The patty is a black bean and quinoa patty with the normal burger fixings of lettuce, tomato, onion, and mustard. It doesn't try to match the flavor of a beef or turkey burger, but rather lets the beans and quinoa do the incredibly tasty work of making it good. This does mean that the patty doesn't hold the texture quite as well as a beef patty does... but who cares, since it's *delicious.* The sweet potato fries were also lovely, crisp, and just sweet enough that they went perfectly with the burger.
