As a plant-based girl who also loves fine dining, I have to hit Crossroads Kitchen anytime I visit Las Vegas. And for those who aren't plant-based, my boyfriend also gives it five stars--even though he isn't! This past 4th of July weekend, we had a res at Crossroads and experienced one of the best meals of our lives. What I appreciate most about this restaurant is how consistent it is. The service, atmosphere, flavor, and quality are always exceptional, and I know I can never go wrong with the menu. Appetizers: - Moroccan Cigars - Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms - Calamari Fritti The Moroccan Cigars were crispy and savory, and perfectly complemented by the spiced yogurt dipping sauce. I love these and have to order them every time I visit! Unfortunately, I didn't get a pic of this dish. The Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms are another dish I always order. They are airy, golden, and delicately battered, filled with creamy almond ricotta, and served with marinara dipping sauce. The textures and flavors come together beautifully, and the brightness of the marinara with the acidity of the tomato makes the dish feel perfectly balanced. It normally comes with three blossoms, but for a little extra you can add another, which was perfect for my boyfriend and me to share. The Calamari Fritti was one of my favorite dishes of the night. This was my first time ordering it, and I was blown away. It is one of those dishes that feels truly creative and special, as someone who doesn't eat meat. Being able to recreate the flavor and texture of calamari in a completely plant-based dish without compromising the experience is something I was genuinely grateful to try. It is served with diablo sauce, lemon, and sliced pepperoncini, which added a wonderful briny tang and satisfying snappiness to each bite. Just wow! The portion was also generous and perfect for a table to share. Entrées: - Fettuccine & Truffles - Eggplant Filet. The Fettuccine & Truffles was divine. The thick-cut fettuccine noodles were cooked to perfection and had the ideal bite to them. Honestly, some of the best pasta I have ever had. The noodles were served in a buttery sauce with a light grating of cheese and shaved truffle. The truffle added delicate earthy and umami notes without overpowering the dish. For fellow truffle lovers, I was also informed that you can add truffle to any of the pasta dishes, which is something I'm definitely planning to try during my next visit. The Eggplant Filet was served with mashed potatoes, buttery caramelized roasted garlic, mushroom bordelaise sauce, and crispy fried onions. My goodness, this was delicious. The bordelaise was rich and savory, giving the dish a luxurious and robust flavor. The eggplant is prepared in such a unique way that it develops an almost meaty texture while still being incredibly tender, silky, and melt-in-your-mouth. The crispy fried onions on top paired perfectly with the sauce and eggplant. This dish is truly like no other. Dessert - Pineapple Upside Down Cake You absolutely need to try Crossroads' interpretation of this classic. It was indulgent and bright, with toasted coconut flakes and a warm, jammy texture balanced by a decadent chewiness of the pineapple. It was served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. I absolutely love a hot and cold dessert combination so this hit the spot. The best way I can describe it is as though the tropical flavor profile of mango sticky rice and the warmth and coziness of apple pie came together to create something completely unique. It was the perfect way to end the meal. Service The Assistant GM, Jerad, was an absolute pleasure to meet and a huge reason this experience will go down as one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. At some fine-dining spots, the atmosphere can occasionally feel overly formal or even a little intimidating, but Jerad's approach was the complete opposite. He was incredibly kind, genuine, and down-to-earth, offering thoughtful wine recommendations, warm conversation, and gracious hospitality without ever making us feel out of place. He made the restaurant feel welcoming and comfortable while still maintaining the elevated level of service you would expect from such a beautiful restaurant. It's clear how passionate he is about Crossroads and how much he genuinely cares about the guests, creating special memories, and providing exceptional service. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience. Seeing someone take pride in what they do while leading with kindness and humility is both refreshing and rare. Thank you, Jerad, for such a wonderful experience! This last visit was probably 2.5/3 stars but I'm giving my overall review. This is my all-time favorite restaurant since it came to Las Vegas. I've spent every birthday, some holidays, date nights, and random dinner outings at this restaurant. Out of all the times I've been here. I probably had three not so great experiences which isn't bad because I've been here a lot. But I'm pretty disappointed at this last visit. The scallopini Parmesan was DELICIOUS as well as the side of grilled artichokes. But it was extremely small. The drinks were decent. The charred leeks appetizer is NOT at all what you would think. There were four tiny, sliced leeks and four small pieces of grapefruit, which isn't even mentioned on the menu nor do I like. It was served cold, which also threw me off. Not a good appetizer and not in any way shape or form worth $18. We also got the leaks and risotto side. The risotto was not cooked thoroughly and was hard. It's laid out on the plate to make it look like a decent amount but yet again a very small small portion, especially for the price. I should've stuck with the basics. The zucchini blossoms the cigars and the scallopini Parmesan are probably the best things on the menu and consistently good. I get excited to try new things, but it seems to just end up being disappointing lately. There was also finally a new dessert which was a Matcha cake, but of course it was out. Probably for the best since all the new stuff seems to be a thumbs down this season. Our server was super nice though, and staff was very attentive as far as setting down new plates and clearing finished ones. Little things like that are appreciated. And I don't think they ever let our water glass get empty. I usually like to sit further back inside the restaurant but we sat in the very front by the rail this time which was a nice change and got to do some "people watching". It's a more casual feel area. It's nice to have a vegan fine dining option but I don't think I would return. The spicy chicken parm was good but the eggplant dish definitely felt under cooked and a little tough. The squash blossoms were very good and worth the order! Our server was very kind, but he also seemed to rarely be around. We had to wait quite a long time before he came to take our order and another long wait to get our check once we finished. We were also there to celebrate my husbands birthday and the hostess did say happy birthday when we arrived but they didn't do anything special other than that. We had the Moroccan cigars, meatballs, lion's mane, and piccata, and everything was so delicious (and the portions were actually generous). We ordered the Banana Pudding which was in a stemless wineglass. It was kinda hard to share and eat out of. Still can't believe the food was all 100% vegan. A few things could be better though--there's nowhere to put your purse or coat, and the dishes they served the food and dessert in were small. The leftover situation was awkward too... they gave us a tiny bag for each box that was hard to carry. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but we expected that. Well, today's my daughter's birthday I made reservation stating it was her birthday and the fact that she chooses this place every year. The only person that said happy birthday was the host that sad us. I don't know about you but when you put down, it's an occasion you think somebody would acknowledge it. The server was nice, but I think he was overwhelmed with a lot of tables. I don't feel the touchback was as much as it should've been never got asked if we wanted a second drink I could've used another wine. My daughter opted to have the five course meal and we asked if they can remove the mushrooms from the pizza as she hates mushrooms, they accommodated, but then they failed to tell us that three other dishes had mushrooms in it as we stated she hated mushrooms. The corn tart has mushrooms. The pasta had mushrooms just a little disappointing when you tell the server and the manager about the mushrooms. The server helper was not very much of a help. She refilled my water and walked away not realizing my daughters was almost halfway empty. Also, she would pick up our silverware and not bring any bag and we would have to wait and ask somebody to bring a silverware so we could eat our next course. The server noticed it in the last course we got our silverware and abundance of it. I just feel for as many times if we've been there and had great service, this fell to the wayside, especially being a special occasion. The manager was helpful when we needed him Jared was his name fortunately, I can't remember the servers name and they need to retrain the server helper, perhaps they were both overwhelmed. Little disappointed at how long it took for each course to come out I mean we got our first drinks in our salad right away, but then everything else was dragging to long and when I got to my main dish, it almost looked like it had been sitting up in the kitchen window for quite some time to act because everything took so long we can't even eat it. Go for the calamari (king oyster mushroom) amazing replication, butter beans and even all hail the Caesar salad but shy away from the lionsmane steak facsimile unless you are crazing a charred and obscenely fatty slab of steak and pungently flavored truffle potato. Met some plant-based friends here for dinner while in town for CES. I did a tiny bit of research, so I knew I wanted to try the lions mane steak. It was def not the texture of an actual steak, but it did have the color and size. Lions mane itself doesn't have a ton of flavor, but they've done an excellent job of marinating and seasoning, as it was quite a tasty new experience. It is served alongside crispy potatoes, which were an excellent pair. We started with the stuffed zucchini blossoms, which were excellent! If I'd not known they were vegan, I never would have guessed. Paired the meal with a couple of glasses of red wine, the first of which was on the house due to being the end of the bottle. Enter Crossroads Kitchen at Resorts World, a restaurant that came highly recommended in my search for vegan dining in Las Vegas. The space screams opulence: tall red curtains, modern crystal chandeliers, striking photography, and a dark, sexy dining room. Even the bar is a visual delight. Honestly, I felt like I should've dressed up more to match the vibe. The staff was polished and professional, exactly what you'd expect from a restaurant this sophisticated. Now, here's the twist: the menu reads like it's full of meat dishes--pepperoni pizza, Italian sausage, even caviar--but everything is plant-based. I hadn't realized this at first, and while that was a surprise, once we embraced it, we dove in. Yum, yum, YUM! This review is based on my visit on 11/7/25. My hubby and I selected this restaurant to celebrate our (belated) anniversary. We were pretty set on going all out on the 7 Course Fall Tasting Menu, and boy, were we happy with that decision! Dinner started off with glasses of bubbly. The champagne they were offering was too dry for my liking, so our waitress kindly swapped mine out for a Prosecco. The first course was a small teacup of cauliflower soup, drizzled with scallion oil. The soup was silky-smooth and velvety. A great start to our meal. That was followed by a salad of beets and pears, adorned with cheese and balsamic "pearls" which provided nice pops of acid. I loved the different flavors and textures of this salad. Next up, stuffed zucchini blossoms. The batter was perfectly crispy and not oily. Really nice. Also really surprising at how much the almond ricotta tasted like a traditional dairy-based cheese. Skipping ahead to the heartiest dish... a "grilled lion's mane steak". This came with a many-layered potato "baton" and a super-rich sauce that was like a demi-glace. I loved all the flavors, but wasn't sure I 100% loved the texture, which kind of reminded me of the fatty/ melty part of a pot roast. It was like a love/ hate kind of thing but I really appreciated the creativity and artistry that clearly went into it. Our meal ended with a decadent banana pudding. I love banana pudding - having first been put on to it by Magnolia Bakery's version. This one didn't disappoint - and I was amazed by the fact that it was achieved sans dairy. So good! When we went, the 7 Course Fall Tasting Menu came with a visit from a chef AND a copy of the restaurant's cookbook, which I thought was a really nice memento of our amazing meal. Four out-of-town friends staying at Resorts World ordered the pasta, Caesar salad, beet and "calamari" dishes with drinks from the very affordable Happy Hour menu, while the hubs and I shared the cheeseboard appetizer from the main menu. A nutty element like walnut or pistachio could have rounded it out nicely. 2nd Course: Mushroom PizzaDeeply umami-forward, with the crust as the undeniable star. It was impressively thin with a pronounced sourdough character, and the truffle flavor was well-judged. It could have been better utilized across the entire dish, especially the potatoes. The roasted garlic (nearly half a bulb) felt more like a novelty than an integrated component; incorporating it into the mash might have elevated the dish. The mashed potatoes themselves were decent, not too decadent possibly due to a lack of butter and cream. The eggplant, however, had an excellent texture. It was meaty, more mushroom-like than squash, which was a pleasant surprise. 5th Course: Dessert (Chef's Choice - Banana Pudding)The best dish of the night. The cream was thick and luscious, with coconut cream that didn't overpower with coconut flavor. Layers reminiscent of shortbread added a buttery, salty contrast that balanced the sweetness beautifully. The bananas were perfectly ripe, charred and likely green which added an unexpected sharpness and complexity. The only drawback was the portion size; it was quite large, especially at the end of the meal. Serving it in a coupe glass instead of a stemless wine glass might have made for a more refined presentation and a more manageable portion. Drink: Mezcal French 75A thoughtful twist on the classic. Nicely laid out inside...not busy since it was mid week as well. Food was great! What did I get? Fusilli Pesto was awesome! The taste and texture were on par for a pasta dish.... On Saturday, May 23rd, my husband, my two sisters, and I decided to try out Crossroads Kitchen in Las Vegas. We honestly had no idea how extremely fancy the restaurant was since we had just come from the Sparks and Aces basketball game and were definitely not dressed for the occasion. Despite that, from the moment we walked in, the host treated us so kindly and made us feel welcome. Once we were seated and looked over the menu, we were truly impressed by all the wonderful and amazing vegan dishes they had to offer. Our server, Juan, and his assistant, Maria, treated us with such care and patience. They made us feel completely at home and never once made us feel unwelcome or judged because of the way we were dressed while everyone else around us was dressed very elegantly. Juan was incredibly attentive and never rushed us at all. He suggested several dishes that we absolutely enjoyed, and the entire experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The dining experience here felt truly inspired. We arrived on the last week of their Winter Menu and were met with some truly engaging dishes. This dinner was special to us (engagement); and Juan, our main server, worked hard to ensure everything was beyond standard. He worked with the Kitchen to help make the night Memorable. Even though there was a big dinner party in a private area, service in the main dining room remained dedicated and proper. All of the staff we interacted with were nice, professional, and I saw the other diners enjoying their nights as well. Multiple tables had requested photos and everytime it was treated as exciting. I'm not sure if the staff actually enjoy photography, but they do a good job of sharing in the enjoyment regardless :) so thank you all again! The restaurant is lit beautifully with an electric lantern below your sightline at each table, to create full light for your meal that isn't disruptive or overbearing. I swipe left on vegans, and only have a tiny set of close friends in this tribe. When one of my greatest friends reached out to help plan her birthday, a vegan, I made it a point to commit to feasting at her favorite spot in town, Cross Roads Kitchen ( @crossroadskitchen ) at Resorts World. When I first looked at the menu, I misread the section on proteins. I thought they had a steak for me. My friend and the host almost fell over laughing when they looked at me, exclaiming everything is plant based. It's her birthday I exclaimed, let's go‼ No b.s. I eat meat at every meal, but this spot was absolutely incredible. The service impeccable, perfect robust flavors, great drink selection, and it made this carnivore beyond satisfied. I have to scream this too! The King Oyster Mushroom Crudo [ Meyer lemon / Fresno chili / scallion mignonette/ kelp caviar ] was death row quality, I could have ordered at least three of them alone. A table sat across from us that came in not knowing the entire menu was plant based too. I overheard their story, and went over to them to let them know to not skip out on that dish! Meeting the head chef and an also owner who taught us all about the spot, their creative rotating menu, and more was a blessing. My only critique I told them... The perfect time to try Crossroads Kitchen while staying @Resorts World. While checking in, the host immediately asked if anyone in our party had food allergies or dietary restrictions. They seemed very allergy-conscious which always makes me feel comfortable. I listed my allergies: Dairy, Egg, Gluten and Avocado. The ambiance @Crossroads kitchen is chic yet relaxed. We ordered: Figs & Feta appetizer: sweet, tangy figs drizzled with white balsamic glaze served with grilled sourdough. (I added GF bread for myself) perfection on a plate. Truffle Mushroom Bianca pizza: We added the house‑made sausage- which is absolutely delicious! The perfect vegan indulgence. *Although.... The moment it arrived I was blown away by the puffy delicious looking crust, I looked and said: Surely this is too good for me to eat- lol. The manager stopped by just after our food was delivered. I immediately asked- This pizza is gluten free correct? Nope. He stated our waiter was super busy also being the bartender, he must have just missed it- which was concerning. However he did replace the beautiful pizza with my GF version - not as pretty but still delicious! He also took the first round of drinks off our tab- which I did appreciate. A crisp Pinot Grigio and a sweet Moscato d'Asti which paired beautifully with the flavors of our meal. Dessert: Sorbet of the Day (mine was luscious). I had reservations for New Yeara Day at 7pm because I had a mini vacation to Las Vegas from LA and I HAD to try the Las Vegas Crossroads Kitchen. I try to make it a point to get to the Los Angeles Crossroads at least once a year and didnt get a chance to for n 2025 so since I was in Vegas, this dining experience was a MUST! My reservation was for a party of 2. The entire staff working on New Years Day were absolutely stupendous! We checked in the hostess stand and we're seated right away! Immediately walking in I see gigantic posters on David Bowie and the one that Immediately caught my heart and eyes was one of Jimmy Page playing with Led Zeppelin at the Inglewood Forum in 1975. I LOVE that both Crossroads Kitchens (LA & LV) have a rock n roll theme and are not shy about it. The Las Vegas location is absolutely stunning! We were greeted by our server Will. I ordered 2 alcoholic drinks and my friend got a mocktail. I am kicking myself for not taking a photo of the drink menu to remember the drinks names but both of my cocktails were so delicious. I loves the frothy tops for both and my friend enjoyed her mocktail. I told my friend that for appetizers, the Impossible Cigars are a MUST. I am a vegetarian that detests mushrooms and my friend practices the plant based lifestyle. Everything we ordered we were goi g to share so we went kinda crazy on the appetizers. We ordered the Impossible Cigars, Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms, and Shaved Brussels Sprouts & Honey Crisp Apples salad. All of which were absolutely delicious!! The stuffed zucchini blossoms came with this semi spicy dipping sauce that I really enjoyed. Our server, Will, let us know about the specials and one of the specials was a "Chicken" parm with spicy Rigatoni. I was torn between that as an entree or the Cacio E Pepe! My friend said since we were sharing we'll get both and trade off but only if we also get the roasted honey nut squash and fennel side. I happily said, "Hell yeah!" My second round of double drinks was a cocktail with the word Thyme in it and I asked if they could make me a Toasted Almond (not on their menu). Will said he would ask and the bartender was so great. He came to our table and let us know what he had and what we would prefer for the toasted almond. I was so impressed by the service, the design, the drinks, and the food!! The main entrees were insanely delicious. I loved being able to share because it's not often I get to do family style when I dine out because I am a vegetarian. The Cacio e Pepe was delicious, the special chicken parm was amazing! The drinks were wonderful. My least favorite thing was the honey nut squash but I'm pretty sure I was too full to really give it a chance. I definitely want to make it a point to dine here everytime I am in Vegas. The entire experience was absolutely wonderful. In regards to locatio , Crossroads Kitchen is located in Resorts World. I wod recommend parking at the Casino entrance because youll be just steps away from the restaurant after you make your way into the hotel/casino. read more

My husband and I had a great dinner here and definitely recommend this restaurant if you're looking for vegan for or if you're in the area and are hungry. The restaurant is a nice date spot, I also saw people at the bar having drinks with friends, it's a classy, chill spot. The staff here are very welcoming and each person we came across offered to answer any questions if we had any. We started out with the stuffed artichokes (3) - of which we completely forgot to take pictures. Honestly, this was our second dinner. We had dinner about 6 hours earlier and were legitimately full, at least that's what we thought. The stuffed artichokes showed up and we inhaled them. They were soft, creamy, crunchy and delicious. I have no clue what was in them, but we would have ordered so many more and turned them into an entree. Our mains of mushroom agnolotti and mafaldine cacio e pepe. I'm so happy to have ordered the agnolotti, it was such a perfect dish. It tasted so delicate and flavorful, just the right amount of herbs and mushroom. I loved it so much, I don't think I let my husband have more than one bite. The cacio e pepe was light and creamy and was a hit with my husband. Both pastas were made well, they weren't mushy nor too al dente. It was all really so good. I hope they don't ever remove the artichoke appetizer or the mushroom agnolotti from their menu. I was in town for work and excited to try an all plant-based restaurant. The inside of the restaurant is very trendy, clean and crisp. The service was impeccable with a lot of knowledge about the menu and ingredients. The drinks were special and beautiful. The flavors were up front and a true experience. Our table shared the "calamari". It was delicious. The texture was perfect, the breading was light and crispy. It was a great appetizer and even my coworkers, who are not vegan, were impressed with the dish. I splurged and ordered the Lions Mane. It was very slimy. Unfortunately, when I cut into it, it seemed like a lot of fat and grizzle instead of a meaty pull apart. It was also extremely salty. I really wanted to enjoy this dish, but I was not impressed especially when considering the price. Came to Crossroads with my partner (both of us vegan) and my dad's (not vegan). We had such an incredible experience. The food was phenomenal. App: We started w the squash blossoms. I wish I ordered twice as many of these. They were so delicious. Salads: Brussel Sprout salad - LOVED My dad got the beet/pear salad; if you like beets it's a 10/10. Mains: I had the linguine scallops 10/10 Partner had the pesto fussili 9/10 Dad #1 had the rigatoni; forgot to have him rate but he cleaned his plate and would order again Dad #2 got the eggplant fillet w mashed potatoes; a lot like a pot roast. I tried it and it was fab. Dessert: I got the affogato; I had been craving that exact thing. The ice cream was top notch. They serve it in a coupe glass and pour the espresso over at the table. Crossroads Kitchen is a fine dining Italian Vegan Restaurant located in Resorts World on the Las Vegas Strip. We attended a special event 5 course dinner that was done by Chefs (Crossroads Founder) Tai Ronnen, James Bead Award Winner Rocco DiSpirito, & Top Chef Season 6 Winner Michael Voltaggio. The food went from very good to phenomenal. A few of the dishes were the best I've tried in Las Vegas this year. Service started out rocky but my husband let them know that we didn't want everything thrown at us at once and then everything was fixed. (they started out bringing out plates before we even ordered wine. A second round of plates came out before we even tried first plates.....That's when my husband let the food runner know and the plates were taken back) Chef Rocco DiSirito was running around the whole night and helped serving guests. He acted like this restaurant was his own. He also took pictures with guests. I asked him about his dishes. He did the interesting Artichoke dish and the really amazing Dessert. Went here during my Vegas trip this year, and I loved it. The place is so nice and upscale, and we were seated at the bar area which I actually really enjoyed. All the food we ordered was really good and the mocktails were amazing. We loved everything we got. The service was good too. Especially from the bartender who went above and beyond for us. Crossroads was such a pleasant surprise. It's a vegan restaurant, but as someone who isn't vegan, I was seriously impressed. We ordered the lion's mane steak and the fettuccine both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, the presentation was beautiful, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. Very disappointed. Read such good reviews and had an awful experience. Food is not good at all. We had the Easter buffet and it was $65 and included a 20% surcharge. There's so much you can do with plant based but they miss the mark here. For an automatic 20% - at least clear our plates vs letting them stake up and fill our water every now and then. read more

We got stuffed zucchini blossoms, wedge salad, celery root and chestnut tortellini, lions mane steak, and the banana pudding and everything was absolutely superb!
