This place is mainly a hookah bar from what I can tell. They do have food, but it's a little pricy for what it is. We were really excited the first time we went and had a good time of it. Since then, we've been back twice and had a three star experience both times. We go for lunch and each time are the only people there. The food is prepared fresh, but lacks some seasoning. For the price I would expect it to be fantastic. We ended up taking most of it home and dressed up the dishes with our sauces and seasonings. It was pretty good after that but shouldn't be necessary. All in all we probably won't be back. So many options out there for lunch at a much better price point.

This place is great, will be back! The lanterns inside are beautiful, and patio like a garden party. Came for mothers day in a large group. Service was great, the food all came out as it was ready. The food was really good. Calamari was next level good, so light and delicious. Pear salad dressing was nice and tart. The Turkish pizza was amazing, a must try. Lamb shank well prepared but needed little more seasoning. Hidden burger came out late, it had too much dough and was under baked. Falafel was rock hard, fail. There was so much good and overall I look forward to visiting again.

We are once again back to our fave Mediterranean restaurant for more sumptuous dishes. They never disappoint! The food and the service were beyond incredible. Our server Carly is the best! We had Dubai chocolate cake and turkish coffee for dessert. The place is gorgeous, well lit and very homey. The rest of the staff are very accomodating and always ready to please our whims!

I came here for the first time with my friend and I must say this is one of the cleanest restaurants with such delicious food and I had a hookah that lasted me for 2 to almost 3 hrs without burning. The vibe is very cozy and the service is a 10/10 our server Carly was the sweetest and very fast! I recommend everyone to try this place!

    Beautiful Turkish lamps above us.

Very good and fresh on everything we ordered from the hot gooey cheese flat bread, crispy outside and soft inside falafel to the beef shish with super tasty rice and salad. Hands down my new favorite Turkish restaurant. Our waiter was professional and friendly. He gave recommendations to us as we said it was our first time here. Well worth visiting ya'll! Turkish heavenly food in Richardson.

This is a newer Turkish restaurant located in the North Dallas/Richardson area. The decor is lovely! We really appreciated the gorgeous ambiance and chandeliers. We recently enjoyed a family dinner here celebrating my dad's birthday on a Monday night. While the service was a bit on the slower end, the staff were still very kind. We had to ask for water refills and silverware a few times. The food was pretty good! We ordered hummus, feta, and olives for appetizers, and the meat platter to share for entrees. I think the pricing was a bit on the higher side than other Mediterranean spots I'm used to. The hummus was delicious but I would choose a different entree item the next time. Probably a chicken skewer. They have hookah sections all along the patio so I would be prepared for that if you have little ones joining you for dinner. Indoors was fine.

I had lunch with a Friend here during a weekday and it was pretty empty and quiet but I had the combo and the food did not disappoint. I was surprised that not many people were there for lunch. They have plenty of menu options and patio seating. I recommend getting the pistachio baklava for dessert! They also have plenty of parking on-site!

I was visiting Richardson in Texas to spend some time with my colleague and his family and since he is from Middle East, I urged him to take me to the best middle eastern or Lebanese place in Richardson. He took me to this American sounding name and I was a little concerned, but as soon as I saw the food, all my concerns evaporated. The food is made fresh, fresh, fresh, did I say fresh and it is so yummy. We had the fresh Afghan bread, with hummus and man it was so delicious and creamy. I almost lapped it up. We had the chicken kebab followed by the beef kebab and the Eggplant bartha with some basmati rice along with some salad and we polished it off. This is an amazing place where it takes a while for the food to come in. But boy is the food the best. Best Middle Eastern Lebanese food to eat in Richardson, Texas, by far without any doubt.

Finally I was able to come to this place, I have heard so many great things about, so glad I did! We went on a Sat, a little after 1 pm, it wasn't that crowded, we are in January and we sat indoors it was so cold that day, looking at the patio from the windows, it would definatly be great when it's warmer! The place is clean and elegant Loved all the Turkish lamps The bathroom was very clean, the toilets even had heated seats and bidet in there! We ordered the breakfast for 2 We got a full table, 2 any style egg you want each, came with a puffed fresh pitta bread, a pot of Turkish tea, Jam, date molasses, even a Natella spread, the cheese eggrolls, the butter in honey, white cheese, the grilled tomatos, the olives, it was perfect! We wanted to try something else not because we weren't full, but just to try the meats, so we ordered the Adana Kebab, it came one skewer with rice, we added the pears and pomegranate salad instead of the rice. The meat was perfectly seasoned with parsley and onion, a mix ratio of lamb and beef - very yummy! The salad was amazing, I would have liked it a bit chopped to smaller cuts, but very yummy and definatly and amazing dressing! I want to try the entire menu, they even have apple tea which I love, so I will definatly be back! The only down side there is no alcohol! The service was absolutely amazing by the way Sabah our host was wonderful - Thank you!

I rarely leave reviews , in fact, this may be my first one, but this experience was so negative…read morethat I feel compelled to share it. I ordered two sandwiches through the DoorDash app for pickup. The app clearly stated that the sandwiches came with chips and potato salad, which is why I chose that option instead of ordering a different special. When I arrived at the restaurant, I still had to wait in line before reaching the cashier. When I finally got to the counter, she handed me my sandwiches and then told me that I had ordered chips and potato salad but had not paid for them. I calmly explained that the app showed those items as included with the sandwich. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, she told me she needed to call the owner. She then had me step aside while she helped three other customers, leaving me waiting awkwardly off to the side. When the owner finally called her back, she spoke to him loudly (almost argumentatively) about me being there and "claiming" the sandwiches came with chips and potato salad. It was embarrassing because other customers could clearly hear what was happening. Ultimately, I was told the owner said the sandwiches did not come with those sides. At that point, I just took my sandwiches and left. The entire situation felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. If there was a mix-up with the app, that isn't the customer's fault. Good customer service would have been to honor what was displayed in the app and clarify the issue internally afterward. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and embarrassed. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had.

An absolute gem in Richardson -- we'll definitely be back!…read more La Casita Bakeshop completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm and welcoming, and our server Diana made the whole experience. She was knowledgeable, genuinely enthusiastic about the menu, and so pleasant to talk to -- exactly the kind of hospitality that turns a good meal into a great one. The food itself was outstanding. We ordered the French Toast and the Birria Brisket Croque Madame, and both were incredible -- beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The Croque Madame especially blew us away; it's the kind of dish you think about after you leave. The side hash rounded it all out perfectly. And then there are the pastries. We grabbed the Mango Sticky Rice Cream Puff and the Amaretto Cherry Basque Cheesecake Brownie from the Weekend Selections -- both were stunning, not just visually but in flavor. The cheesecake brownie topped with those cherry meringues looked almost too good to eat. Almost. Washed everything down with the Salted Honey Matcha and it was the perfect companion to the whole spread. Honestly, the hardest part was choosing -- the menu is so creative and well thought-out that we already have a list of things we want to try next time. And there will be a next time. La Casita has earned a regular customer. Highly, highly recommend.

Great food, but front-of-house operations and management are a total mess…read more My family and I finally visited La Casita Bakeshop over the weekend after seeing a lot of marketing for it. While the food itself was definitely good, the front-end operations were incredibly poor, and the service left a lot to be desired. The serving staff seemed completely untrained and lacked basic common sense, right down to knowing how to properly handle plates and utensils. To make matters worse, we encountered the shift manager, Jesus, on Sunday, May 24th. Not only was he arrogant, but he completely lacked Customer Service 101 skills. At one point, he told us the wait time would be an hour, yet there were four completely empty tables inside and servers were just standing around idle. He is clearly an inexperienced restaurant manager who does not know how to efficiently run a floor or manage a team. A major caution for potential guests ordering takeout: The staff has absolutely no clue how to properly pack food. They packed runny eggs into a standard cardboard box, which inevitably leaked right through the holes and made a massive mess everywhere (see attached picture). On top of that, for a bakery and coffee spot, they didn't even carry basic options like 2% or Lactaid milk. My humble suggestion to the owners is to invest some serious time and guidance into improving your front-of-house operations and management training. The kitchen is doing its part, but the front-end experience and sloppy packaging are dragging the whole establishment down.

This place absolutely ranks near the top, and honestly brings more to the table than I expected. The Cuban itself is fantastic. Perfectly pressed, packed with flavor, and everything you want when that craving hits. But what really sets it apart is the vinegar dip it comes with. I was not prepared for how good that would be. It completely elevates the sandwich and had me going back for one more dip every single bite. And then there are the plantain strips. Freshly fried, hot, crisp, and just on another level. I do not think I have ever had plantain chips like this before. Usually it is the bagged kind, which are fine, but these are something else entirely. Honestly, they are worth the trip all on their own. Do not even think about leaving without trying the pastries. I happened to get a warm cream cheese one that I cannot stop thinking about. It was one of those bites where you immediately regret not ordering more. To top it all off, the woman running the place is as kind as can be and genuinely helps guide you through the menu like you are a regular, even on your first visit.
