The staff there is rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. The manager on duty is nonchalant and could careless about the attitude and professionalism of her staff. James and Alicia who are the mangers of the restaurant failed to correct and issues with receiving cold food when I asked for fresh food because Ive gone to this restaurant and fries cold, chicken luke warm not at proper food safety handling, toast cold and old as well. After paying for $20 plus dollars its really unacceptable. James wanted me to bring the food back to restaurant. Allegedly I Just wanted free food as I explained. I contacted James to let him know on 4 different occasions I have received an unacceptable food from this restaurant which could make myself and family sick. As a parent its a huge inconvenience to need to return to the restaurant as James required. The owner needs to teach their employees what customer service is. My food was not fresh and James wanted to tell me it was fresh but thats a lie. He was argumentative and unprofessional. This is the worst experience I've had with Zaxby's. I went through the drive thru & the cashier ' 179 Latricia ' in the drive thru was extremely rude and unwelcoming. ZERO STARS!! This place was the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Ordered a grilled Asian salad at 6:06pm for dine in. At 6:30pm my name hasn't been called but others have come and gone. I've seen a salad sitting on the counter in a to go container for over 15 mins and I'm thinking that better not be mine. Sure enough one of the girls grabs it and calls my name. It's missing the egg roll so I ask for it and I also ask for a salad since that one has been sitting out there for 30 mins. Tbey claim that I must not have heard my name called and I told them that's a lie because I was sitting there facing the counter the whole time. They go make another one and 10 minutes later, again no egg roll. Someone yells in the kitchen and they finally discover there aren't any. Ok that's fine but just tell the customer up front. Zaxby's is always going to be a bit slower than the normal fast food, and because I'm a long time zaxby's fan I expect that. It takes longer because they aim for fresh, hot food. We got quick, friendly service and the food was great! Zaxby's sauce is amazing....we bought extra because the kids like it on everything and we live a ways from a zaxby's. Food was okay. Not seasoned well. Wings were not sauced properly. Out of the many times I've ate here I honestly was turned off.

If I could have given no stars I would. Awful, just awful. Had to wait 5 minutes just to get the attention of young lady working the cash. Ordered two of their signature sandwiches which wasn't difficult it was the first option on the menu. Paid, was given a cup for soda and asked our name for the order. After sitting for 12 minutes at the table, watching others come and go with their food I went to the counter and asked. The manager said it would be right up, they confirmed my name and had one of the sandwiches on the tray behind the counter waiting for the second one. 10 more minutes go by, I'm pacing around, they assured me they haven't forgotten. Then they take the first sandwich off the tray, put it in a to go bag and hand it out the drive thru window. Then we wait again. Finally, after another 10 minutes I signal to my wife who is waiting at a table to bring the receipt so we can get a refund and go elsewhere. She comes up to the counter and of course there are other customers there placing their orders. I have to get the managers attention to find out where our food is, reminding him it's been over 25 minutes, which he denies. I then said just give us a refund and we will go elsewhere and then he starts raising his voice, accusing me of yelling and telling me that he now had our order in the bag and I can either take it now or he will refund our money. Of course, I took the food, being late for our appointment didn't eat in, we started driving and , you guessed it order was wrong. I'm not really one to complain about food or service at restaurants but oh my gosh... I went through the drive though that literally took 20 mins with 3 cars in line.. then I finally pull up to the window and the lady doesn't even know what I ordered. Then she finally gets my food to me and I open it up and it's not even what I ordered the 2nd time. Stale bread, stale chicken tenders and buffalo sauce poured all over it for no reason. After waiting for about 10 mins for our order, I noticed 1 out of 2 of our orders was incorrect. I politely went to the front counter and told the drive thru worker that I ordered boneless TT with my wings and things but received traditional TT. She verified my receipt and then asked a guy to correct my order. After waiting another 5 minutes, he brought the order back up to the counter. I sat down, opened my box, and noticed he prepped BBQ boneless wings and not TT boneless wings. He checked my box while the drive thru worker stood there next to him and said "I told you TT" he then LAUGHED and said "ahhh I made BBQ" and continued to laugh. The worker from the drive thru said "that's not funny" and stopped laughing with him. At this point I'm pissed because I walked literally about 7-10 mins to the location in the heat, waited about 20 mins total for my food, STILL received the wrong order and had the "manager" LAUGH IN MY FACE ABOUT MAKING THE ORDER INCORRECTLY. I asked him for the cooperate number and his attitude was all shitty about it, he continued to make smart remarks about the situation, and stated "all I can do is give you a refund" with a smirk on his face. Where to start... unfriendly staff and not all staff wearing masks! I placed an order, never received a receipt and had to ask for the order number so I could wait and listen. Proceeded to wait and 6 order which were placed after myself were fulfilled. 10th order and 30 mins later which of course I'm still standing and was not acknowledged I decided enough was enough and approached the counter. I was greeted 5 mins later asking what this issue was, I stated I placed and order over 30mins ago and customer after myself order the same order and received it before me and that I would like a refund because I needed to go back to work. I was asked for my receipt which again I never received... the cashier confirmed my order and lack of receipt... they attempted to then give me an order which wasn't mine 2 mins later regardless that I had to go back to work and requested a refund. I insisted to a refund and the manager decided he would refund my order out oaf his pocket. In all honesty , I rate the restaurant a hard 4.5 , I am a restaurant critic and I heard a lot about this place and I'm glad I remember some of the employees names to say what I have to say . *THIS IS MY OBSERVATION & MY OPINION* . They go very slow - drive thru & dine in , it TAKES forever to get our food . Just by observing , they only put at least 3 people in the front and about 3-4 people in the back which I don't agree with , if you know y'all take forever why would you put only 3 in the front and 3-4 in the back ? You can obviously tell that the restaurant management are SELFISH with the hours they give , I come every once in a while to check in and to just see if anything changed . The customer service is bipolar, they give the rude employees more hours than the nice employees less hours , more like FAVOURITISM . I can actually name the employees that are rude but I don't want them to lose their job but I might as well : one of the girls named Trenaisha is so loud and unprofessional and she be on her phone . Zykeria , also loud and conversate with Trenaisha and use inappropriate language. I'll like to applause Alicia , Adriana and the pregnant one , everytime I come I feel welcomed and they are VERY appropriate & professional . MANAGEMENT GET YALL STUFF TOGETHER !!
