that everyone wants traditional wings. Totally ruined my family's evening. Best and the worst chicken fingers I have ever head came from here. When the chicken is good it's good but I've had it Real dry. There is another place right up the freeway I won't name the name but the chicken strips are always great and the fries not so great.
