Got ears pierced for both my baby girls here (one a few months ago and another 2 years ago). The eldest was about 13 months old while the other was 7 months. I totally recommend getting the ears pierced when they are younger and easier to hold down. Regardless, after a bit of crying, they were fine (especially if there's a lollipop). It can be a little pricey but totally worth it. Both girls had no issues with their ears afterwards. I bought the aftercare and used it once or twice... but didn't really need it. The piercer definitely knows what he's doing and tries to be ninja and quick. There was a little bit of bleeding with the second kid but it was fine. I got flatbacks for both kids, but I sorta wish I went with the butterfly back for one. If you do flatback, a slightly longer flatback (forgot what it was called) will be used.. and that's to accommodate the possible swelling of the earlobe. You're supposed to come back about a one month later to switch out the flatback for a shorter length (that should be about $10 for labor). Oh yeah, they have a selection of earrings you can choose from that are cute. Both times we went for their piercings, we went on the weekends and in the late afternoon to early evening. The wait wasn't long. We did go again NYE and was surprised it was a long wait. Anyways, highly recommend this place for baby piercing. Stay clear of Claire's or any place that uses a gun. I think it's worth paying a little bit more for ears not to be infected and for it to be done right. read more

Great service all around! Been here a few times for ear piercings and each time came out very satisfied. They do a great job at explaining each step and answering any questions you might have. Every staff member I've encountered has also been very friendly and kind so far. For piercings, you start with speaking to a staff member by the counters on what you're looking for. Then they help guide you through their jewelry, processes, and pricing. Once everything's decided, you pay the total and they'll give you a number to wait in line with for calling you into the piercing room when ready. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and the whole process took about 30 minutes. David was my piercer and he was great! Very fast and efficient and friendly which I appreciated. The only downside is the pricing is a bit on the higher end. However for the service and cleanliness of everything I am okay with it. read more

I had to come on here and share the most amazing experience I had at this location this past Sunday. I went in with thoughts and prayers to see if my eyebrow piercing was salvageable after it had been irritated for a month from getting caught on things. With the help of the hosts (I can't remember their names, but one person had red hair and let me hang out close to the door, because I was getting attacked by a bee, and the other person had glasses, a mask, and their hair was up), Annabel, and Amar, I was able to downsize my piercing, switch to balls, and was told the piercing could be saved. 2 days after switching the jewelry, my eyebrow piercing already looks 10x better than it was. Not only did the Sunday Zebra team help me with the piercing, but they had some of the best customer service skills I've encountered in a while and it was really refreshing. Just wanted to give a specific shout to a fellow Lao baddie, Annabel, and knowledgeable piercer, Amar. I had my third lobe piercings done here (one on each ear) and unfortunately, I am unhappy with the placement and results. The third holes appear to have been positioned based on the earrings I was wearing in my second lobe piercings that day, instead of being spaced properly relative to my existing holes for long-term flexibility. As a result, there isn't enough room to wear different earring styles comfortably. Both piercings also repeatedly got infected despite proper aftercare. Eventually I had to remove them, let them close, and I'll be getting them re-pierced elsewhere. read more
