Her chef, the young boy who rudely ran back inside from another location upon our arrival, urgently asked if we were a certain order so then he ran inside to get it ready. The kind lady took my order correct yet the boy did not make a whole Felafel Sandwich on the order so we simply just did not get it due to time. Then they got our amount of the sides wrong as well because he did not make them. All in all, this teenage chef seemed like he was in a rush away from this job, disrespecting our literal order to our face. The only thing the boy included [SEMI] correctly was the Chicken Shawarma that he stated "No Pickles right?" still in this rushing manner as if we're interrupting something, then i get home and there it is, my least favorite food all over this sandwich. Just as many pickles as chicken. Don't know if the KID is some family of this establishment but he obviously is busy doing anything else other than preparing food. The poor lady was even giving the boy a hard time for being in a rush with customers. Like he already gave a horrible impression coming from somewhere outside rushing as if he perfected this order but no, he missed half of it and got the only item incorrect. So I placed my order on DoorDash for pickup at 10:45AM for the food to be ready at 1:30PM. Because I have had mixed experiences with them before taking out food, I came at 2:10PM. Once there the owner states he did not get a phone call. Um...it's DoorDash. It's an application. I pulled up my order and showed him. He stated that he would need some time to prepare it and that they did not have the chicken shawarma I ordered. He offered to give me the chicken kabob instead. I agreed. I call DoorDash to let them know what occurred while waiting and he lies and tells DoorDash "we have everything she ordered." Not only this when it was finally done he prepared the Turkish pizza instead of the pie I had ordered. His reply? "The Turkish pizza is really good." While that may be I want what I ordered I stated to him. So he prepared it and sent me on my way. No apologies once for the service, inconvenience, or outright lie to DoorDash. I really enjoy their food and hate the lack of customer service, honesty, and attention to detail here. I'm not sure I will be back. But it's a shame the food does not match the service. read more

I found this place out when i made a stop to the gas station next door and i found out it was not in business. So i was hungry and i decided to try this little shop, and as a lover of mediterranean food i couldnt resist trying something from the menu. I had to wait like 15 minutes but the wait was worth it : the shawarma sandwich which was yumny and fresh and pita bread was cheap. Since i gor a little bit unpacient the manager noticed and he was very attentive and understandable that he offered me a piece baklva for free. Im a big fan of this place! read more

This is the real deal if you are looking for authentic Mediterranean food that's not deprived of flavor common to most "industrial" buffet driven restaurants. The meat is not over-cooked and the flavors of eggplant based humus, chicken, salads, Turkish/Syrian style thin crust pizzas are excellent. You can also get the real flavor of the cheese. All this comes at a cost thought. Not in $ but in time because all fresh food made form scratch takes time. So don't expect a fresh kofta plate in 5 minutes. This place has good food, but the service is absolutely horrible. Only two customers in the store and 5 workers yet not one took the time to come take either one of our orders. The food took over 45 minutes to come out. Our drinks were not served to us nor did they tell us where we're supposed to get our drinks. The place is also very unsanitary. Almost every table had dirty plates on them yet not one worker was taking to the time to clean it, instead they all messed around with each other. I order their chicken kabob and beef kabob, both were very bland and served on yellow rice along with a salad. I also ordered their beef bread and cheese bread. The food here is excellent, you can tell that the quality is superior and homemade. They have stuffed pickled eggplant (a delicacy in most Middle Eastern cuisines) and it is excellent! The food here is delicious however this guy is a crook! The negative review is for price gouging. We placed an order for catering and was given a price, then we were told a different price. Since we still felt the fee was reasonable we agreed. Come the day of pickup, they were already 30 min behind on order for my event...we got the food and went to checkout. To our surprise he raised the price by $400 more dollars!!!! The interesting thing is a few days before we actually realized we ordered too much and took a few things off..and even then the price still jumped. He blamed being distracted and or his wife giving a wrong quote. We are not the first he's done this to!!! Buyer beware get it in writing! Since we were having the event there was no other option but to pay it. This business has no integrity! It's really sad because the food is delicious! Great place! Very clean market and great food as well. I ordered the Turkish Lahm Ajeen and Cheese Fatayer and they were both really good! Everything was made fresh right in front of me which was pretty awesome too! I also had the Walnut Baklava and it was the perfect amount of crunchiness and sweetness in each bite!
