We used the drive-thru and the line went quickly. When we ordered, the employee was through and really nice. We saw the 95 health rating displayed at the window before receiving our order immediately at the window. Again, really great and friendly service. I ordered the insane wings and my boyfriend got the tongue torch. We added bleu cheese and the Liberty Lime Fanta. Our order was perfect, hot and the medium size drink was enormous. I just went to Zaxby's on Chatham Pkwy at 12:00pm the 23 of June, and I ordered hot honey mustard tenders tossed. What I got was some tenders with a stream of sauce on about 2 of them. I ordered the 4-chicken tender plate. Disappointing. If you don't want to do your job just half a.... just find another job. Why ruin my lunch? I bet the managers or window worker don't oversee the food before they bag it to go to the customer. You got one time to burn me. I won't be going there again. On the positive shout out to the other Zaxby's that are doing the right thing. I worked in the restaurant business in college, and you just have some people that hide the hate of serving customers. Wanted me to drive back around to change the size of my drink. Slow service, unfriendly staff, just overall not a great Zaxby's to stop at.

I waited 30 minutes for my order and they gave me a completely different order when they did so so I walked up to the door and they gave me mine, which was tremendously wrong as well. I got a salad along with cake bites and a frozen slushy. Neither of those two things I had I didn't even have utensils. Total idiots. read more

Literally downloaded yelp to complain about this specific Zaxby's. Not only has my order not once been correct from this location, but every time I go I am greeted with the most god awful attitude little girls of all time. Like I'm not old myself and I work a customer service job, it's not hard to be nice and I swear I am a kind person, all I ever get there are the single nibblerz or kids grilled cheese which as far as I'm aware is not difficult to prepare. Today I got a grilled cheese and there was MEAT IN IT. God only knows what kind it's brown... disgusting. And I ordered a doctor pepper but they gave me what tastes like red powerade and club soda mixed together, either way, not doctor pepper. The inside has been looking nice since the renovations but I'm considering never coming back to this location again. Like see the grilled cheese below that is actually foul. read more

I can't comment on the food because I wasn't able to place a catering order. The website was showing the cost of a salad for 12 people at $101!!! When I called I was told the website "does that sometimes" and to try again in the morning to speak to the GM. They had no way to adjust an order once it was placed at the incorrect cost (I offered to complete the order online with the wrong cost if they could adjust it). BEFORE I called I once again tried to go thru the website, but it was still showing the incorrect cost. When I called I was spoken to as if I had never used a website...the GM was very condescending and told me he didn't know why it wasn't working for me. He offered no assistance or alternate options at all. He told me the only way to place an order was thru the website and couldn't help me. I understand that I was trying to place a last minute catering order, but I called the night before with the same problem and was told ONLY the GM could help me...he was not any help and he was rude. Sorry Zaxby's...Chick-Fil-A for the win. Called them this morning after I told the GM he could F*#K off. They took the order over the phone and are bending over backwards to make sure the order is delivered by 11 this morning. If you are going to have employees working on a holiday, at least make sure you have a crew that cares. My wife ordered $30 of food, two wings and things and the fries were over fried, all the chicken was dried and over cooked. To top it all off, we didn't even get zaxby's sauce or ranch. I am personally not a fan of fast food but zaxby's is usually the place to go during road trips or as a last resort if we don't cook. If you read this, please stay clear of this location, this is the second time I have a bad experience there. read more

I came in with a very very large order full of platters I had to order for a unexpected corporate lunch. I did not think they would be able to fulfill it on such short notice right at lunch time. Billy (who I assume was the manager on duty) agreed to do it although he wasn't sure how fast it would be. They were able to get my border out in under 30 minutes. Everyone working was very helpful with good attitudes. While I was waiting a few people got angry because the system was slow printing out receipt's and orders, but the staff handled it very well despite attitudes from patrons. First time at a Zaxby's, BIG MISTAKE!!! This was the first time I've ever been to a Zaxby's before, and important as first impressions are, I can honestly say I will never, ever be going to a Zaxby's ever again. The chicken sandwich I ordered was decent tasting, however my visit was tainted as the manager and some employees were rude and the manager especially was a buffoon. I'm not sure the manager knows the definition of the word "hospitality" but if he does he clearly doesn't implement it in his job. After items from our order were left out, and we were given an incorrect item, attempts to resolve the order issues were met with a 10 min argument with the manager (he said his name was Larry Barry, not sure about spelling) and Larry then demanded we give him a side order of fries back for some reason. He then resorted to calling the police on us. Overall a very strange visit. If you're thinking of eating here, don't make my mistake, just take your business to the McDonalds down the street. read more

This is a great Zaxby's location, the only problem I have with this location is that it's always stink on the backside were you make the order, so every time you go to make an order and roll down your window you actually lose your appetite.. they do sometime messed up my order but I'm usually very happy with them read more

Would not recommend this location. I was given my food but not drinks and had to ask for them. My girlfriend ordered a chicken finger sandwich and got a chicken club sandwich with bacon on it (she doesn't eat pork, and hasn't in 7 years.) we called to come back and get it fixed and they were kind and said come on back, only the sandwich they then gave us wasn't a chicken finger sandwich either, so we had to back around a third time. They ask me for the correct sandwich and I say the chicken finger sandwich on Texas toast, they bring it out a few minutes later and it's on a burger bun, so after 3 times giving us the wrong food, we gave up frustrated. The manager who took my order outside was super kind and helpful throughout this situation, as was the gentleman at the window. read more

Okay, the food is good; absolutely no problem with the food. It's the damn, cheap-ass cups and their flimsy lids that I have a problem with. You would think that Zaxby's could afford better cups. Five (5) times now, I have received my food only to have my lower regions showered with Sweet tea and Lemonade. The past couple of times that I've been, the young lady at the window has been extremely rude and got our order wrong, yet insisted that she could not fix it at the window and that we needed to drive around which make NO SENSE!!!! This is my favorite zaxbys in town! Food is always hot as it should be and the drive thru cashiers make it there mission to get food out quick. I use to work at zaxbys for 2 years so I know how having an acceptable drive time is. Wish I didn't stay in pooler and have to go to that one which is close to home.
