Told them there was going to be four of us so they pushed a couple tables together for me. You give them a debit/credit card and they give you a card to use with the wine dispenser. Each wine has a nice write up so you know the religion and notes they have but the staff is more than happy to assist you and point you in the right direction if you tell them what you prefer. My friends arrived two of them already knew the owners so they caught with them a bit and I got to meet them wonderful people. We all decided to start with a Willamette Pinot since that was where we're planning for. I love the option of trying a taste before committing to a larger pour. You options are 1, 3 and 5 ounces. We ordered a bunch of appetizers since it was Happy Hour some were at a HH price which was nice. We enjoyed the cheese plate, onion dip and a tin of Calamari I believe had a photo but accidentally deleted. Was a wonderful light dinner for us all. But I have only recently stepped inside to do Too Good To Go late night pickups on 10/16/25 and 11/6/25. This is one of many newer businesses along the stretch of Stone Way N from Seattle's Wallingford to Fremont neighborhoods. This is a nice, intimate spot with welcoming staff. There are both table and counter seating on the main floor, additional seating on the upper floor. Pleasant, cozy ambiance with wall art, merch, and low light. Quite a large variety of wine bottles to imbibe onsite or peruse for purchase and takeout. Judging from my TGTG pickups, they have a great baked goods source/purveyor whether from onsite or obtained elsewhere. I've been able to enjoy quality baguettes, artisan loaves, sweet and savory baked goods. This is indicative that onsite menu items are high quality to accompany any apps/small plates/charcuterie plates and glasses of wine. Last time the owner himself was there talking to us and he was amazing. But sometimes I come in and there is different staff that is so mean. This time I drove all the way from Queen Anne, and the lady looked at us (we are younger) and rolled her eyes and put us in the worst seat imaginable and asked if we had reservations. Then another older couple came in after with no reservations two minutes later and she graciously escorted them to the main room. Kinda an L because we are regulars and big spenders here. We asked to do flights so we could try a few things, but they said they were only doing glass pours. We asked for a rec for an acidic, fruity red and felt like the gal just told us the most expensive non-tannic red on the menu. Fine. For $32 a glass, I would not order what I got again. We headed to a restaurant after and got $14 glass pours that we preferred. This is a great place to go to impress someone with the chic vibes, but good wine can be found elsewhere at a fraction of the price. I do see the appeal though. It was also pretty loud when we went, so we chose to finish our conversation elsewhere.
