I'm not sure if all Zaxby's have gone to this or if it is just this particular restaurant in Forsyth, BUT, when you order boneless wings and things, you get red-orange, heavily breaded chicken nuggets that have ZERO spiciness in the batter. It does not matter what level of spice you order, they are bland and they do NOT toss them in any type of sauce (unlike wings). They could easily be frozen Wal-Mart nuggets for all I know. I keep forgetting to mention this to them when I go through the drive thru, but the past 5 times I've ordered boneless wings and things, they've been 100% DRY. No trace of sauce or moisture whatsoever. The boneless "wings" taste like they are some sort of frozen nuggets. They are not even crispy like the regular chicken fingers. So I give them 3 stars because their regular chicken fingers are always hot and crispy. But come on guys! You gotta do something about those LAME "boneless wings." They SUCK! read more

I love the chicken here but they never fail to not put my god dang sauce in the god dang bag. I order extra sauce and they give me the completely wrong sauces. If you use the drive through or food delivery service, you will be eating tendies dry as the Sahara desert on the regular. This isn't a chicken restaurant. It's a sauce restaurant. Service was great and fast, but once I got home, I realized why because what a pitiful excuse for a salad! There is more chicken in my salad and there is lettuce and there is nothing else. No cucumbers no tomatoes no nothing very very very disappointed. I usually love an Asian salad from Zaxby's but this one leaves a lot to be desired $11 for this mess not worth it at all! Food was decent and staff was super friendly in this location. I gave this place three stars only because I've had Raisin Cane's, Chick Fil A, and Rule the Roost and think Zaxby's is the least favorite of mine for chicken. I just tried to get some dinner and they closed 30 minutes early. The lights were still on and the staff was in the building talking to each other, but the doors were locked and no one would answer the drive through. I pulled around and tried to go inside, but it was locked. 3 other cars pulled up to the drive through and waited, then drove off. All in all pretty unprofessional. I know they are probably just kids being lazy, but that's what supervisors are for. Either change your hours,or keep it open. Do better guys. read more

Stopped by for lunch and got a big zax snack and dined in. My food was given to me with a cup of Cole Slaw and I was told that the store ran out of fries. Mind you, it wasn't even lunch time yet. The store provided NO customer service and refused to provide adequate compensation or even an apology for the inconvenience . If i wanted chicken fingers and a drink, I wouldn't have ordered the meal. How do you run out of fries, 30 minutes before lunch time? Absolutely asinine and poor service. read more

The line was long at the drive thru when we pulled in but we didn't even wait 5 minutes before getting our food and it was a big order. The staff was friendly and very quick and the food was on par with Canes or Popeyes. read more

We decided to stop here while traveling and it was definitely a bad experience . We were the only ones in the drive through and still had to pull to the side and wait. this got to be the absolute worst fast food restaurant in middle georgia. if you live in forsyth, i promise you it will be faster to just drive to another town, maybe even state, and go to a zaxbys there rather than to come to this absolute waist of concrete, where you will be asked to "pull up to spot 2 for me real quick" even though you were the only person brain dead enough to be in line for this terrible excuse for chicken, and if you do go to spot two you will wait an eternity for them to bring out someone else's order to you, not once but twice. do not go here. it is THE worst. read more
