I had been looking forward to going to Pisces ever since its opening in spring 2025. It did not disappoint. Everything here is first-rate, starting with the stunning decor. It's easily one of the most beautiful dining rooms in all of Vegas with an elegant seaside theme rich in blues and gold. The cocktail list is inviting. I had two Conventional Wisdoms, a fizz cocktail made with cucumber-infused agave, Ketel One Botanical Cucumber and Mint Vodka, mastiha essence, and lime, garnished with a long (and delicious) cucumber slice. Complientary bread service is getting rare these days, but not only does Pisces start you off with a small crown that is a cross between a croissant and sourdough, it's so good it would be worth paying for. It comes with two dips - one red pepper, the other artichoke. Both are delicious, though I favored the red pepper. For appetizers, the shrimp cocktail is a must. Dramatically presented in a large octopus bowl with lots of crushed ice, the shrimp are big, tender, and totally fresh, complimented by a nice remoulade and excellent spicy cocktail sauce. The carpaccio was unfortunately a letdown. It came thinly sliced with tiny mushrooms, but had an offputing fishy note. When Rene, one of our servers, asked how it was, I was honest. He immediately said he would take it away, presented me with the menu, and told me to choose another starter. Total class! I had two of my friend's five shrimp, so along with the bread I really did not want another appetizer. Rene said no problem and removed it from the bill. My friend claims not to like seafood, so Rachel, our amazing lead server, sold him on a filet mignon which he ordered with a side of really good mashed potatoes. Filet is not my top steak pic but it was cooked beautifully. I opted for a unique, gorgeously plated 2.5 lb. lobster (as Rachel explained, it's not really 2.5 lbs.) stuffed with orzo and dots of caviar. Served with lemon and drawn butter, the lobster was sensational - fresh, buttery, just great. What prevents this from being a perfect dish is the orzo on the bottom. It's fine but it did not seem like the right pairing for the lobster. If it had been a seafood orzo (or risotto) - or even better, just a simple crabmeat stuffing - this would have been a 10, but nonetheless it was an extremely rich and satisfying main course. Their dessert selection is amazing but we were too full for anything else. Probably the best part of the experience was the service. Rachel, who seemed in such command of the place I assume she must also be a manager, and Rene were everything you should expect from service at a restaurant like this. Even the restrooms are stunning. Later in the evening the men's room was out of service but a super nice attendant offered to escort me across the way to SW Steak to use their facilities. The Wynn is without question the best hotel in Vegas, and Pisces is a perfect addition to it. With an extensive menu of both seafood and non-seafood offerings, beautiful atmosphere, and top-notch service, Pisces certainly made a splash. I will easily go here again. read more

A birthday dinner to remember... My man absolutely nailed it this year with reservations at Pisces, a Mediterranean seafood experience built to impress and wow, did it ever. The food isn't just gorgeous to look at; it's delicious and genuinely memorable. Some dishes arrive with full Vegas-level theatrics. I couldn't resist the daily special of grilled Portuguese U3 prawns - massive, sweet-savory, smoky, buttery bliss. And don't skip the best part: the head. I had a whole moment with those prawns and didn't care who was watching. The ceviche was ultra fresh and presented very creatively, and the jumbo Oishii shrimp were pristine. My man devoured his ribeye - even though Pisces isn't known for steak, they clearly know how to take care of beef lovers like him. The space is intentionally immersive and dramatic: hundreds of Murano glass orbs hanging like jellyfish, mosaic floors, fish-leather chairs, a bi-level dining room overlooking the Lake of Dreams, and a patio right on the water with views of the nightly light and music shows. Cocktails were excellent and the service was fun. We had two incredible servers who took such good care of us, we ended the night swapping photos of our grandkids and fur babies. You can either sit indoor or outdoor in a patio area at night that has a huge screen with visuals making it super unique. Pisces was a fun experience overall, especially with the shows happening every 30 minutes, which made the meal feel more lively and entertaining. The atmosphere definitely adds to the night out. For food, the Hamachi Serrano was good, the Spicy Lobster Spaghetti was good, and the Greek Taverna Fries were also good. The Sirena drink was good too. The Whole Roasted Dover Sole was a little plain compared to the other dishes. The only disappointing part was the presentation of the Sirena or Sun Sign. I ordered it after seeing other people before and after me get it served in the blowfish cup, but mine came in a basic cup instead. When I asked, the server said he couldn't promise that presentation. It was disappointing, especially since I did not see anyone else with that same drink served the way mine was. Our birthday celebration at Pisces was nothing short of spectacular. As parents who coach our children (ages 8 and 10) on how to properly engage with hospitality--from ordering their own meals to interacting with the staff--it is rare to find a team that truly "leans into the assignment." The staff here didn't just serve us; they treated my children like proper guests with their own voices and preferences. The bread service--a warm, sourdough flaky croissant--was so incredible that we finished it before it even had a chance to "rest" on the table. For the main course, I highly recommend the oysters, sea bream, and sea bass. The mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts were the perfect complements. Even the steak, which my kids shared, was so tender and flavorful that even my "non-steak eater" was won over. The 10 year old: "The service and food were great everyone was so nice and amazing. They care deeply about how you feel. They love a good laugh from the right costumer. Outside has a very nice experience I didn't go outside, but could tell that they were having a great experience. Everywhere in the whole restaurant was amazing. I'm a child using my dad's phone and even I would go back again. This place is very fancy and neat and you could never have an experience here without someone lighting up your day. The food was amazing and tender especially the steak. Pisces Bar & Seafare is a Mediterranean restaurant, located on the Lake of Dreams, at The Wynn. The focus is on seafood, from caviar, seafood platters and crudo, to fresh fish sourced daily. Descending the swirling escalator and it's like you're entering the depths of the sea. It's dark, with blue tones, mosaics and gleaming surfaces. During our meal through a large window we could observe some immersive waterfalls and swimming mermaids. This was not the Lake of Dreams show but other reviews say it can be viewed from outside seating. Our meal was theatrical and fantastical. From the drinks to the croissant/brioche bread and the fresh seafood and pasta, down to the If Wishes Were Fishes chocolate dessert, the service and presentation was elegant and impeccable. This was fine dining, under Executive Chef Martin Heierling. My companion said this was their favorite meal of the weekend. If Wishes Were Fishes, indeed. This was definitely worth the trip. It is so classy but ethereal in there. Very thirty minutes if you sit outside there is a little show. Hidden away in the Wynn you're taken to a classy, intimate restaurant with great service and great food. I celebrated a birthday there. This is a new and upcoming restaurant that just opened up in the Wynn hotel. Don't expect to self-park because it's valet only. At least that's what we think because we couldn't find one. Dinner itself came with a small projection show as long as you sat outside or by the window you can see it. A different show was displayed every 30 minutes. This was a steakhouse/seafood fine dining restaurant with a Mediterranean flair. The house bread was a croissant with two hummus spreads. One was red bell pepper and a standard hummus. I ordered the rack of lambs which came with three pieces. It was tender and cut with my knife with ease. I ordered the aquamarine drink which was a white sangria. Nothing special about it to be honest, it was just refreshing drink to have. I know it's Vegas and it's hot, but it was so much ice. I would say 65% maybe even 70% was full of ice. I would pass on the drinks or at least try something else. The front of house and our waiters were top notch. Front of house was welcoming when we arrived and as we left. But our waiters were really the stand outs. They offered valuable insight on how we could possibly have our meal and what would be a good way for us to try a lot of dishes. We came here last week to check out Lakeside's replacement. The place was gorgeous. We opted to sit inside as it's still a bit chilly. The service was 10/10. Servers were attentive and respectful. Complimentary bread was to die for! Croissant like due to layers but super good! The crab cigars were good, disappointed they did not have the cool crab presentation, per the server, they removed it as the crabs kept breaking. Entrees: I wish I liked my Chilean Sea Bass. It was bland, especially the center piece. My hubby's Crab and Prawn Vodka Pasta was good but nothing to wow you. Dessert: Amazing! Rocher was huge and had great flavor and texture. Pisces at the Wynn was spectacular from start to finish! Service: Truly top-tier. The staff checked on us consistently without being intrusive and gave thoughtful recommendations. Our server recommended the Sirens cocktail, and I was hesitant about the Greek yogurt in it, but it was light, refreshing, slightly sweet (not overly so), and dangerously smooth. Chef Geno even came by to greet us at the end, which was a great touch. You can tell there's real pride behind the menu. For the food, I highly recommend the Dover Sol and bass ceviche! The Mediterranean bass ceviche was light and bright, and the roasted pepper dressing was incredible. The crab cigars were packed with generous crab and full of flavor. The Dover sole was hands down the best I've ever had--I'm still thinking about it. The only miss for me was the lemon artichoke salad, which lacked flavor. For dessert, the Dubai chocolate rocher was delicious (especially if you're a chocolate person), while the Greek yogurt soft serve was fine but very plain. Overall, I was very impressed with the food! This restaurant has both indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor is facing the Lake of Dreams, which plays a 5 minute show every 30 min. We chose to sit indoors near the windows overlooking the Lake of Dreams. Even though the interior was gorgeous, my favorite part was the bathroom!! Ok, hands down Pisces is now one of my favorite restaurants in this city. Located at the Wynn, Pisces has been opened for about a year now and it's located where Lakeside was at. So you still have your indoor and outdoor seating available. Came here for my March birthday dinner...obviously it was only fitting to dine here since it's Pisces season babyyyyy. Be sure to check out the bathroom. The aesthetic was giving coastal chic with such good lighting. Go and get your social media/Instagram pics and videos here, ladies! I'll be honest, service seemed a bit spotty throughout dinner. Not sure if it was busier than anticipated and they didn't have enough staff ORRRRRR they want to make your dining an experience so everything runs at a slower pace. Took awhile for us to receive menus and house water. A male waiter introduced himself and provided us with said menus and water but the rest of the night a female waitress came by to check on us. We requested the bill and it took them awhile to come around to us. Our dinner took close to THREE HOURS!!!!!! We had to rush at the end and sign the bill because our locals' 3 hour complimentary parking was up! Despite the slow service, everything else made up for it. The ambiance, food and beverage presentation. It's such a beautiful restaurant. We ordered the following: -AQUAMARINE $23: sauvignon blanc, honeydew melon, cantaloupe, "Aegean Sea" lemongrass cordial. Obviously I was going to have to order this because it's named after my birthstone. -MEDITERRANEAN BASS CEVICHE $29: lime, corn, jalapeño, roasted pepper dressing. Presentation was so well done. And the entire dish was perfection. So refreshing, citrusy flavor. I will hands down order this again. Even as my entree. -CRAB CIGARS $32: crispy filo, lemon, piquillo pepper remoulade. I've seen this being ordered a lot but to us, it was just okay. Although there was plenty of crab meat stuffed into this so I'll give them that. It's really just a fried looking egg roll with crab inside. -OLIVE OIL-POACHED GLACIER 51 SEA BASS $61: red pepper sauce, artichokes, olive pipirrana. OOHHHHH....the buttery, smooth sea bass was heavenly. Paired with the red pepper sauce, I was savoring each bite. I made sure to take in everything with my last bite. -14 OZ. HERITAGE BLACK ANGUS PRIME RIBEYE $98: husband ordered this and he said it was the best he's ever had. Prepared medium well, cooked correctly. I had a few pieces and the meat just melts in your mouth. Flavor was on point. For dessert, we got the Coral by the Sea. Again, great presentation as our server knocked the "coral looking shell" open to reveal our basque cheesecake drizzled with fresh pomegranate. Also, it was nice of them to present me with a complimentary birthday dessert. Yes, the prices here are higher than normal. But I will personally make it a point to come back here sooner than later. Gorgeous interior. We had reservations for party of 4 on a Monday night, and we were seated promptly. The table seemed like 2 uneven tables next to each other with a tablecloth over. Had to be extra careful where I placed my drinks. We were given our menus and then our drink orders were taken. The drink key is gorgeous- lots of great options, cute illustrations, descriptions, etc. I went with the aquamarine drink and it wasn't overly sweet. Great tasty drink. Then our order was taken, and we did everything family style. Our one bread came and it was really good. Came with a couple spreads that worked great with the bread. Soooo delicious. We got a couple more breads after we finished the first one. We tried the following - Burrata- yum! The pistachio in there made it all go so well. The burrata and tomatoes were tasty. Crab cigars- an order comes with 3 pieces and we added on one more so each of us can have one. If you're trying a bit here, one order and each cigar cut in half would suffice too. Caesar salad- not my fave because of the dressing and salad, but it's more on the tart side of Caesar salads. I loved the Parmesan though. Pretty standard other than it being a bit more tart and a bit overdressed. Truffle pasta- strong smelling. Pasta itself was decent. It wasn't the best or left me craving more, but it was a decent pasta dish. Tuna Wellington- def pricey, but it was good overall. The fish was smooth and tasty. One of the better things we ordered, if you like this stuff. Ribeye steak- would def pass. Ordered med rare, and it looked like it based on the piece they displayed, but realized it was a bit over, barely any pink on the pieces. Mentioned it to someone, but was disregarded. Potato puree- not bad. Went well either way the steak. We got some sauces on the side, but forgot if they were for the Wellington or steak, but we used them for both, and that steak really needed the sauce. For dessert, we shared the Dubai chocolate dessert. Round ball stuffed with ice cream, the crunchies, chocolate shell, etc. really good and it kept its crunch. read more

Pisces was absolutely amazing! I can't wait to come back and try more dishes--they all sound incredible. I'd recommend coming with a larger group, as portions are generous and many dishes are designed for 2-4 people. The space is stunning, and the staff provide some of the most attentive service I've ever experienced--truly Michelin star level. Definitely try their cocktails and let the staff guide you out of your comfort zone--the Sirena was a standout. We had the crab cigars, aged bluefin chutoro sashimi, and olive oil-poached Glacier 51 sea bass--all fantastic with no complaints. The only downside is that it's very pricey. I live in Manhattan and was still caught off guard by the prices here. The food is worth it, but I recommend checking the menu beforehand to avoid any surprises. read more

I'm torn between leaving this place with a 4 star or 5 star review. Pisces is located within Wynn Resort and Casino. Just follow the signs and you'll find it in the SW Steakhouse area. Beautiful decor everywhere you look, and my order was perfection! I ordered their Lemon Artichoke Salad, Olive Oil Poached Sea Bass, with a side of potato purée. My drink was a mocktail called the Equinox, a sweet drink with wild flavors! The Lemon Artichoke Salad had tons of fresh arugula greens with quartered artichoke hearts, and definitely tasted the lemon. The sea bass was moist and tender, with no fishy taste or smell. Yes, it was totally fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed my food. I didn't order any dessert, there wasn't anything appealing in their limited selection. Now for the service..... At the beginning, our server began with strong attentive service. As the dining experience progressed, he barely showed up to check in on me. After he took my order, I hardly saw him again, until I got my check. The service, overall was a little disappointing. For the prices I paid, I expected more. Pisces did not disappoint and neither did our servers, John & Kaitlyn. My husband and I wanted to order so many things and didn't really know what to get. John took the time to go through the whole menu and made recommendations based on our preferences. We ordered: Sirena - this was my drink and it was so exquisite. I've never tasted anything like it. It had like a botanical profile. It was smooth and slightly sweet. Spirit of the sea - it was a dirty martini with a little hint of heat. It was really good. Crab cigars - much bigger than we expected them to be. Fried to perfection and served with a tangy remoulade. Aged bluefin chutoro sashimi - so fresh and they poured this truffle ponzu sauce around it that was just perfect to balance the fish. Lobster bisque - the kitchen split this for us which was really nice of them to do. It was creamy and not too rich. Little pieces of lobster which I love. Prawns & crab alla vodka - kitchen split this for us as week. We added truffles on top. It was very flavorful and the pasta was cooked perfectly as was the shrimp and crab. Bluefin Tuna Wellington - this was my unexpected favorite. I was a little worried I wouldn't like it, but it was amazing. They poured a mushroom sauce on top and the tuna was again so fresh and in the bread/puff pastry with the mushrooms and celeriac purée was delightful. I can't explain how good it was. Highly recommend. Baked ratatouille - this was really savory and the vegetables were all listed fíen beautifully on top of this medley of roasted tomatoes and bell peppers. Greek yogurt soft serve - light and refreshing. It came with sour cherries and little baklava donuts. I didn't love the actual donuts, but the glaze on top of them was really good. The decor was really lovely, with blue-green walls and gold and bronze hardware, it's warm and inviting. With the mirrored port holes making you feel like you're on a ship. You can also see the Lake of Dreams depending on where you're seated. I cannot wait to return. Alex, who was our server for drinks, truly stood out. He had such a positive, upbeat personality--super polite, funny, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He even helped my friend and me create an off-menu drink, and it turned out exactly how we wanted. That kind of attention to detail made the experience feel special. As for the food, I'd rate it a solid 4.5. I have to start with the complimentary bread--it's easily one of the top five breads I've ever had (I'm still thinking about it!). The oysters were incredibly fresh and paired perfectly with the sauces. The Caesar salad was good, though I wish it had a bit more zest. Pisces at the Wynn was an absolute standout during our recent stay. I had dinner there with my dad and sister, and from start to finish, it was an exceptional experience. Speciality cocktails are batched...which is super odd for fine dining restaurant. With such a big focus on cocktails on their social media, you'd think they would have a bartender making them as they are ordered. Vegas...the City that time doesn't bother with. It's as if Bourbon St., Beele St., and Times Square had a menage-a-trois and somehow hatched a Love Child. The place is opulence reimagined and on full Jumbo Tron display. Pisces is the portrait of gorgeous. Anything subtle here? Not so much, but that's why you've come. Luxury surrounds you and for 3 hours you have the view from the top, even if you have to piss away the rent money to do it. Glitz, glam, a four story waterfall with a laser light show just outside on the patio and still 300 to 500 covers per night are served well. There is a distant loop just under the diner's din offering just enough thump and bump so you're compelled to eat to the beat but not so loud that you want to eat it and then beat it. The Bar: The Bar is a Bar Exam. Never heard of it? They have it. So, dream it and then drink it. "I'll be a player" I said to Justin, the Captain of his team assigned to my table. "A Spirit of the Sea for me. Can I have it with Gin?" "No, Sir, you may not," he replied. "Okay then, I'll have it as is." And...it was absolutely stellar. Greek Kastra Elion Vodka served ice cold and spicy hot in a deep well along with a little cup of chipped ice on which lay a skewered Caperberry, a tart Kalamata Olive, and a huge Manzanita Olive with a Pequin Chili Pepper, it's vicious crooked red point protruding like Death's index finger beckoning the drinker to drink. I drank. Few things in life and especially in Vegas live up to their hype. This did. The Staff: An army on the march double time. Runners, bussers, Servers, all in motion like a Pachinko Machine. Justin, was effervescent, engaging, Grub Guru, Faith Healer, Psychologist, Best Friend Forever, Father Confessor, Older Brother, Doting Parent, Dutch Uncle, Spiritual Guide, Couples Counselor, all at the same time as needed, and that was just to present the menu and the Specials on offer. Who's in the house? Everyone. The beautiful people, the not so beautiful people who dressed in the dark, full sleeves, sweaty bellies, a riff on bare midriff, true trophies and who knows, a pro's on the stroll and the troll. There was the good, the bad, and the ugly waving a fist full of dollars and those on a trip and those totally drip and all suspended in a soap bubble of culinary and service perfection. The Food: Magnificent from gullet to gizzard beginning with the complimentary Bread Service which was a regal crown of Sourdough/Croissant anointed with Red Pepper Sauce and Smoked Baba Ghanoush. Dip in and on. The East Coast/ West Coast Oyster Smack Down opened as a great start. They came with Passionfruit Mignonette, Shredded Horseradish, and House made Hot Sauce all in supporting rolls. The Hamachi Serrano was a row of flayed Yellowtail strips dotted with just enough heat to spark your B/P and worthy of any high end Omakase. The Spicy Tuna Tartare was an elegant artist display. A cylinder of mashed Avocado interwoven with micro diced Ahi Tuna, spiked with jagged edged chards of Sourdough Kalamata Crisps all around in order to scoop up every morsel of Avo/Tuna. A layer of razor thin Baby Persian Cucumber Coins helped polish off anything left behind and I sent the plate back cleaner than the day it was purchased. The Pisces Caesar was cold and fresh. Could it have been a bit more Caesar forward? Yes. Caesar is bold by definition and by list of required ingredients. Garlic and Anchovies...on me. To the front. My take? Oh Anchovies, oh Garlic, where is they sting? Nonetheless it was still good and remained so (make that Romained so) until it was all gone down to the last toasted Bread Crumb. The Olive Oil Poached Sea Bass was a Shaq fist of excellent fish. Marinated Baby Artichoke Hearts, Red Bell Pepper Sauce, and Olive Tapenade were all along for the ride. No Olive Oil drippage. This was simply my wish for a dish of terrific fish. My Sea Bass was first in it's class in the school of fish it came from. The Halibut Milanese, did not have to fish for a compliment either. Lightly breaded on one side and ready for a dip in the potent Finger Lime Butter Sauce then a rub down with Heirloom Tomato Jam and a few crunches of Roasted Fennel slivers. The Truffle Potato Kibbeh (Potato Croquettes) with Sea Salt and fresh grated Parmesan Cheese were crispy creamy addictive. "Hello, My name is Ron and I want an entire bucket of these, right now. My sensible eating sponsor can bite me." Finally, the Checkered Flag was just up ahead. Dessert loomed large and larger as it drew closer on the Server's tray. It was a mile high swirl of Frozen Greek Yogurt made exclusively for Pisces at a dairy farm in Vermont and arrived settled into a wading pool of fruit laden Sour Cherry Compote next to a pyramid of syrupy Donut Holes. Located inside the Wynn, overlooking the enchanting Lake of Dreams, Pisces is nothing short of breathtaking. Reservations are notoriously difficult to secure, so booking well in advance is essential. We opted for outdoor seating to enjoy the Lake of Dreams show, chilly evening aside, the heat lamps kept us perfectly comfortable and allowed us to fully take in the magic of the setting. The interior design is absolutely spectacular. The space channels a Mediterranean seaside escape with a luxurious, immersive ambiance inspired by the mysterious depths of the sea. Designed by Todd-Avery Lenahan, Wynn's President and Chief Creative Officer, the restaurant feels both transportive and refined, an elegant balance of coastal charm and high design. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed through an intimate entry rotunda wrapped in embroidered velvet walls and rich ebony wood accents, immediately setting the tone. Inside the dining room, deep blues, warm copper hues, and gleaming bronze finishes dominate the space. A striking chandelier composed of 400 rum colored Murano glass orbs floats above the bar, while reflective mosaic floors of copper-infused glass and Carrara marble shimmer subtly beneath your feet. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Lake of Dreams, bathing the room in natural light and offering a dynamic backdrop that shifts with the water and light show, almost as if you're dining directly on the water. The service was equally impressive. Our attendant, Bernardo, was exceptional, polished, professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. He offered thoughtful recommendations, provided options, and made the entire experience feel effortless and indulgent. The rest of the staff was equally gracious and welcoming. Now, onto the cocktails and cuisine. I began with the "Conventional Wisdom," a refreshing fizz cocktail with delicate notes of citrus and cucumber. While I typically enjoy sweeter cocktails, this one leaned a bit too sweet for my palate. Bernardo graciously took my feedback, and had the bartender promptly adjust it to perfection, impeccable service. I also tried the "Stars Align," a celestial twist on the classic Aperol Spritz, and it was absolutely delightful. And their champagne as well, perfectly chilled. For starters, we ordered the Greek Horiatiki salad with tomato, cucumber, manouri feta, onion, Kalamata olives, green pepper, and red wine vinaigrette. Quite possibly the best Greek salad I've ever had, fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. For our mains, we chose the Halibut Milanese, served with finger lime butter sauce, heirloom tomato jam, and roasted fennel. It was beautifully executed, light, fresh, and incredibly flavorful. We also enjoyed the Black Truffle Tagliatelle with Parmigiano Reggiano and thyme, an outstanding pasta dish that was rich yet refined. We ended the evening with a well-brewed espresso and a dessert that truly was the cherry on top. "If Wishes Were Fishes," a salted caramel ganache layer cake with warm fudge sauce, was as stunning in presentation as it was indulgent in flavor, simply unforgettable. Had a lovely time here with Captain Patrick as our server. He provided outstanding service. The ambiance here is so opulent I love it. The food was delicious, I loved the tuna sashimi it was sooo fresh. The crab cigars were delightful as well. I had the Dover sole as my entree and I was disappointed that they don't filet it at the table but I believe it's because they have another fish on the menu where the server filets the fish. The asparagus wasn't good at all it came out very limp. Dined there pretty late so there wasn't an option to replace it with something else. My partner and I recently visited Pisces Bar & Seafare, and overall our experience was mixed. First, the restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere feels very "Atlantis on a boat" elegant, immersive, and visually stunning. It's definitely a place you go for the ambiance and creative menu. The drinks were great. We ordered the Raised by Wolves, Sirena, Sun Sign, and Constitutional Wisdom. Our favorite by far was the Sirena. It was incredibly well balanced and easily the standout of the night. For dessert we ordered If Wishes Were Fishes and Coral by the Sea, and both were phenomenal, easily one of the best parts of the experience. Unfortunately, the service from our bartender, Randy W., really affected our visit. From the beginning he seemed uninterested in serving us. My partner and I are a younger couple, and it honestly felt like he assumed we didn't have money or just didn't want to bother with us. Meanwhile, he was extremely attentive and friendly to the guests around us. What was frustrating is that we clearly told him multiple times to keep our tab open, yet he kept bringing us the check after every order. Over the course of the night we ordered five drinks each (around $23-$26 each) and three desserts ($18-$25 each), so it was obvious we planned to continue ordering. There was also a moment that felt careless. When I asked for the menu back, he pushed it toward me and it almost knocked into my drink and nearly spilled onto my phone and digital camera. I had to stop it from falling myself, and he didn't apologize or acknowledge it. It's disappointing because the restaurant, drinks, and desserts were truly great. With better service, the experience would have been amazing. We will be back to try more because the drinks and desserts were excellent. However, I would prefer not to be served by Randy again. Also, I highly recommend making a reservation they do get extremely busy. read more

So, for those who are Vegas regulars and have been to restaurants at the Wynn before, you may or may not know that what was once "Lakeside", is now a more upscale restaurant called Pisces. Don't worry, it still has outdoor seating that faces the lake and there is still a lake show every 15 minutes but I'll get to that later. First let me say that I like this restaurant more than I liked Lakeside. It's a different cuisine, upscale Mediterranean/seafood that fits more with the upscale atmosphere of the hotel it resides in. The food is excellent and delicious. I do not think there was one dish I did not like. I can not say if the interior design was changed or not but looks nice regardless. Now to a few observations from my experience. First off, the waiter we had described half of the menu to be "shareable" dishes due to their size. Perhaps this would be true if you tend to eat on the smaller side but my family and I found the dishes from that side of the menu were not really shareable. Each dish could've been for just one person each. He also mentioned that the size of the shrimp, in one of the shrimp dishes, were small so we ended up ordering two of them. Turns out the shrimp were quite large and that was not needed. Finally, for those who are Caviar fans such as myself, the 3 options for Caviar are a bit confusing. The first type of Caviar listed is the true "classic" version where it comes served with Bellinis and accompaniments like chopped onions, egg, creme fresh, etc. and comes in 3 price ranges. The other two "Caviar" options that are listed below that are not the classic version I described but appetizer creations that have Caviar on them. Now, for the lakeside show. Yes, it is still there but has been changed from what you may remember. Most of the "shows" now consist of a music video that is displayed on a HUGE movie screen with music that is so loud you can't hear anyone at your table. It's quite obnoxious to be quite honest and none of those "videos" are really worth watching so they end up being a huge distraction and annoyance (at least for me) during dinner. The giant singing Frog is still there but I almost missed it as it came on as we were leaving. So, yes this is a restaurant I would recommend but you're better off sitting inside. Pieces is such a new great edition to Wynn. I've dine in 4xs already and looking forward to going back. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They start you off with a buttery flaky bread accompanied by a spicy dip and eggplant. You're going to be fighting yourself to not eat it all before your mains come. We've tried so many dishes, but my top favorites are: -Burrata -Black Truffle Tagliatelle -Wagyu NY Strip And of course their Warm olive oil cake and soft server yogurt with donuts Had some of their specialty cocktails, but a tad bit too sweet for my taste. Hot and cold running water.... This restaurants decor and ambience are beautiful with cool copper accents all around. The one wall is all glass and looks upon the lake of dreams. The menu itself I don't think knows what it wants to be. I really had to dig deep to find a dish that made me feel, oh I have to try that. They bring bread to your table which is good for two that are watching their carb count but for four of us it was a bite size each. We asked for more then he brought four of these rolls that were just overkill. Service was descent at first but as the night went on and more people arrived the level of service dropped so much that after dessert we were offered digestives and we sat around for a half hour and they never came so we just flagged someone down for the check and left. As far as the food went the rolls were very good. I landed on the Prawns and crab alla vodka which was tasty. Everyone enjoyed their meals. So I can honestly say if our time with quality service had not diminished to the point of being the fore mentioned forgotten about this review would receive 5 stars but 4 is high as I can go. read more

Came here with a large group, be sure to make reservations! The renovated the entire place and it was gorgeous inside. I love the new bar. Service was amazing here and we came with a friend who has been there before and we started off with desserts first haha This restaurant is known for the seafood, so all the seafood dishes were amazing. The Lake of Dreams show played as we dined, giving us a front-row seat to music, lights, and water displays that elevated the entire evening. Dinner with a show - we loved it! Our party of 6 enjoyed: 1. Hamachi Serrano- Unbelievably fresh! Thinly sliced with tangerine citrus, Calabrian chili and EVOO- super fresh & perfectly balanced. 2. Caesar salad- Crisp and flavorful not your average Caesar. Using a mix of butter lettuces, lemon, grated egg, chives, & anchovies with a creamy basil feta dressing. 3. The space is stunning! Dark, moody, and sexy and the patio overlooking the Lake of Dreams takes it to another level with mini shows happening throughout the night. We were even seated early and got the perfect table right by the water, front row to everything. The service was incredible, and every dish delivered. The hamachi serrano, burrata, and crispy shrimp were all amazing starters. The spicy lobster spaghetti and bluefin tuna Wellington were standout dishes, and the ribeye was cooked perfectly. I really loved the atmosphere of the restaurant -- the design, the fountain show, and the service were all excellent. The cocktail menu is beautifully presented and very appealing. However, the cuisine felt a bit mixed and not entirely cohesive for my taste, and some of my expectations didn't match the reality. For example, I ordered a cocktail described on the menu as a sangria. I specifically asked the server to confirm whether it was actually a sangria, and he replied, "Yes, blue -- Sangria " However, what I received was a mostly clear drink with a very pale blue tint, and it tasted nothing like sangria at all. It would have been better if they had explained that this was not a classic sangria. After that, we ordered Veuve Clicquot Champagne by the glass, but it tasted more like still wine -- completely flat, with no bubbles. It felt like the bottle had been opened at least the day before, yet it was priced at $39 per glass, which was very disappointing. On a positive note, the grilled octopus was absolutely delicious. We were also dining with a child and asked for a fruit plate for dessert. We were quite surprised when the server told us that there were no fruits available on the menu at all. The crispy shrimp- omg. Very good. I had the sea bass. It was good. But just good. The tuna Wellington I felt my husband was kind of talked into. And it was good if you like 3 giant pieces of raw tuna. Good flavor. But I didn't love it. Halibut. Very good. The best dish by far was the prawns and crab alla vodka. Also- the women's bathroom was randomly closed so we had to go to the steak place to use the restroom. Which made me curious to try that place..... read more
