I've been coming to Zaxby's for a few years and they have never (no exaggeration) messed up my order. I usually order the Chicken Finger Plate. I really enjoy the chicken here. It was a good place to eat food was good. Wings were probably the best part of the meal i got (wings & things). The sauces weren't bad as well. Restaurant was clean as well staff was helpful and friendly. Would come back when I'm back in town. Reminded me of a knock off Raising Canes or something along those lines. read more

Got a big Zax snack meal. The chicken was hot and crispy. Fries needed more seasoning after I asked for extra. Wait time was reasonable per drive through. Service was energetic. I feel that all meals should come with two zax sauce. Overall great experience like usual. read more

My order is wrong every time I go. All I ask for is for Cobb salad extra chicken, no fried onion, no bread. I either don't get extra chicken or they put the fried onion on. Take out is the worse because you don't notice till u get home. I used to come all the time now it is getting to be a rare moment. I don't understand why. read more

Ordered a salad from my job during my lunch, unfortunately I had no salad dressing so I called back and spoke to the manager he was professional and credited my salad back. when I went back to pick up my order and salad they were all very nice and made sure I had all the Caesar dressing I needed lol . This was not a great experience for me. I stopped here on my way to Florida, and it was a bed experience from the moment I pulled into the Drive-through. The attendant at the window was not particularly polite or helpful when I was ordering, and didn't get any better when I pulled up to pick up my food. I ordered a salad, and the chicken was lukewarm and the greens were marginal at best. I ended up throwing out most of it when I stopped to get gas. I'm not sure I would try this location again, but would consider eating at a different one to get a Comparative experience. read more

Ordered to go and was assured the salad dressing was in the bag. My husband gets home and no dressing and to top it off the lettuce was brown and tasted old. At least the onion rings were good. Don't serve people food you wouldn't eat! read more

Cold food after 8 pm... Came out of work to only to get my food cold and basically microwaved. Miriam Told me that i had 30 days to get a new ordered but failed to let me know that i wasn't able to switch my meal after the horrible experience and couldn't get a refund. Due to covid the inside is closed. We went in the drive thru and we asked for a meal and also honey mustard to the side. Instead they replaced the zaxby sauce with honey mustard. No problem. We went back through the drive thur only to be demanded we hand our food back over to the chef to inspect and they took our food to the back?They then ask for our receipt and argued with us. Doesn't seem sanitary to do that either. First time at zaxbys and last time. read more

I LOVE ZAXBY'S!!! I had my first "out-of-school" meal while at Stetson at this location. Thank GOD! This place was also where my roommate and I had our first meal together. Great memories!! Awesome food!! I ordered the meal with chicken fingers, fries and garlic bread. I forgot what it's called but it's awesome! I've also had the meal with wings, fries and garlic bread. DEF DEF recommend coming here if you haven't tried zaxby's. The decor inside is cute, cozy and the booths are private. The employees are very nice and helpful. Wish everyone gave excellent customer service like they did (better than at some expensive restaurants). read more

My family eats Zaxby's at least 3 times a month and mostly at the Saxon Blvd.location. Tonight we go in as usual order,the cashier is in such a hurry to cash us out she has to cancel order and redo. So my wife's sandwich plate comes out but not mine or my daughters. We watched the young staff stand around at the counter until my wife is almost finished eating to ask only to be told they forgot and asked my wife to repeat the order. I've had some good experiences with Zaxby's in the past but this one was not one of them! If you're not familiar with their menu go inside, like we did, because the drive thru menu does little to explain what a "Zax Snak" is. Once inside the manager helpfully answered our questions. However, when we got our food the chicken fingers were greasy and mushy. The sauce that came with was ho-hum. Not at all like I remember prior experiences here! Although I'm not usually a Texas Toast fan, Zaxby's was great! Definitely not healthy but it had a nice garlic, butter, and salt flavor and was the best part of the meal. read more

Great food. I love the Kickin; Chicken sandwich. My last visit, though was less than stellar. There are no forks or knives available without asking for one from the counter which took over 60 seconds for them to see me/get to me. And the Coke dispenser is one of the new ones where you press a button, then another button, then place cup in right spot then press another button. The base of that, where the drink cup goes was very dirty like only the drink syrup came out and the the CO2 mixture with it and rather than wait to get someone's attention, I cleaned it myself. I loved eating here. Great food but when I ate there with my boyfriend and a ROACHE crawled out of his bowl of salad as he was eating I almost lost my dinner. Unfortunately, no matter how good the food tastes cleanliness is paramount! I'll never eat there again. When there are bugs crawling out of your food bowl, I draw the line. read more

Normally the food is great, and really this time is no exception except for the brownies. When I started to unwrap one of the brownies, the label came off and there's a label underneath it... I had one of the best experiences I've ever had at Zaxby's the front of house staff was awesome they were so friendly and helpful, the food was great I got my favorite which is a Kickin Chicken sandwich on Texas toast. It had just the right amount of sauce, toast was perfectly cooked and the fries were fresh, hot, crispy and perfectly seasoned. read more

My review is specifically for the Saxon Blvd location and pertains to the service and management therein. After reading positive reviews on various restaurant review websites, I decided to give Zaxby's a try. The closest location is two cities over, but I made the trip because the reviews indicated that I would not be disappointed. The restaurant is small, much smaller than what you would expect from a quick service restaurant, there was limited space to stand in line and the line for the single drink machine had a line of it's own as each person had to go through multiple steps on the touch screen dispenser to fill one cup. The menu boards were super easy to read and ordering was pleasant, as the cashier was patient and kind. The food arrived shortly after I had paid and was fresh and hot. The issue I had with the management started shortly after I realized I wanted a second packet of "Zaxby's sauce" and asked my cashier for more. She indicated that they were sold for .25 cents each, which I agreed to pay via Debit card, as I don't carry cash. That was fine with her, but she made a mistake and added more sauce packets than I wanted and had to call a manager over to fix her transaction. The manager was very abrupt and curt with the cashier and let out a huge sigh and then slammed the cashiers drawer shut and stomped off mumbling rude comments under her breath. At this point, I immediately felt unwelcome in this store and wanted out. I almost handed my food order back to the cashier and nearly asked for a refund. I sucked it up and found a seat and ate my meal, which was a pretty great meal. I ordered the chicken strips plate for my self and my daughter. However, with every bite, I was consumed with the rudeness of that manager so the experience was overall made unpleasant by the actions of one rude employee. read more
