Excellent food, slightly sleepy restaurant. The restaurant is very nicely decorated. We came on a Thursday night around 6.30. It's 'tucked away' in one of the hotels where there's not a lot of people traffic and close to the exit if I recall; What I did recall is that no one was sitting outside the restaurant (whereas many restaurants closer in do have) and inside was only a few tables filled. Promptly seated. First, service was on point. Kaleb took care of us, highly recommend. We had two glasses wine, $18 each. 1 Baba Ghannouge w Pita (that's the spelling on the receipt) 1 Smoked Beef Salata 1 Octopus Santorini All i gotta say was there wasn't a morsel or remnants of any sauce...everything was devoured. All of this was about $120 for tip...that's Vegas for you. Funny story....talked to a co worker about our trip....we said we love mediterranean food.....she said her husband just came through and really recommended a place........happened to be Zaytinya! Of all the places......

Really nice restaurant! So spacious and we got our own privacy enjoying our conversations, without overhearing other tables. The whole sea bass is perfectly prepared and great for sharing. Crispy eggplants are interesting and tasty when enjoy with yogurt. Cauliflower is surprisingly delicious with tahini and pine nuts. Falafels are good and pickled vegetables that come with them are even better. Do not miss the dessert and Turkish coffee! Phyllo dough with custard and apple sorbet is to die for. It looks huge but is fluffy and delicious. Cucumber mint cooler is so refreshing after a long walk all day.

Tonight, my wife and I had the pleasure to dine at Zautinya. It is located in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. They describe their place as this: "Under the direction of James Beard Award-winning chef José Andrés, Zaytinya's menu reflects the rich regional diversity of classical Turkish, Greek, and Lebanese cuisine." We began with a nice bottle of wine. We then had Tirokafteri which has whipped goat cheese, attiki honey, pine nuts, and aleppo. This is a wonderfully delicious spread which we placed on our pita bread. As for the pita bread, it was the best I've ever tasted. So light and airy, and when you see the photo, it is unlike most pita breads. The spread had such flavor, similar to gum,us, but better. We them shared Karpuzi Me Feta, which is a salad with compressed watermelon, watercress, goat cheese, and a couple other things. So light and refreshing. We then had Bantijian Bil Laban which is described as crispy eggplant, roasted garlic yogurt, seven-spice walnuts, and turmeric apricots. This may have been my favorite dish of the meal. So crispy, light, and flavorful. Lastly, we had the Hunkar Begend which is a traditional Turkish braised lamb shank with a special cheese purée. Another wonderful dish. We added a side of their Celebration Rice. Of course, we had to have dessert, so we ordered Galakopita, which is semolina custard, crispy phyllo, almonds, and honey crisp apple sorbet. What a great way to end the meal! Light and flavorful, but not too rich or sweet. Our server, John, did a great job of pacing the meal. Next time you're at or near the Fori, Shops, give this place a try. Your mouth will thank you.

My friend and I stopped in for a quick bite while shopping at the Caesars forum shops. Sat at the bar and was warmly greeted. Food took an extremely long time to come out. We ordered hummus and pita bread appetizer and it didn't come out ahead of time, it arrived with our meals. The bartender was pleasant but didn't pay much attention to us possibly because we didn't order alcohol. Finished our meal and had to ask for the check. The food was delicious, but there are so many other Mediterranean restaurants in Las Vegas to try, before we decide to go back.

We needed a last minute reservation. This was a surprise find. We had a great waitress who explained that the plates are small and one can order 3-4 each. We ordered one large plate and about 5 small plates for 4 people. Our drinks were very tasty. Try the Magic Carpet. It's delish! Wine list is good too. Our entrees are falafel, octopus, hummus, vegetables roasted and a kebab platter. More than enough for 4 people. Located in the Forum area but follow signs to the restaurant

The best new restaurant to hit the Forum Shops without a doubt. We've gone three times since the new year and wow, pure excellence. The hummus is absolutely the best hummus I have ever tasted, and the celebration rice both with chicken or mushroom were to die for. I'd skip the Turkish coffee at the end, they haven't seemed to master that as of yet. Not worth the $8. The olive oil cake is in my dreams, it's that good! The first time we had Michael and he explained the menu in much detail and also told us about the InKind app so we saved $50. Very cool of him. The vibe is upscale yet chill. Date night acceptable but also ok to wear jeans.

Delicious meal and unforgettable experience! We tried Zaytinya for the first time last night and we had an excellent time. The meal was delicious and the value was superb, which was hard to get both these days at Vegas. Located in the Forum within Caesar's Palace, the restaurant offers Greek cuisine in a trendy setting. We made our reservation online, and check-in was a breeze. For our dinner, we ordered the chef tasting menu for $95 per person. The tasting menu offers a diverse range of Greek food in sample size portion, but you get so much food that you will most likely be full 2/3 of the way through the tasting menu. My favorite items within the tasting menu were the lettuce wrap with salad, sauteed shrimp, roasted Brussels sprouts, and the chickpeas hummus. Since I am a pescatarian, the chef was able to accommodate me by swapping the chicken and beef kebab with salmon and mushroom. The salmon was absolutely delicious with crispy skin and a delicious creamy sauce. As for service, our waiters were very attentive and friendly. Our water was always filled and the dishes came promptly. The ambiance of the restaurant felt trendy and intimate with booths, small tables, and large tables in the center for larger parties. We came away from the restaurant feeling stuffed, and every dish was delicious with generous portion. Highly recommend!

Came in with a group of 4 for dinner back in February. We had a reservation and were seated right away. This restaurant is beautiful! We ordered the Chef's Tasting Menu and collectively agreed this was the best meal we had our entire trip! There was plenty of food and plenty left over to take with us. Got to try some new foods and cannot think of one I didn't enjoy. 1000% worth making a reservation here!

Great. Hostess was welcoming. Tasty mocktails (cucumber and mint was the tastiest). Service was exceptional...friendly, attentive. Loved the interior and booth seating was super-comfy. Their French toast was incredible...inside was warm and "pudding-like" (So creamy!) and exterior was perfectly grilled. Never made anything like that at home ; ) Salad with chicken was excellent.

This place is 10/10 ! Honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had, the food was made to perfection real Mediterranean restaurant with large menu and bunch of options. The service was exceptional. The environment is clean, modern stylish and it's easy to talk so not too loud. Absolutely one of the best spots for Mediterranean food!

    Halloumi flat bread

Solid choice at the Forum, especially during their WEEKEND happy hour. We ordered one of everything, except the caviar. The sauteed shrimp and harissa chicken wings are the best options for flavor and sharing. The shrimp was perfectly cooked in a flavorful sauce. While the chicken wings were accompanied with a labneh and pickles. The mini smash burger was a little harder to share, but still worth a try. The fries and hummus were standard and yummy. I think you should dip the fries in the shrimp dill butter sauce. My least favorite items were the halloumi flatbread and Turkish grilled cheese. The flatbread had mozzarella that overpowered the halloumi. If you're not a fan of strong cheeses, then I would pass on the grilled cheese. However, that bread was almost fried, it was crispy outside and fluffy inside. Unfortunately, the happy hour menu drinks were not a hit. I think calling it a margarita gave off the wrong impression. I ordered magic carpet off the regular menu and really enjoyed the drink, it's like a dessert. We tried a variety of desserts like the olive oil cake, turkish coffee cake, and galatopita. The olive oil cake was sweet. The turkish coffee chocolate cake is like lava cake texture topped with pistachios. Then galatopita is new to me. I enjoyed the mixture of texture with the poached apple and phyllo dough. The interior was beautiful and service was adequate.

Zaytinya -- not quite 4 stars, but 3 feels too low. The space is gorgeous, but it was pretty quiet for a Wednesday night, so it didn't have much of a vibe. Service was great -- our server took my friend's gluten allergy seriously and made sure everything was safe for her, which we really appreciated. One of our salads got forgotten, but they brought it out later and took it off the bill, which was nice. Most of the food was good, just not amazing -- solid overall but nothing that really blew us away.

Wasn't going to post this but here it is, I arrived to pick up a large catering order on a busy Friday night. Seeing that they were busy I waited patiently until someone acknowledged me standing right in front of the register, but no one ever did that. Instead the lady that was at the register turned her back to me once she was done having a conversation with the table that was next to the register for at least 5 minutes and then the younger lady decided to help the person that came in after me and never acknowledged me still. So about 10 minutes after waiting I said excuse me I'm here for my order and asked if they did not see me, the younger lady starts hauling off at me about how busy they were and how she JUST bagged this order up but I literally watched her do it at least 7 minutes before that. And before I could get another word out she keeps going off at the mouth about how busy they are and how I could've just canceled the order if I didn't want to wait. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. But it's all good lol I asked a simple question. There was need for your employee to get that defensive. I understand it was busy, I also understand you acknowledge people when they are in your establishment no matter how "busy" you are. Almost 15 minutes of waiting and not being acknowledged once is CRAZY! Then these clowns have the audacity to give me a bad rating and say that I'm unprofessional. That's the first negative review I've ever received in my 7 years since RETIRING from the US Army and doing this as a literal service for the community. After looking at the way this owner talks to anyone that leaves a bad review I decided to share my experience as well! Edit: LOL THIS GUY IS HILARIOUS! Why would I interrupt your employee having a conversation with a customer instead of waiting for her to finish and then address me since I'm standing "like a statue" right in front of her?? But noooo LIKE I SAID SHE TURNED HER BACK TO ME. And the walked away. I have respect and patience so I was clearly waiting my turn. But it's when your employees start helping other WHITE people that came in after me and STILL acting like they don't see me when I have a problem. WHY THE HELL WOULD I LIE ABOUT RETIRING FROM THE AMRY DUDE? Look my name up idiot. Watch your mouth. You not untouchable. And yes I have PERMANENT FLAWLESS GOLD AND VVS DIAMONDS IN MY MOUTH , and I also own my house and my cars and have multiple properties around the United States. Instead of getting mad about every negative review u need to train your employees to talk to everyone the same and not just the PINK PEOPLE. I guess you think all Rideshare drivers are BROKE like your employees?? GOOFY.
