Closed new owner won't except any of the warranties from Zach Ford. They have left us on a empty tree.

We purchased the vehicle after a VERY long day at this dealership on January 2, 2021. I saw some table tents on desks at the dealership that talked about the "Zecksperience." I read several 5-star reviews on Google, and wondering what we did to deserve such terrible customer service. Despite having picked out a single vehicle to drive ahead of time and setting an appointment, it took nearly SIX hours to get through the process. This is on top of a 2.5 hour drive each direction from Dallas. I set an appointment for 12:30pm on Saturday. My son and I left home at 10am and reached the dealership at 12:30pm. When we went in, there were several people in a waiting area, and a few people milling around, and it was not clear who was on staff. My son and I stood in the lobby area for at least 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. A couple came in a side door, moved in front of us and Nick (who ended up being our salesperson) stood up and greeted them. They said they wanted to look at a truck and he took them straight to his desk. If you don't have a greeter, you should invest in a "take a number" machine, online check-in or sign-in sheet. Another gentleman came by a few minutes later and asked if anyone was helping us. I said no and that I wasn't sure who to talk to, but that we had an appointment to look at the truck. He had us sit with "Allie" who said she couldn't really help us but she could get us keys. Dave, who said he was the General Sales Manager, then took our insurance info and a copy of my son's license. Allie and Dave were both very friendly, and Dave apologized for the lengthy wait. But at this point, nobody was helping us. We took the truck out for a drive, then walked around the lot and looked at several other trucks. by this time, it's pushing 2:30-2:45pm and we have yet to speak with a salesperson - even though we had an appointment. We finally went back inside and told Dave that we needed to speak with someone. Eventually, Nick came out to talk to us. Nick was friendly but, to be honest, could not answer many questions about the truck. There was a "whine" coming from the truck we purchased and Nick tried to start a couple of other trucks to see if it was normal. The sound was not there in other trucks, but my son, who is a mechanic with Park Place Jaguar/Land Rover in Dallas, felt confident that it is a vacuum leak and would not be a major issue to correct. We made the decision to purchase the truck and went with Nick to start filling out paperwork, at around 3:45pm. I have a picture of my son about midway, taken at 3:54pm. Then we were told we would need to wait for the finance guy. We were told that the finance guy was with someone, but we were next. He finally finished with them, then took back two men who were behind us! I went to ask Dave what was going on. He said it was a cash deal and would take 5 minutes, but it was much longer than that. We finally were taken back at 5:45pm, a full two hours after we filled out paperwork, and more than 5 hours after we arrived. We finally wrapped up at 6:20pm. While Dave acknowledged our wait, I don't know that he realized how long we were actually there. 12:30pm to 6:20pm to buy a vehicle we had already picked out is excessive. He did make sure there was a full tank of gas in the truck, which was appreciated, but I was surprised that this isn't the norm at this dealership. While we were at Nick's desk late in the day, he asked if anyone had explained the "Zecksperience" and that this was something that they normally talk about first thing. He focused on wanting good reviews for word-of-mouth advertising, and that there was no negotiating. Honestly, the $499 admin fee was a big rub for me, only because of the terrible service we received. Quite the opposite. Also, I had to order replacement keys for the locking lugs. Nick and Dave committed to getting this taken care of, which is in writing, but to date, they haven't sent me a check for $38. (And some friendly advice... Nick should dress the part of a professional. The casual shorts and headband did not represent Zeck well.) Buying a car is always stressful, but when you drive off the lot, you should be happy and excited about your new purchase. Our experience yesterday sucked all the joy out of the experience and we were just thankful to be leaving. Leaving a car dealership in a foul mood in your new vehicle is just wrong. I tried to contact some people in corporate, but never heard anything. I will say that Whitney, the internet manager, is AWESOME and was very apologetic. I wanted to like Zeck, but at this point, I would recommend you go elsewhere until these amateurs figure things out. read more

NIGHTMARE!! Worst company I dealt with in my entire life. The owners are a piece of crap. The people that work here should be fire. Just the worst experience ever. My online car shopping experience goes way back and over 10 verifiable purchases. With this dealer, it started amazing and ended terribly. When purchasing online, you'll get great service. Good selling price. Great trade in value. However, unless you put a deposit down, consider your potential buy sold to someone else because Zeck doesn't look at your interactions as a deal in the works. In my experience, they went so far as to lie about not receiving documentation from a bank I've used for every car purchase I've made since 2013. I know my bank and I know Zeck lied. My Fiance and I called this dealership a week before driving almost 3 hours. Kept in contact. Even spoke to them the night before and the morning before making the drive. When we were 5mins away a new sales person called and said it wasn't there it was in the body shop for minor bumper damage. when we arrived they proceed to tell us the car we were coming to see wasn't available to show and didn't know when it would be. Terrible service. Been trying to get a vehicle from them for over two weeks. I got multiple approvals a week ago. They dont even answer the phone or return calls. I've been waiting on them to "wash" it for 5 days. After reading so many positive reviews I decided to go with them. Now the other two vehicles I was looking at from different dealers have been sold and I can even get Zeck to answer the phone. read more

I've dealt with a lot of dealerships over the years, this one by far was the best car buying experience I've had. All the staff were very courteous and the time spent from looking to buying was remarkably fast. The prices were the best we had seen anywhere. Hands down I would buy from them again. read more

Our work van had a/c issues. I called and was told that if I made an appointment that I could get it done the same day. so I did for 2 weeks later. I show up to drop off the van and I am told it will take 2 days. I said I cannot do without the van that long and she said that was the best she could do. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! This experience started out so positive as the sales rep and finance manager were great. I went in and was very CLEAR about my situation and what I wanted to do. They were on board and very understanding and seemed to be working hard to make a deal both parties would be happy with. We went out to the dealership and started the process, and like usual the price and deal wasn't what it was when originally presented. Expected from a car dealership and even though it was frustrating, we ran numbers and agreed that it was something we could do and continued to move forward. At this point we had a trade in, we had numbers and we had a deal. Mind you, we knew the situation of our trade in and did not hide anything; our main concern was having the ability to roll everything over in order to get out of the current situation we were in with the trade in. Finance was (Supposedly) approved and we signed all the paperwork. Great right? We get home Saturday evening, wake up early to make room in the garage so the vehicle could be parked in the garage and when doing so, we notice hail damage all over the hood and roof of the vehicle. We contact the dealership and let them know what we found. They seemed to be helpful and work on getting us a loaner vehicle so they can swap out and repair the hail damage. As we have the loaner, we get a phone call telling us the deal with the finance company fell through and now our situation had changed. This was aggravating because we had already singed paperwork and were under the impression that it was a done deal. It was explained that this finance company "Auto Approves" loans on Saturday because no one is at the facility. At this point we've had the vehicle for a week and are now driving around in a loaner. We were told we could still get the deal done, but we would have to take the trade in back and let it get repossessed or pay it off/continue making payments. At the same time, without a trade in and a mid-level credit score, we had a higher rate and still ended up with a huge monthly payments! When we called to discuss, we were treated like we were the ones taking advantage, as the employee became very frustrated with our concerns and questions. Needing a new vehicle for the family, we decided to go the route that was encouraged and we took the vehicle back in order to have it repossessed. Whenever we would ask about rates and for clarification, we were never given a direct answer and nothing was properly explained. We reached out to some other dealers to see if our situation was just this awful or we were getting worked and the consensus was, we were getting worked. Without a trade in and a decent credit score, the rates shouldn't have been this high and it was told to us, that it seemed we were being taken advantage of. We then decided to reach out to Zeck and see if we could bring the vehicle back because at this point it just didn't make sense. We had decent credit scores, made decent money (Even though we were told to say we made another amount instead of what was listed, if ever asked) so why was everything so outrageous? It felt like we were at a buy here pay here getting a car loan for the first time. The other thing that didn't make sense was, without rolling the trade in over, our rates seemed higher. Just not a beneficial situation for us, so we figured, since we still didn't have our original vehicle we'd call and ask to unwind the deal. Obviously that didn't happen which is why I am writing this review. We were told we signed an agreement and we were bound to it. Even though we signed an agreement on that Saturday and it got pulled from us because the finance company backed out of the deal. I purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 from Zeck Ford of Purcell a few months ago. The dealership is an hour from my house so it's not very convenient for me to pop-in and check on the road hazard coverage for my tires. I started out by calling my sales rep, left her a voicemail and sent an email but never received any response. So a few days later I called the dealership and was passed around like a hot potato until they sent me to someones voicemail. I tried again a few days later and received the same treatment. My wife even tried to get a hold of someone and was also sent to a voicemail, she left a message and here we are a week later and no one has returned our calls. I'll do business with just about anyone the first time, their customer service speaks for whether or not I will do business with them a second time. Found the perfect vehicle for me! Sales staff was very helpful and all the sales reps are non commission!!

I have had all my car service the past 2-3 years at this dealership. But no more. Took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and new wiper blades. Also asked they check why my heater blows hot air when car is moving, but cold air when stopped. Within minutes of arriving at my office, I got a call saying the heater core was bad and water pump was leaking. Cost estimate $2,100 or $560 for just the water pump. I declined both repairs and went online - found parts manuf. by Ford to be $173 for heater core and $68 for water pump. When I went to pay for the oil change and wiper blades, was stunned the bill was $191. They charged $125 to hook my car to the computer and run a diagnostic. Maybe it's my bad I didn't ask about this before they hooked it up. Had I known, I would have gone by AutoZone where they will run a free diagnostic. When I told the service man the prices online were a mere fraction of what I was quoted, he tried to say those prices were aftermarket parts. Well, no, they were genuine Ford parts manufactured by Ford. Then he said they have to charge what the dealership's parts department tells them to charge. read more

Went in on 1st of December to look at a new vehicle before I looked at another brand at a different dealer. Found the exact vehicle I was looking for. Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had an altogether different experience with the sales manager however. He was high pressure and told me if we didn't do the deal before noon he couldn't give me the price listed on the website, even though the sale price said it was good until the 3rd. He also Insisted that we had to backdate the sale to November 30st. I had filled out my car buying service paperwork so I could get an extra .5 percent off my loan. I didn't know that backdating the paperwork would affect my loan rate, but apparently because the sale was on the "30th" and my car buying service was initiated on the 1st, I was no longer elegible for the loan discount. I contacted the sales manager to give him the opportunity to make this right before giving this review (the letter inviting me to give this survey told me to do this by the way), but unfortunately the sales manager decided that I was "holding him hostage over a review" I am deeply offended by the implication that I would hold anyone hostage over a revew. I was simply giving Patriot Ford the opportunity to make things right by me so I could give them a positive review. I am unable to recommend this dealer. read more

Had an oil leak and it was fixed under warranty. Roger was very helpful in solving the problem and kept me informed during the process.

This place is great!!! Go see Mark Russell, great to deal with, super fun personality and no pressure!!! Plus he is an honest guy! What more could you want when buying a car! read more
