For my steak, I went with the Australian Wagyu filet. It was not as rich as a Japanese A5, and more tender than an American Wagyu. Right in the sweet spot between those two. I probably did not need to use my knife. Delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, but not so much so that you felt bothered. Perfection in a meal is unattainable in my book, but that dinner was on the very edge of perfection.
