    Chicken Finger plate at Zaxby's

I love going to Zaxby's. The chicken strips are always so juicy, crispy, and fresh. The salads are awesome too! It takes a while for them to cook it... but it's so worth it. (Do you really want to eat cheap dull tasting chicken strips at another fast food location?) Don't both... go to Zaxby's instead :) The interior decorations in this location isn't enough. I've seen other Zaxby's locations that have a ton of random crap on the walls and ceiling. haha.

This was a hot mess. I cannot even begin to express anything positive about this experience except the outside of the store was free from litter. Inside there was the following: impatient patrons due to no ice in the ice machine, the ketchup pump wasn't working (and no one gave packets but laughed as guests tried to repair it), no smiles were present in any employee and the preparation of the food was not as ordered . There was one male employee holed up in the men's room assuming he was on the cell phone with the door locked as he emerged with it in hand texting. The woman who was tending to the drive thru left her post to go knock on the door of the men's room to alert him he had a call on their land line. The cashier at the order counter blurted out, "Its probably that woman of his calling him again!" This wasn't enough for the few dining-in guest to overhear but Miss Drive Thru had to repeat it loudly through the bathroom door. By the way, a man was waiting 5 minutes to get in (I timed it) while this shenanigans was taking place. Since curiosity killed the cat, I asked the patron if the bathroom had one commode or urinal. He was miffed that he had to wait and said, "Hell no! It has two urinals and a stall and I guess bubba back there must've needed to lock the main door to talk on the phone!" Point taken. The oxymoron of it all was the big boss was sitting in the dining room from my entering until my exit letting this show happen. I wouldn't have figured that out if it weren't for him entering the employee only door to discuss some inaudible stuff with the cashier. He looked defeated and removed and basically past the point of caring it appeared. On the wall is a sign stating WE CANNOT AFFORD TO HAVE A SINGLE DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. Really now!?!?!?! I'm here to inform them not only was I 1 dissatisfied guest, there were numerous. Apparently the sign is just for decoration and hung by the trash receptacle. Based upon my experience the sign would be best served to be inside the trash receptacle as this establishment doesn't take it serious. Here's a bit of advice: these Zaxby's employees need to spend a day observing the Zaxby's at St. John's Town Center on Gate Parkway to know what great service is all about. Plus, their sign about not having dissatisfied customers they take seriously.

This place is okay. Huge salads for the price. Toast served with almost everything. Large portions. If you are hungry for fried chicken with a thick crispy batter, and in a rush, come here. I prefer a lighter, less well done batter but that's a personal choice. My son in law really does like this place and would probably rate it a 4. FYI they charge for their dipping sauce. It's probably a good idea so ppl don't waste it but I was surprised when I glanced at the receipt. They asked if I'd like sauces with our 4 chicken orders, "sure 2 each please" The drive threw girl didn't mention that it already came with 1 then she charged us $2. for 8 sauces. Not a big deal but a surprise. Their sauces are good. First time I've noticed that additional cost a fast food drive thru. This was one of the better franchises if this chain. Hot food was hot, cold salads were cold. We will go back because my son in law likes this place. Nothing wrong, good service. Had a slight wait because they ran out of fries. The kids meal is large enough for an adult. Only 1 adult in our group finished everything in our meal. Most of us didn't bother with that toast. In general the food at this chain taste a little bland to me but the sauces are good. I'd eat here over KFC in a heartbeat.

WARNING!!! Unless you want to overpay or wait endlessly for incorrect orders, do NOT stop here. The one star is because we couldn't leave ZERO. One girl working at the at a packed counter, many in the back but considering how long we waited, only one must be cooking. Our order was pretty simple, or so we thought. Two-4 piece, one 3 piece and 10 BONELESS wings. She read it back as exactly that. We waited about 15 minutes to get our food. The wings were bone-in and yep, she charged us $3 more for them. We got the correct meal but never got our money back. We had coleslaw but we're not provided any utensil to eat it. Since we had a long wait, we got to talk to other customers, who were also irritated. We saw a table of people who left, without their food. Another woman ordered before she got there and still waited 15 minutes, half of her lunch half hour. If Raising Cane's comes to Florida, watch out. Faster, better food, better work ethic. So extremely disappointed.

But Zaxby's is not really a "fast food chain" and it's like this at every Zaxby's so I don't judge.

The owners are passionate about their mission and so dang nice that you'll be on cloud nine after visiting the space. All of their food is organic and vegan; basically food that you can feel good about! No artificial preservatives, what you see is what you get. My recommendations are the Acai Berry Blast smoothie and the Bliss Bowl, which is spicy tofu deliciousness! I took my first ever yoga class at Fresh Jax. To be honest, I had no clue what I was in for. Afterwards, I felt as if I achieved nirvana. I felt calm and relaxed, almost to the point of a high-like state. For newbies like myself, Fresh Jax has my stamp of approval! Although, they do offer advanced classes for experienced yogis, too. Truly, an eye-opening experience. I need to push myself to come here more frequently, because I felt unstoppable after my initial sessions. It doesn't get better than great people behind a great product. Love this place!

I've been to other yoga classes at other studios before, only to leave "not relaxed" I always felt as though it just wasn't a fit for me. Yoga a Fresh Jax was very different. This is the perfect place for those looking to do yoga for the first time. The studio has no mirrors and is a complete no judgement zone. We arrived early and found that very quickly there was a line that was extending out the door. That was for good reason. This place is excellent. Great staff, impeccable food, fantastic service. Inside is clean, neat with hearty tables. The front features their baked goods as well. All fresh, all look delicious. I tried the Tiramisu for dessert. No pictures. It was that good that it made me forget. We dined in, and to do so, you order at the front, are seated and are served shortly after. When you order, keep in mind that they bring bread to the table. Two types of bread with a delicious mix of oil and balsamic that is ideal for dipping. Shortly after we received our food. We split the sandwiches between us and one order of truffle fries. The muffuletta was so meaty and flavorful. The bread fresh and the perfect accompaniment. The eggplant likewise was so delicious. I was expecting more of historical panini type bread but this bread was perfect and grilled. The truffle fries...crispy, bursting with flavor. Really generous portions here of next level sandwiches. If you're in the mood for a great sandwich or a huge salad, this is THE place for you. I highly encourage you to check them out. You'll be glad you did.

Both sandwiches were great but just extremely heavy - I definitely was in need of a serious nap after lunch. Had a side of truffle fries, but couldn't get through more than a few. The ambiance inside is somewhat tight and thankfully we were sat at our own table. The servers essentially drop the food off and that's it, so it's interesting as usual that they ask for a tip like we are at a restaurant with a real waiter/waitress. Overall, not a bad place, didn't get a chance to try the pastries/cakes which looked decadent. But for the price of the sandwiches and service, I'd say the value is pretty low.

Our options were three different types of pizza, fettuccine, lasagna, fresh baked bread, and a salad to enjoy. The dressing for the salad was the best I've had in my life! I asked the owner about it and he said it was their "house dressing and they make it on the premises". Wow, all of the food was delicious. We had an open bar, but I opted for the Waitress to bring me a half/half sweet tea. She never ever came back to see if I needed more. It was a full house and I only saw two waitstaff & they were very busy. It looked like there is a regular crowd there, they all looked like a family of diners. The band that was hired for Barbara's birthday was with Mark Dennison and his band was excellent as usual. I do not recall the name of the band, but I loved every song they played. All old school music. I look forward to returning here soon the try the Stromboli, calzone, more salad and the Limoncello dessert. Pros: everything!
